Great challenging course set in the west end of the beautiful Missoula valley. The staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a cocktail after my round in the covered outdoor patio. Good times

Gorgeous view of the golf course and you get what you paid for. You dont have to be members to eat at the restaurant. They have happy hour specials that bring the price for a beer to a reasonable level. Well worth a date night or graduation dinner.

Dont pay attention to the fraudulent identity thief leaving fake reviews, The Ranch Club is Great! Challenging golf course with a great staff and amazing food and drinks. The pool is second to none in Missoula. Well worth checking out.

I cannot express how great the Ranch Club and their staff is. Here’s the story, I have been going around trying to buy shirts from the courses that were my favorites since I started playing back in 2001 and didn’t have the money to do so at the time. So I called the pro shop and spoke to the Head golf pro Andrew Flikkema who also works in the pro shop. He was so accommodating when I told him what I was trying to do. He sent me pics via text of the shirts he had in my size and then sent me the one I chose. If that doesn’t show you how dedicated to golf and golfers this place is I don’t know what will. Let’s also not forget how beautiful the course is. I cannot wait to get back up to beautiful Missoula and play another round or 2 at the Ranch Club. Thank you again Andrew!!!!

Golfing at the Ranch Club provides a golf experience of a challenging fun course with the best views of Missoula valley. Its truly breathtaking. The experience exceeds expectations due to the kind, efficent, and personable staff. This week I enjoyed the weekly burger special. As a pronounced burger connoisseur, Im rating this burger in the top 5 of Missoula burgers. Thank you to The Ranch Club for all of your exceptional accommodations!

The Asian, rice noodle chicken dish was good, as was the Goat cheese, pastrami, huckleberry appetizer plate. I say good because it was not fabulous, just good. I have Celiac (total gluten intolerance) and they had quite the time trying to fullfil my Gluten Free order. They had to re- adjust the appetizer plate 3 times before it was right; then I asked for Green Tea and the hot water dispenser was not working (or broken), so they had to heat up water in a pan due to the fact they have no Microwave in the restaurant, which we both thought was strange. So our waitress was a little frazelled because of the problems in the kitchen. So all- in-all, it was okay.

Great time out here. The golf course is very playable. The back nine is pretty easy, too. All of the people out here were very friendly. Good times.

Great course bring the A game

Expensive average golfits a bit a copy of an irish links course, no tree, no bush, some water hazards and sand bunkers. the latter are placed the way that they normally do no harm. fairway and greens are in very good condition. so far it would be a good 3 star course.now the shortcomings, and those are of course measured at the stiff green fee of 80-90 $.long walks between greens and t-boxes.you pay for the electric cart, even if you walk the course. the biggest challenge of a links course is usually the high grass. but dont worry, the fairways are so wide (far too wide), that it takes a big miss to be in the grass (its a fake copy of a links course). the sand in the bunkers is very hard. finally, the water is about on fife holes the biggest hazard.for such a green fee, i expect a challenging quality golf course with some holes to remember and where a bit of work is needed for a good result. thats not the case here.

Im 55 yrs. old and currently a 7.0 hdcp. While I thought the course was beautiful, very challenging, and in great shape, I can only give it a 4-star rating due the three totally unfair pin placements I encountered during my round. I did not hit the ball well the day I played it, but on three of the greens, the holes were located directly the apexes of ridges or humps...making a 6 foot putt nearly impossible. If it didnt hit the hole, it wasnt stopping. It reminded me of those superintendents revenge events, where the staff DELIBERATELY puts the holes in nearly-impossible spots. Thats fun if thats what you signed up for. Not sure if the trickery is deliberate, or they just dont know where to put the pins on certain greens. That said, its a very challenging course. If youre a 15 handicap, dont expect to break 90. Its gonna take a while for you to get used to the course layout. Even though I thought there were three unfair pin placements, I plan on going back there and getting revenge on the 92 I posted. The pin placements were probably 4-5 strokes of that, but I need to strike the ball better to succeed on a tough track like this.

Was here for a wedding (in the barn) and it was beautiful. However, considering the wedding day was 95 degrees, we found how little air circulation was present in the barn and mens bathroom/dressing room.

Great culture over at the ranch club. Good food and service in restaurant. Spectacular pool facility, fitness club and golf course!
