Great store, great people. Ive bought a couple RC planes here. I also build scale model aircraft and they always have a great selection of paint, glue, and brushes. Can usually pick up a neat model kit here too, although Ive been dissapointed with their selection at times. It is so good to support a local business

A hidden gem! The store is very old and i love that.. Its full of discontinued items used for crafting and hobbies. The staff is friendly and helpful for whatever you are trying to accomplish. Dont skip by this store and dont be afraid to spend!

Drove all the way from Spokane..3 hour drive. Was going to buy a pricey train locomotive. Train department guys arent there on weekends. Cause...THEY DONT LIKE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS! WTH?Guess they dont need money?The two ladies up front were very apologetic for it.

Just a bit of everything. I was looking for train layout scenery, and they have quite a bit. Planes, trains, and RC everything for the most part.

If you are into crafts, building models, making decor, makers, or really amazing cats that will ride and purr on your shoulders while you shop (if you welcome it), then this is the shop for you. I was blown away by how much they have in so many niches.

Love the treasure chest. I could spend hours in this place. They got all sorts of stuff for crafts and hobbies. Unique stuff you wont find anywhere else. And the staff is always so sweet and helpful. A great place for everyone. And very fairly priced I definitely would recommend it to anyone who are into hobbies and crafts.

Very friendly staff, the ladies up front behind the cash register allowed my daughter to take her hatchem with her when I had troubles with my debt card. They knew Id return to pay for what was set aside and kept my little girl Happy, also the RC guys are always so helpful in answering any questions and helping find particular items for rc specific items. Love going here only down fall is I always spend more than I intend but hey I come out happy and so does my daughter.

Extensive craft supplies. Great sections for modeling, rocket & miniature train enthusiasts. RC stuff as well. Many other items for various talents and crafts. Prices are good and they sell good quality products. Its an adventure just exploring the store!

This locally owned and operated shop does not disappoint. I will definitely be coming here again, the prices are fair, the selection quite complete, and the staff are so kind and helpful.And, they have a neat punch card reward system. So cute and quaint. Real local Montana style.

Everyone at this hobby shop is extremely friendly!!! Iv been to lots of hobby shops and none where as friendly and helpful. Bob the rc guy there has helped me lots of times keeping my car running. He has even soldered stuff for me. Never charges me a dime for it just for parts. Pricing is reasonable you may save a buck on so on eBay but not worth it when you can support these guys. Most hobby shops want $85.00 an hr to just look at your car. Highly recommend Treasure Chest they will fix you up!!!

Ive been shopping at the treasure chest for literally most of my life. I love it and the staff and I get along so well. They know us as the people who always buy LorAnn flavorings. In fact we will be back for more today!

This little place has been here for.ev.er., and the reason why is because it has the best smorgasbord of anything hobby you could want. If you need a special gift this would be the place to find it. RC cars trucks and even little drones, doll house, polished rocks, calligraphy and pen stuff (as well as some awesome parchments). I could easily spend hours in here. Not a place I would take children who dont know how to keep their hands in their pockets as there are a lot of little items. I hope this store sticks around for another 30 years.

I thought they had just about everything you wanted, well almost. Very helpful when asked. My man bought me beads, needles, mini cowboy hats, and the prices were very reasonable. Good place to hobby shop.

The Treasure Chest is a small craft & hobby store. They have a big variety of craft items. The staff are all super helpful. I had done a party cake for a friend where she wanted all of the holidays represented on the cake. I went straight to the Treasure Chest. I found a few things, then asked an employee if they had any more holiday items anywhere. She told me if it us out of season, they keep it in storage in the back, then asked me if Id like to go through the stuff and find What I needed. She went in vack and brought out several items from each of the holidays for me. Talk about excellent customer service!! I found everything I needed to do this cske.

Great people to deal with

They have just about everything a person needs for crafting. The selection of train and dollhouse items is awesome. I enjoy going in to just look around. Their prices are a little on the high side. It would be nice to have an occasional coupon. They used to have a punch card however you had to spend a bundle to get the store credit. Im not sure if they still use them

Some of the most wonderful people work here. Everytime I come in for model home supplies, they are extremely helpful and amazingly kind. You couldnt pay me to go anywhere else. Just a great experience all around.

An all around hobby and craft store. Has a few beads, findings, stringing, gemstones in case must ask help.... family run for several decades nice people. Hobby items like planes, rockets, craft clay, paints, ribbon, etc.

As everyone has said oldest and best shop in town. Quite the toy store, you could spend hours wandering. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Merchandise is of quality manufacturing not that cheap chinese stuff. This store has been in business for 40 years. Lets try and keep a local business going, this store deserves it.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I was vacationing with my family and found this store. The kids all found stuff to purchase and we had a great time in the store. The selection of products was only out-done by the friendliness of the staff. Great people. This is what a hobby store should be like. Turned out to be a nightmare, taked to Bob all the time, bot lot of rc cars from them,called couple days ago, asked he can send it to me, told me I have to buy the truck,told him no I played for it over the phone,he told me now I havent paid for it, said find my reseat, I have it on my bank statement. Never had a problem with them at all till this, think the mest up thing I come from kalispell to buy from them, Not anymore easier to buy of Amazon.

Love this place, helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and a bunch of interesting stuff for a lot of diffrent types of hobbies.

Unique place with a variety of crafts and toys. We go here for their train collection, as they are one of the few places in Missoula to actually carry HO trains in store. But they carry a lot of other items - wood crafts, paint, stickers, wood building, etc. It is tucked away so its not easy to get to, but it is worth the visit if youre looking to kill some time or looking for something specific.

They have alot of models to choose from they have other things like remote control stuff they have that too go in and take a look for yourself itll blow your mind of all the things they have
