This is a good supply store for anything crafty ...i really like their deals and their return policy. I purchased canvases, 1 of which were ripped and they let me return it without question! Great prices and good stock of everything

Less expensive crafting supplies available locally. Come on, you know whats up with Michaels. You go in intending to spend $5 and half an hour later walk out with $500 less in your account. Its a thing.

Great craft store

Absolutely love this place but my wallet gets worried every time I come in! Its too hard to say no to the super soft yarn, all the glittery doo-dads and the Supreme copic markers. Might have to get an organizer next time for all my goodies!

I had the pleasure of working with Matthias in the frame shop over the past week. I came to him with a few prints and some ideas and he went above and beyond helping me understand a variety of options available and mocking up some options with the design tool. He made me aware of promotions available and came up with some great creative suggestions based on my questions and vision. He was friendly and courteous and my custom work was delivered quickly. I look forwsrd to working with him on my next project idea!

Theyre out of the pens and glow-in-the-dark paints that I was looking for and I dont like to shop online so Ill just have to wait until they have them in stock

First time Ive stopped in @ that the North Reserve location. They had exactly what I was looking for & it was 70% off! Friendly staff, clean & very good about Covid guidelines!

Who is giving this place 5 stars?There’s never more than two people on duty, and usually the second person who isn’t stuck behind the register doesn’t know where the thing you want is. Top that with an online store that doesn’t reflect what they have in stock.

So much stuff, you can find things you didnt even know you wanted.

It is getting real tiring that companies are using Covid as an excuse for piss poor service that they’re providing. How is it you can only schedule one cashier but it’s acceptable to have nine people in one line standing there for 20, 30 or 40 minutes at a time. It is quite possible that you wouldn’t have upset customers making a complaint if any one person could actually take accountability and provide customer service. I mean that is the point of your job.

Michaels is always crazy. Dont go here if you are in a hurry as you will only be frustrated. They seem to run with minimal staff. If you have questions or need help, good luck. Check out takes forever. The store generally has a great selection of items and is fairly clean and organized.

So many amazing items to find! It is also an amazing store because of the classes you can take. For Valentines day, I made a shirt personalized by painting it!

This store is very disorganized, when we went to pay most of our items were a different price than we expected and when they did a price check we were told the items were in the wrong place. Also the person that checked us out was wearing a face mask that was inappropriate and unprofessional, it was actually very creepy and would be frightening to young children. I will certainly not be returning to Michaels any time soon.

I love this store. The only problem I have is that go in there for one thing and end up coming out with no money in my purse and too many items in my bag! Its just a fun store!

They always have great coupons on their website and usually after you make a purchase you get one as well. They have almost anything you can think of for crafting as well as storage. They have a huge photo frame selection as well

Love Michaels for getting my yarn for crocheting. They always have colors I cant find anywhere else and their always having deals going on. Staffs always friendly and helpful and they seem to keep the place quite clean and tidy. They have a great selection for all your crafts and hobbies. They have something there for everyone. Definitely would recommend if your big into hobbies and crafts. Ive never been disappointed.

Its a nice place. I feel like it is a little cluttered maybe? Lot of crafts in a small space. Otherwise I have a good time going there, the staff were nice and lots of choices.

Its all we have for decent art supplies. I wish we had an actual art supply store, like we used to but we done. I do wish the online pick-up was not stuck up by the checkout...the ONE place someone who orders online for pickup only wants to avoid....at all costs.

Id sell me blood to live in Michaels

If youre bad at self control, and love crafts, stay away!! I come in here all the time for one or two things and I leave with 10 things I dont need. Its the target of craft stores, how could you not like it?

Michaels always has good deals. More times than not I find what Im looking for. I never leave unhappy.

Basic. They stock the bare minimum of product to cover a wide variety of crafting and art supplies. So, you may not find precisely what you are looking for, but you may find something to get you by.Also, they are quite spendy by comparison. Jo-Ann Fabrics carries almost the exact same inventory, but their pricepoint is 10-15% less on average. And you dont often see items out-of-stick. If youre going to shop at Michaels then be sure to sign up online for the weekly 40% off coupons.Its definitely convenient to have on the north side, but realistically a bit limited and overpriced. Your better off planning ahead and buying online.Their customer service has always been very good for me - very helpful and polite.

Great variety of craft and art supplies. Good deals to be had. Could use some more employees it was hard to find someone to help. Person at register was friendly and helped me with finding my coupon. However there was a long wait to check out.

They had almost everything I was looking for and the employees were very helpful and really easy to talk to they went above and beyond to help.

I love this place. Im a card maker and a scrapbooker...so this is where I go for paper. I especially load up when they have sales or coupons!! Love it!

Went in looking for art supplies for a Christmas gift, found everything I needed for a decent price.

Good for the crafty hobby type people. I am not crafty and I only go there when I cant really find what Im looking for anywhere else. The place is nice and they have a lot of stuff. Somethings ice noticed are pretty expensive compared to other places. But generally there prices are decent.

Really bad experience at this michaels. Saw one of the employees stick a whole bunch of product in her pocket. And another employee was being extremely rude to some of the customers. The staff at this michaels is absolutely outrageous. I thing management needs to take another look at their employees.

This is a great store to support your crafting needs :) They have everything from drawing to cake decorating. Try to find coupons because they do tend to be on the expensive side . This is not the $ store ....

I called to ask if they sell individual Tombow markers b/c Im searching for a specific shade (N75). Sat for a few minutes through the please hold for the next available team member wait. Whomever answered the phone hung up immediately. It rang (signalling that youre off hold), then a brief pause, then I could hear the phone being put down and the call was ended.

Lots of things to buy!

So many fun things to discover at this store. Plan on taking lots of time because you wont want to quit checking each aisle out. Not just fun crafts of all kinds but classy home decor, ornaments and toys.

Prices are good. Use the coupons though.

Shelves were well stocked with a great variety of products. We found what we went for. They were understaffed during holiday shopping. The only visible staff were the cashiers and they were frazzled.

The frame shop doesnt ever have people to work it. It took 20 min to get someone to help pick up a picture that was already payed for.

Their framing department is a major RIP off, I took in a painting the frame that was on it was warped, they said they could strengthen it ... remove old frame and put it on a board so it would no longer be warped. We paid them $65 and when we got it back it had been pinned to a piece of plastic, we took it out of the cardboard sleeve and it immediately warped, now there is no frame and its more warped than when they started, they refunded 20% is all... major rip off, do not have them work on anything you value!

The sale prices were good. Selection was fine. Service was very slow and they were understaffed as it was.

The have everything I am looking for and more love this store.

Actually worked here many moons ago. The store is technically a smaller store in the chain, but they are tasked with cramming all the stuff that a big store has in it. Good selection of beads, adhesives and natural fiber yarn options as well as florals. Scrapbooking and painting supplies like paints & canvases are decent and they carry all the newer trends in crafts too. Currently things like bujo and disk planner accessories. Their range of offerings for weddings has diminished but there are still some pretty things. Prices are typical for a chain store, and could be considered a bit expensive. Especially for their premade flower arrangements and wreaths.

Really disappointed they didnt have fuzzy posters anymore, but the staff was super friendly and I love this store.
