Adam and Eves online presence is deplorable. Nothing is ever in stock and when you contact customer service they send you free gifts that never arrive and when they dont the online customer service reps let you know that the offer that you were promised and screenshotted was not actually what you were promised. Your money would literally be better spent anywhere else.

Super friendly staff which I appreciate, however, this is one of the few businesses in Missoula that DOES NOT ENFORCE MASKS. Not a single employee had a mask on. Even if you don’t believe in wearing masks to prevent the spread of Covid-19 or Covid-19 in general, it would still be cool to support a business that DOES believe in keeping their community safe and healthy. I will never return to this store. If you’re looking for a business that does care about their community, you should go to Fantasy. They have better ratings, provide hand sanitizer, and their staff members are masked, but sadly they do not carry Swiss warming lube. Amazon does though. If you have Amazon prime please utilize your membership instead of supporting a business filled with ignorance. Oh, also employees are VERY good at violating six-foot protocol, even if you have a mask on and are clearly taking precautions regarding the pandemic. My next phone call will be to the Missoula County Public Health Department.

Visited with my partner a few days ago... we were greeted into the store but when looked up to ask for help both employees were on their phones behind the counter..... I could tell we weren’t the only ones who needed help.All of their lubricant and oil testers were grimy, it felt like they had never been wiped down.The employees also were totally fine with talking about other customers with people in the store... I now know personal details about someone I know.I’d rather drive to Couer d Alene or Spokane if it means my confidentiality

They have so many options on toys and lubricants its hard to go any where else. Vast selection of lingerie, xs-4x. Affordable prices. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. love love love that place.

Purchased a product that I found on Amazon for $100 less only 10 minutes after leaving the store. I was informed that we purchase our products from Amazon and thats why it was double the price. I was given no compensation or refund. I will never shop at another Adam and eve location again.The employees were very friendly but it does not make up for the terrible policy.

The whole staff was awkward and didnt act like i was welcome in the store at all. Barely got a hows it going? Out of them then the employees stared at me the whole time i was there. The local adult shop downtown is WAY better. Nice friendly older lady made me feel comfortable and welcome unlike adam and eve did.

Great place to visit for personal or couples. However, their prices are far above what you could get online, and is unfortunately limited as well.

Great variety of toys. The employees were very helpful directing me to what I was looking for and also showing me some new toys I might be interested in. Very nice!

They are vary judgmental people, dont waste your time! Just went back to give them another shot my wife and I will not be returning EVER! SMH
