Beautiful neighborhood. Georgous homes well maintained. Top gated 24 hour security and all of the common areas are maintained and are beautiful as well. Clubhouse would challenge and private country club with all of its amenities.

Its very peaceful and quiet. Theres lots of trees and the environment is friendly.

This HOA is the stuff of nightmares. I said an inappropriate word and got written up for a $300 fine. They informed me that living there, or even being a guest of a resident, meant I was actually giving up my right to free speech.
