The owners and staff are really cool people. Very knowledgeable and make you feel welcome from when you walk in the door till when you leave. Great prices as well. Awesome quality of products and they also sell awesome local artist prices as well. This is my new go-to place for great pieces. You won’t regret stoping in and checking them out.

Their service is horrible, if you can’t wear a face mask because of your medical conditions, they try to say they still require it. Which is not only against the law, but against what the cdc says. As me and my significant other where the only 2 in the store. I will never be back.

Theres tons of cool little glass pipes that are amazing to look at. The atmosphere is chill and they have medical CBD which is what I was looking for, for my fathers bad knees. The employee that was there was very friendly and helpful and didnt mind when i wandered the small store for almost an hour just looking at the things they have. Its neat i recommend checking it out.

Lovvvveeee this shop. Just moved here from Vermont almost a year ago and havent been able to find any good shops until I came here. The prices arent bad at all! I do, however, wish they had more of a water pipe selection. But glass roots is definitely my new go to shop!

The best place to go in the Mishawaka area to get gear. Everything from 15 dollar pieces to designer glass, snacks, bowl cleaning equipment, even incense and candles. I tell everyone I know to go here. They have a fantastic staff as well.

***Update***I’ve been in the shop a few times over the past few months and I’m glad to say I haven’t seen any kids in the shop. The glass is still top notch and priced better than other shops in town. The two pieces I’ve picked up have both been excellent and are going to be around for a while.This USED to be my go to shop whenever I wanted something unique/cool. The last few times Ive been in the shop there have been quite a few kids under the age of 18 and thats not cool! I understand that with legalization its not a huge deal but the laws are in place for a reason and its quite apparent that the owner/manager and his employees have no desire to enforce the age policy...I guess its easier to be the hip headshop employee than a responsible adult. I can honestly say I saw a huge decline in the shop when the two new younger employees came around, once again showing that you cant just hire the first guy to walk through the door with bloodshot eyes wearing a Bob Marley t-shirt . Oh well, it was a cool shop but unfortunately I will no longer be going back and Ill make sure to get the word out that Glass Root supports selling to minors!

@Sebastian, Glass Roots does not carry anything near that price range and we do not use bait and switch tactics. Theres no way our shop was the one you visited. Our prices top out at about $60 for sherlocks and our highest priced items top out at about $500 for Hitman glass. You are more than welcome to come check it out for yourself,
