Michaels

Star in the framing department is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I moved out to Ontario a year ago and have had multiple items framed with her. I wish there were people like her at all my stores I shop. She is the best!

High priced but my daughter deserves the world.

Great selection. Favorite location. Always find what im looking for. One of the bigger locations in my option so way more to chose from. Ahhh crafting its good for the soul.

The store was in full Christmas prep mode but the 2nd cashier didnt come until the line was all the way past the line que. Cashier was extremely nice and helpful

Time goes by quickly as you browse up-and-down the aisles. A lot of neat stuff that makes you Want to be more artistic. Reasonable prices fun stuff for everyone in the family including educational.

Get the app if you are gonna purchase anythinf from here. Almost everything is on sale but with the app they always have a 50% off any regular priced item coupon. Smells amazing and staff is always helpful

I really appreciate everyones help here during this unusual time. They are making it work as best as they can and it shows. Was a breeze to order and simple to pickup. Also out of all the Michaels around me this location had full stock of everything I need. Love my new paint sets! Keep up the awesome job. Thank you!

Love coming here for all my projects. Halloween and Christmas stuff is out early!!

I was shopping at Michaels and it was closing time so i was walking towards my husband and daughter and this worker there saw me and rudely said. We are closed you need to go to the front RIGHT NOW.I wasnt going to go look around anymore or anything and it wasnt necessary for her to be that rude. I overheard another employee tell another costumer they were closed but she said it in a friendly way, which is perfectly okay... But the way that employee spoke to me was not okay. She needs better customer service and change her horrible attitude towards customers.. employees like that give stores a bad imagine. 1

Great selection and easy shopping.

Lots of good stuffs for craft and home decorations

Needs to be more clean and organized sorryIt needs to improve

Some stuff a little expensive for what ur advertising, we r going thru a pandemic here.

Got 20% off with my overall purchase because i downloaded tbe app. What a good deal!

Vast array of art supplies at reasonable prices.

My go to crafting store. Im so lucky to have a great Michaels right around the corner. And I never know what Im going to find, on to of what I need, so its always such a pleasure to shop there!

Fantastic customer service! I regularly shop here and have rarely had a bad experience. Today Kerrie was amazing, she went above and beyond with customer service even though they were busy. Nothing but praise from me.

Got everything, plus. All good

The store is well stocked and pretty organized. The only reason I gave the store 4 instead of 5 stars is because every time I have been there, they seem understaffed. But their customer service is great and the employees are always nice and courteous.

Was not able to find everything I needed!

Curbside pick up is too slow. Id understand if it were a bigger store and a lot of customers waiting but thats not the case.

One of my favorite store..

The have a pretty good selection of all the crafts and fine art supplies. Decently priced and good sales.

Everything you ever needed for crafts and home decor. Grate place to buy frames when they have sales, which is all the time!!! Sign up online for great coupons.

For the first weekend on December it was woefully undermanned. The line was very long and they only had 2 registers open. Also they had a sale on yarn and yet the selection was sadly inadequate. They did have a decent selection of Christmas wares which was good, you just had to get through the lines.

This place is amazing and you can get so many craft ideas. They also had some great specials.

I love this place

Service was not very friendly or hopeful

We got to the store tonight, just around 6pm and there was a girl at the door who stopped us and was “VERY RUDE” and said We’re Closed!! Not even nicely!!

Always something fun going on at The Arts and Crafts Store. Did you have your 60% off coupon?

Didnt have comp books, and kinda unorganized, but I like Michaels

Was iso Swarovski crystals for embellishments &:was very pleased with selection & color choices.

Love Michaels! This store is fully stocked. There are always new holiday items. Great customer service

This Michael’s has a good selection for crafters and home decor items. They are not usually crowded. They are in a plaza with a lot of other retailers like Ross and Kirklands. The staff is pretty friendly but they do not seem to be very knowledgeable regarding the difference between store policy and what an individual may want. This is not the first time when using coupons it has been presented to me as if the cashier or the store manager was doing me a favor. I had no expectation of receiving anything other than the savings as indicated on the individual coupon be it 40% 50% or 60% Michael’s advertises that they accept competitors coupons so it is not a personal favor to accept a JoAnn’s or Hobby Lobby coupon.

Some shelves empty, but still lots of stuff in store.

Great customer service.

Well stocked and clean.

Great store to get almost any things that Target or other store dont carry in stock. Needs more room between aisles so people can freely navigate.

Love Michaels but for some reason the one in Eastvale some of the cashiers are not very friendly and I got one... again. They love to argue and they are not very customer service oriented. It is not my fault tags and/or prices are not well displayed but anyway this has been going on for years so not sure if itll change. Too bad because I would visit more being that it is closer to my home.

Clean, easy tji find things and great cashiers!

The sale was excellent. I appreciate that they were ready for the sale with plenty staff and very well stocked. Thanks Michaels.

If you ar crafty or like to sew, crochet or knit Michaels is the place to go :)

Always a good experience!!

Always love visiting this location. People are always helpful.

Went for yarn,!! Came back with so many little items on clearance!. Just great

No service offered while shopping

Always a great selection of crafts, seasonal decorations and accessories! Be sure to check their website while you are waiting to check out for discount coupons - they usually have 50% off coupons for a single item :)

Nice helpful employees

I asked the cashier if they could check how much money my Michaels gift card had, which I had just gotten the day before, and they told me it had 15 dollars. So I got some things and went back to checkout. The cashier made me swipe the card multiple times then told me that the card was empty and never had money. So they basically took my money. Also they told another women that her gift card had expired which made no sense because the gift card says it doesnt expire and she said she had just gotten the card the week before.

Big variety...lines are always a bit too long....stay out of Victorville store

Helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks you guys

Today 10/9 I came in to take a cookie decorating class with my grandson and I have to say it started rocky no one could really give me info on what I should bring to the class. Even when I got there I couldnt find anyone to give me more detailed info on the class. Finally the room was opened and the young lady who goes by Dee opened the room explained everything, put out all the supplies and was just a pleasure to work with. She had my grandson participating in every step of the way. It was so much fun thanks to Dee. Later she even helped us find items we needed in the store.

Easy to get to and plenty of parking space.

Lots of products. Very clean

Terrible selection of embroidery floss. It just should’nt be that hard to keep stocked. I used to use Michaels as my “go to” place for any crafting supplies but lately I prefer another store.

Love this place if you craft they have most everything my favorite art store.

WAS GLAD TO FIND ALL I NEEDED FOR ME PROJECT, WELL STOCKED STORE STAFF WERE NICE AND POLITE

This place has lots to offer. I came in looking for a few engagement items for a family member and picked up a couple of items from their clearance area too!I like the coupons offered at Michaels, if I can save a few bucks, Ill do it. With a smartphone today, its so easy to go to their website and find one! This store has good customer service. Its organized, and theres an awesome selection.

This place was not what expected. Me and my wife when to find things for our house and Woow were we disappointed. Nothing is in stock. We literally walk around the whole store in 10min bc it unbelievably sucked, hobby lobby is definitely better

They were excellent especially our helper, Lauren, she went above and beyond to help us out to get our little boys blanket back on the mend. Its an old blanket thats being handed down from generation to generation, so its means a lot to us. She was so helpful and we just loved her smile and patients. Thank you Lauren.

This store use to be a wonderful place to shop but now a days the workers are very unfriendly and the shelfs are always a mess. I came in looking for something and the spot where it was supposed to be was empty but the overstock on top was overflowing with product. Not impressed.

Great service, great prices & am alwaysable to find everything I need.

Well, like every other Michaels Ive visited, I loved it. Very clean and staff was helpful. The bathroom was easily accessable and clean.

Nice and knowledgeable staff that really help get you where you need to go.

A very good store. Clean, well stocked, friendly service.

Star and the framing department did an awesome job must be one of your most valued team players

The closer waiting at the door let me know I had 4 minutes until the store closed. I was well aware of when they closed and would have gotten there sooner had it not taken me 15 min on hold to see if they had what I was looking for.

Love it there great prices get on their email and mailing list and you could even better deals through email

My one place to shop for art supplies, they typically have every hobby going on here. Im always able to find coupons on thier site or even in store. :) always fun to create and try new stuff out. Staff usually nice during the day. Copics, prismacolors and all paint types avaliable. Heres some of my art to inspire!

Terrible service to customers and very late response to customers and even unknowlege with their jobs!!

Great food, service, staff friendly, and clean really clean business. I appreciate it.

The best craft store ever

Clean, nice employees, very helpful.

It has a lot of things but they need more help.

For the most part, I love going to this store except that sometimes they lack enough staff and the waiting time to pay is long!

Didnt find most of the stuff I was looking for. But its okay.

They had a good selection of items they have really cheap washi tape on sale but unfortunately they didnt have the corner punch I wanted but thats okay everything else was great the store is clean and the employees are very friendly

Alyssa was a tremendous help. She was able to help with the matt choices and the custom work needed to make my prints look their best.

Love love love this place

This is my favorite one in the area.. hands down.

Good visit, didnt have what I was looking for, went Hobby Lobby and found it.

The story of great I love craft can never find help on the floor

28 people ahead of me, not counting groups. 3 registers open. I waited over 1/2 hour. I do realize it is Christmas. More help please.

Cool place items are a little too expensive.

Fast and friendly service and they tell you, see you soon!

Feeling crafty? This is the place for you! They have an abundance of arts and crafts supplies to release your inner Van Gogh. This location is smaller than the Riverside store but still good. I have had art custom framed here also and they do an excellent job! Sign up on website for coupons!

I was pick pocketed for my phone in store and staff all looked and acted like I was nuts! Not very helpful at all. At least couldve shown a little sympathy??!! Something. Girls at register were downright snobbish and condescending. Will not be returning. Joannes and hobby lobby both offer nicer staff and cleaner more organized stores!

Love the store !!! And crew are amaizing always smiling

What can l say. But awesome store.

I had an amazing shopping experience at this Michaels. The employees here were so helpful, sweet and friendly. AND....they had more supplies of things I needed then North Fontana. North Fontana is not a customer friendly store. Loved Mira Loma, which I would have gotten the name of the manager and employee that helped me. Great customer service.

They didn’t have what we needed for our marshmallow helmet, but they do have a lot of cool stuff and friendly staff.

Nice size store, able to find just about anything you need. Easy access for handicapped.

Was busy when I went so I can understand no one was available on the floor to help.

They always have a 40% off coupon online and sometimes 50% on Mondays

I always find something to buy in Michaels, but this time I couldnt find the things I neede. Not only that, at 9:30 in the morning I had great difficulty finding anyone to help me. I left very disappointed with my visit here.

Its not bad.

Its my favorite store for all my crafts and more employees are so helpful

I love Michaels but they never have anybody to help you when you cant find what you need. When you do find what you were looking for it either opened package, torn or dirty.

Good selection, very nice staff. :)

Great selection of crafts. Just remember to go there with your coupons
