My daughter is 6. We’ve been members, gone weekly, and done every birthday party there since they opened. I love it as much as my daughter does. I’m 6’ 200 lbs and I’ve been able to do everything with her including rock climbing and zip line.Membership is the way to go because your kids will want to go there all the time and you get discounts on birthday parties.My only critique is that other people’s kids can be awful so stick with your younger kids. The court monitors do a good job but they can’t be everywhere all the time and discipline is not their job.

We just left Urban Air and despite the fact we waited a while to check in because the line was long, I was impressed with the facility.We walked in and the line was past the front door. I think every parent was a little shocked to see 1 person doing check ins. After about 15 minutes a woman (probably in management) came to assist. Things started to move faster. She apologized profusely for the wait time and explained because CMS schools were opened the majority of her staff had to go to school.I like that this place has a lower price for kids 5 and below, and parents pay a fee to accompany. Every other trampoline park Ive been to I have had to pay full price for my toddler.My tot loved the tubes section. It was pretty cool and kept him occupied for the majority of our time there. Then we went to the ball pit/obstacle course and then the trampoline section.This place is cool because it has options for every age. There were also a few arcade games too.The food court was huge with a ton of tables and chairs so you could just sit and relax. The place was clean. Even the bathroom was super clean. Walked in there with our socks on with no issues.They were def understaffed today and I understand why. Its Presidents Day but school is in. The staff I did encounter were friendly and tried their best to cover as many areas as physically possible.I will def visit this place again with my tot.

First time visiting Urban Air and it was amazing! The staff was really nice. I love the gentle encourage I overheard the staff giving at the ropes courses and rock wall. The facilities were clean and stocked up. Management was on the floor talking to guests. Im not local but I would certainly return and recommend to others. Great job. Keep up the good work.

I made the mistake of coming on a snow day. However, the kids were restless, the snow was gone, and it was too cold to play outside so I gave in and took them. It took almost 20 minutes just to check in and pay (I had already filled out the online waiver). They had only 1 person working up front, and she kept being interrupted. My kids love this place, but as a spectator it is lacking. There are not enough comfortable seats, mostly plastic picnic tables. The line at the snack bar was almost as bad as up front. Also, Urban Air only allows jumpers to wear their socks, not jump socks from another place, which is just an easy way to make more money off parents. I understand they need them for safety purposes, but socks from any jumping facility should be allowed. At least they do have free guest wifi. If you can find a seat, you might be able to get some work done while your kids jump.

The attractions for the kids are numerous and diverse but not one staff member we interacted with seemed to know anything. The birthday party host didnt know the difference between the 2 bands the kids had to wear; at one attraction the attendant looked stumped when we asked a simple question about a sign with instructions for that attraction and it goes on and on. Go and let the kids have fun but dont expect any help from the staff.

Customer service is horrible my kids tried to get a snack at 850pm the girl that worked back there said she closed with a real nasty attitude they may be kids I am not know your difference they wont be coming back. Advised the manager before we left.

Dont get me wrong, this is absolutely a fun place for kids, but when you need to order hot food that need to be prepared, be aware that it might take a lot longer than you are willing to wait for. I ordered a hot dog and Mac and cheese bits, and waited for 40 minutes, while my kids cant wait to start playing and I no longer feel my hunger, I decided that I no longer wanted the food and just left. We only come to play for 2 to 3 hours, 40 minutes are just too much to wasted.

My children love this place. One of the best indoor places since DZ discovery zone.. Mondays are great. Barely anyone else there!

Nice jump park. Edited down to 1 star. Why? Lots of activities to do, but staff needs a lesson in phone manners, wife tried to book a birthday party only to learn water served in the package price, but person on phone wouldnt answer questions on what beverages were also offered and how much additional the price would be.Will take my business elsewhere where people know how to negotiate and answer questions instead of sounding annoyed.

Me and my wife love bringing our kids, all the trampoline parks this is probably one of the best, its always clean and well staffed. Its reasonably priced for the amount of time that you get, theyre are several things to do to enjoy your time here. The only reason I didnt get five stars but because I dont believe theres enough seating for the adults around the park. Other than that great place to bring your kids to spend the afternoon

My son loves this place! Plenty of things to do. Trampolines, jousting over a foam pit, basketball, dodgeball, a big play area kinda like on Legends of the Hidden Temple, and the ninja warrior obstacle course with a ball pit. It will wear your child out, and the parent if you decide to jump as well. Very fun!

My boys love this place! We go frequently an are always treated very well. Would recommend this place to anyone with kids. Even the under 5 age group as they have plenty for the little ones to do! Families of all ages will have a great time.

My boys really had a ball here! They played in the tubes playground and my older son loved the rock wall area. We didnt do the trampolines or play dodgeball, or many of the other things they offer, but its available and all looked fun, too. We were visiting for the night and needed something fun for our boys to for the evening instead of just sitting in the Airbnb. We made the right choice!

Its a really nice place, however, make sure to pay attention to your kids and how they are playing. I noticed that the employees werent always paying attention. Some were texting and not watching the situations. I know it doesnt require the attention of a pool lifeguard, but people can still get seriously hurt when they dont enforce rules and parents dont keep their kids following the rules as well. Its kept clean and they even do seasonal things (like a haunted area beside the zip line), I can only imagine what the Christmas decorations will be. I like that they have a large area for parents to meet and relax as well and a place to eat too. The front desk staff was really nice as well.

I really loved this place but I want to also give a word of caution; do not come here if you are That Parent. You know, the one that gets upset at everything, screams at everyone, and just has a temper tantrum. Do all of us a favor and stay home.The last time I went, I watched in abject horror as a brute of a woman cut the line of fifteen people at the refreshment bar, ordered two Bud Lights, and then yelled at the person that stated calmly that she cut the line. Managers had to be called as she proceeded to cuss and complain about beer that could literally have been bought for less at the nearby gas station. This woman had no morals and no control over herself or her poor choice of alcohol.There was also a kid that bullied my sister-in-law into giving him her harness, too. That was weird.

Only went in to take a dump. The kids were having a blast. And yes I felt better.

We had an awesome time here with our 4yo boy and almost 2yo girl. There is some kind of play structure maze thing they can spend time manuevering through that gives them a lot of exercise. Trampolines were great for 4yo and when the dodge ball area quieted down our 2yo jumped as well. My husband and I jumped a bit too. Great time!

My Son had his birthday party here! It was worth every dollar and cent. My party host Keyanna was amazing. She was friendly and her customer service skills were warming. i did nothing but bring a cake. I would def book another birthday party here. All of the employees offered help and was very welcoming.

Family had a blast. Must take off shoes and wear their socks. Wonderful experiences.

Amazing place.... my son and I go every Sunday as a reward for him having a good school week. The owner and staff are always very friendly, and they recognize us now because we come so often. My son looks forward to going here all week long..... and not only do I get to spend time with him but he gets tons of exercise and always ends up having a great night of sleep before school on Monday. I also enjoy jumping here.... I get to skip the gym for the day and get my workout jumping around with my son.

Don’t come here on the weekend . supper busy and low on staff. you wait in line for about 45 mins with your kid(s). when you get in you play alil and want something to eat and there goes another 45 mins in line plus you have to wait for your food (2 slices and drink) 30 mins. i’m pretty patient but this was too much!!!!

Attended for a bday party. I love this place however, I was unaware that they do NOT include food with their bday package! For all that money, they dont include food. And their party favors is a scratch off sheet with the scratch off being a FREE bottle of water! Unacceptable and cheap. They can do better with that. But overall, its a fun place.

First time here and me and my little one had a blast! So much fun! This place made this 52 year old feel like a jid again!

Kids enjoyed this place... Except for one of the food workers very rude... They gave us a dented Powerade bottle. They when we asked for a new one her comment was “someone else would take it”. Very unprofessional

Trying to buy a ticket online and website is not working. Tried calling and only can get a recording telling me I need to buy a ticket online and not in person. Must have a ticket reservation before arriving.If you do not have online access or the website is not working you cant buy a ticket.

The place was terrible. The staff was not very nice. My children were being harassed by another group of children and when we told the staff they made it sound like we were in the wrong. I suggest not coming if you DO have children you are interested in coming.

Had serious fun

Place may be clean...but the staff were far from friendly. The girls at the front counter couldnt answer my questions. One of the staff seemed to move from area to area with the kids leaving other areas unsupervised. At one point the warrior course was totally unsupervised. This is when I said its time to leave.

This place would be cool if you didn’t have to pay for each area separately. If you actually want to enjoy it, it’s like $27/hour or something. We just did trampolines and I quickly realized that was pretty substandard compared to the other trampoline places. If it was $15 or $20 for all access it might be worthwhile. And of course they want you to have their socks. I get that it’s costly to build a place like this, but I don’t think it’s worth double the price to go here. Big air has plenty of fun stuff to do. I mean... you can’t ever sit in a comfy chair while your kids play, when no one else is here. Alarms will sound! Lol... weird...

First time going there was amazing and the people that work there are kind and helpful they should get a raise on their pay check.

Great place except for the constant truck backing up noise youre forced to listen to because people sitting in the massage chairs dont realize theyre for people who PAY to use them

This place is run like a military. Workers yell at your children the entire time, its ridiculous. If you are looking for a place for your kids to have fun, dont come here.

I have been contacting this location to cancel my daughters party reservation and no one is wanting to assist me. I booked this 3 weeks before her birthday & now her birthday is in 5 days & I have to yet to get my money back or to hear from anyone. I have submitted emails & have called plenty of times. Once I called someone told me a manager is the only one who can cancel party reservations & took my name an information but again NO ONE have contacted me. I’m currently trying to contact them now @ 4:27pm and they just opened at 4:00pm and I have been on hold for 10 minutes. This is not OK! No one is answering or wanting to assist so now I will be contacting corporate office to assist me!I will NEVER book or even think about going to this place again!!!!!!

My kids love i everytime they go, we always have more family memories to make.

They do not clean the balls but every couple of months. The son lost his iPhone in the ball pit. They told him it was pretty much gone forever. The staff where all children and very unwilling to put themselves out to help. Im beyond mad, while I understand he shouldnt had it with him thats no excuse to treat him that way. Awful disgusting place to take your children. DONT GO!!

This is one of three trampoline parks that I have taken my kids and its the one they enjoy the most. The zip line and playground as well as a superior wall climbing area are definitely the deal breakers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have to drag them away compared to the others where they get bored after an hour or two. I really cant think of any negatives, though I would hope they will change things up a bit in the future and add/change attractions (the sky walk is sort of a waste of space).

The place was crazy funny only thing bad was the rest room they were horrible. I no it’s a kid place but they need to have the cleaning every few hours

Neat place, but way over priced and no one watches their kids in here, weve had issues with rude kids and parents on more than one occasion.

Recently relocated to this area and while out running errands my children and I found urban air. The initial pricing is fair, I guess. There arent many attractions. The issue I have is the food court. The price isnt the issue but the quality of the food, I can tell the fries arent fried. The fries were burnt and had a terrible after taste. The pizza was room temperature and didnt taste very good. The staff is very friendly and the attractions they do have a very enjoyable. Im not sure how long this place has been around but there is ALLOT of room for improvement.

I had great time each time i took my daughter and my niece except for this last time we went. Everything was good until it was time for us to leave and I’m leaving without shoes because some low life person decided it would be ok to take my shoes which were apparently too big for them and left me some too small shoes, I’m guessing because mine were in better condition! I highly suggest lockers if your allowing people who steal in your establishment!!!

Lots of fun activities! Trampolines (basketball, jousting, dodge ball and super springy ones). It also has Ninja Warrior style obstacles, a crazy zip line type of area, rock climbing and play area. The staff was friendly and helpful plus there’s a small picnic table space for taking a load off.

My grandsons really enjoyed themselves! It was very clean and reasonably organized. You are required to buy socks from them but you can bring them back on your next visit. It did seem a bit pricey but Ive never been to a place like this before, so Im not sure if it was reasonable. I thought there could have been more comfortable seating in the area for those who were not jumping.

Grand kids had so much fun here

Love this place. Took my six year old granddaughter here and she had an absolute blast. She was not able to go on any of the sky rides or the zip line due to height requirements you have to be 48 inches tall. Also know that you must buy their socks. Great place for the kids to work off all that energy. Lots of Staff around to help out and guide you.

The best and most fun indoor trampoline park that we have ever been to.So much for kids to do! We spent 4.5 hrs there with our son and had a blast!!!Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back again, many times.

Absolutely amazing place! Super safe, well organized and jam packed full of fun. From ball pit to trampoline floors drop zones rock walls arcade games zip line all the way to the rope course and massage chairs for adults my family goes every week.
