A little smaller then what I thought it was going to be but we all still enjoyed ourselves. Prices arent too bad either.

Great place for children. Dont waste too much money on the arcade machines though. Some dont worl, take your money and youre guaranteed to not win anything from the machines

Overall a good place to take the kids.My only real complaint is how they determine their jump time. When you get the kids signed in and they have their wrist bands, it is never exactly on the quarter hour. They back time it. So if you pay for 1 hour and you get your band at say 3:22, your hour expires at 4:15. They always short you part of that quarter hour. Every other jump part we have been to bumps you forward to the next quarter hour. Not a super big deal, but it is not right either.

This place is an awesome spot for kids to jump around for an hour or two so they can fall asleep without restless legs at night...this is especially helpful during the longest & coldest parts of the winter months up here, when outdoor activity is sparse and precious few hours of daylight. Highair Ground has a lot of open trampoline ground with a variety of activities like dodge ball, basketball hoops, and a couple foam ball pits. They also have a few arcade games and party rooms. They occaisionally have lock-ins and theme nights. Its great to have places like this for kids to do something fun.

So fun, so tiring. Great for kids and adults. The foam pits are my favorite part because you can do tricks without dying.

Kids had alot of fun jumping!

Was nice but one of the workers, Samantha, didnt do anything about the older boys being too rambunctious... one of them hit my friend in the head with the foam cubes and she didnt do anything... but she surely watched my kids like they were doing something wrong

The facility is great. It has a large amount of foam pits, different tracks of trampolines, a kids area, and some meshed in dodgeball arenas.Theyre pretty accommodating to disabilities. They host therapies and all kinds of things.Its typically busy, but not swarmed. The crowd is normally children, so its usually still pretty open.The staff consists of the regular management and some teens that seem to have a pretty high turnover rate. The younger staff are pretty hit or miss, but the management is great.Parking tends to go really fast and is in kinda short supply.

We had a school come in and the attendant was rude, disrespectful, and demeaning to all our children, as parents and guardians it’s disheartening to know their are still people in this community, who lack the skills and professionalism towards the public. We have been to several parties prior to this incident and never had a problem, most of our server were college age and always professional. All waivers were pre-signed with upper management. But she refused to look and refused to let the guardians sign after she took other children with no children present and sign waivers. So disgraceful ND still had to deal with this attitude. We were told she screamed at adults and kids. Said you people have to leave. I don’t know if they have their own cameras but we had ours. She even refused to look and confirm the preregistration, I won’t have family patron a place that treats adults and children in that manner. I hope she does not speak for this establishment because sadly her conduct & ignorance did.

Great place for the kiddos

We took my grandson here for a treat. He totally enjoyed his time spent bouncing and playing.I would have given it a five star rating except for the fact that the so called arcade lacked on games.

My daughter loves coming here! Highly recommend, helps to wear some energy out of the kiddos!

Lots of fun for active children! I deducted a starbecause we had a birthday party there and the pizzas were late and expensive. This was disappointing because we know they were ordering it from an outside delivery service.Other than that, the kids had a great time.

Super Affordable compared to other parks I’ve been too, and you can use socks from other trampoline parks! The staff is friendly and always willing to help teach flips if you ask! They are locally owned and have events every month including other local businesses! Fun for all ages and skill levels 10/10

Excellent place had looks of fun prices were fine and there was lots to do. The socks were fine to have to pay for them because you can use them again when you come back to jump.

I’d leave 0 stars if it was possible! The customer service at this place is probably the lowest of any place! Your “manager/supervisor” showed a group of young ladies such disgusting attitude that I and my children walked out! I hope that team whoever they were reports what happened to them! And I hope the owner of this franchise hears how they lost so much business today because of one woman who couldn’t put a smile on her face and welcome those kids in!

Super fun for the kids and if you catch it when its not busy you can have a blast also. Great place for bday parties and really fun place to get the kids something to do during a bad weather day. Little pricey but I understand we are in Minot where everything is over priced. Give it a try its fun.

This was a really neat place to go. I enjoyed seeing the children have fun when they went. They have good prices and packages for planning events. I would recommend them for your next event.

This is a bad idea and u need a parent and is overall not ideal. There is no trampolines in the entire facility. The only good thing about this place is the snow cone shack in the parking lot.

Fun for the entire family. My kids (and myself) always have a great time and leave exhausted. My only constructive criticism is that I wish the socks were included in the ticket prices.

It’s fun but it smells in there and always gives me head aches. The black lights are sooo much fun but it would be more fun if the put some air fresheners in there.

The staff are young and dont care too much about whats going on while jumpers are jumping. I even saw one talking to a friend the entire time we were there. Had one of our friends kids get their leg broken by another jumper. Sure we sign a waiver but if staff would actual say something rather than hang out, maybe it could have been prevented. Just saying. Other than that, they are kind of pricey but it is a much needed place to do something during the long winter.

Probably the most horrible experiences I have had at a trampoline park. I mean our hometown one isnt the best but it sure isnt like this one. When you go in there get ready to get in trouble... I mean my husband got in trouble for doing a double back flip, we understood and stopped. But then my 2 year old got in trouble for climbing up the tramp I mean hes 2! And were standing right there, but thats ok we stopped him. AND THEN... my brother got in trouble for falling on the tramp, the worker came over and said stand up come on! I mean what! He fell! And then he started following my brother around, hes lucky I didnt say something. And then to top it all off my 2 year old gets in trouble for not wearing the socks and taking a ball from the dodge ball area. #1 they dont have socks that fit a 2 year old and they are balls who gives a s***!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest you dont have your staff so uptight, and also get some toddler socks preferably size 7c! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
