I have had several framing projects completed here and all were very good experiences. Depending upon the options selected, the end cost can be expensive, but the selection of frames is large (so costs can be managed). Staff have always been helpful and deferential to my tastes. The projects have been completed on time and always look great.

Cannot say enough amazing things about Nash Frame as myself and my extended family has used for years. The consultation and guidance has been second to none. It is also worth noting that Nash Frame did a lot of work for the Minnesota Twins and their new headquarters. They know how to do everything from framing your kids art to high-end gallery pieces. Highly recommend - you cannot go wrong!!

A bad experience.Very expensive, lots of pretense. We were directed, rather than served. It took 8 weeks to get our project finished and when we picked it up, it was not done according to the choices we made and they had added $75 to the balance due. When we questioned the odd mat colors, we were told that they looked better than what we had chosen. Unbelievable. Lots of other shops nearby!

Nash Frame provided great consultation and execution of a large framing project I had for an office building. I was happy with the process and end results. I would recommend.

Difficult experience with Nash Frame and Design, not only did they lose a family piece, commemorative and unique, ultimately not completing the artwork intended for an 86 year old birthday gift for my mother, the complete lack of communication and honesty was the poorest customer service Ive seen in my 51 years.Certainly understand mistakes happen, yet to learn of it from an inbound call from me to them, six weeks ago stopping into story, paying in full, and now days before hoping to give gift is difficult and disconcerting.Brian Warpinski

After waiting six weeks, I called to check on the status of my frame order, which consisted of just one piece. Not only was it still not complete, but I was treated as though I was an inconvenient interruption in the day.Two weeks later, I finally had my finished piece. It turned out nice enough, but not worth the inflated price, considering what I went through to get it.Disappointed at best.

Thanks for the help fixing my framed photos of kids from 15+ years ago! Fast, efficient and gave it new life for many more years to come.

Not impressed. Pretentious, expensive, and slow. Luckily, there are several other options for professional custom framing in the area.
