Beautiful park, with so much to offer. Tennis, racket ball soccer, baseball, playground. So many cool activities you can attend, bands, stories in the park, lots of kids activities always going on. Very large park, great place for picnic or barbecue.

Very large and spacious park with plenty to do for young children. This is an historical park in the heart of Minneapolis.

The tennis center is wonderful(though expensive compared to other facilities in the metro area.) Other than that, the park is pretty standard. Lots of green space as well as baseball and soccer fields, and basketball courts indoors and out.

We take the granddaughters here, we all love it! Remember to bring the swimsuits for the small water park.

Week days this park is very quiet and nice to grill in the late spring and summer.

Great place to take kids! We love the splash pad in the summer! Awesome playground area with swings, slides, and one shaped like a train for the younger kids to enjoy. I also enjoy that they have an indoor gym with lots of fun stuff to play with in case of bad weather. The staff is wonderful as well!

I thought this place was creepy before the walking homeless took over. Really not a place to be after dark...or even in the daytime. Frankly, Im even concerned just going to Nicollet Tennis. Thanks Minneapolis Park and Rec Board. A must avoid for the time being sadly.

My family worked there for awhile, great place to play pick up(basketball) just depends on what time you go

I worked here over 10 years ago. I enjoyed it. So many good memories. I now walk my puppy around the grounds. Still a peaceful place

Fun little park

Was in the neighborhood visiting a friend went by the park and it was perfect to take kids.

A beautiful and well maintained park with alot of artistic touches throughout. Im thankful to be a resident of Mpls and to be able to share in its many fine parks.

The center of recreational neighborhood interaction from sports to fine arts. A community bring new innovation to our youth and our ageing population.In one word, WONDERFUL, and thats a very nice place to be.

Beautiful park for families!

As far as I can tell, this park has something for all ages. It has a wonderful toddler play area. The playground for the bigger kids is great as well. There are 3 well-kept baseball fields, a basketball court, 2 tennis courts, and a volleyball court. The park itself also has large open spaces and multiple picnic tables and benches.Another thing sets this park apart- the small sculpture garden with 4 benches that include quotes from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The toddler play area includes a little pretend shop that has a little explanation of the black inventor of refrigeration. At the bigger playground, three steps the children take to get onto the jungle gym are modeled into books.Love it!

Great little center. I like they host a lot of different activities for people to do, ranging from dodgeball to basketball. They need a new front desk computer for their staff so they can be faster with check ins and stuff. But positive energy with the community.

Historic park great place to walk and exercise quiet place

Not just a well-designed playground and swimming pool: it makes multicultural education convenient and interesting. A place like this could easily be the center of a progressive, inclusive community.

Great park with indoor and outdoor facilities. Several options for recreational sports for kids and adults.

Nice Urban park. Good facilities.

The gym here is big and open so it makes for good games. There are also a small row of bleachers on the east side of the court. The rest of the facilities are basic and so-so.

Never ever doing buisness again here there fakes that will give you the run around was very very disapointed on how they do buisness never again no stars from me if you want to rent here dont do it dont go threw what i went through rent somewere else

Nice park with a wading pool and playground equipment for the kids.

The playground equipment was fun and challenging, but there were no bathrooms unlocked on a Sunday afternoon in June.

I sub on a volleyball team here and the staff is always friendly and nice and warm in the winter.
