Ive lived here for several years and even moved at one point only to ultimately come back and buy a different home. It has its pros and cons like any other neighborhood and I could certainly live without some of the tenants occupying space here, but the owners have always been good to us and they do strive to make it a good place to live. They are also constantly doing their best to keep the place clean and they put on several community activities throughout the summer, as well as a weekly food shelf that runs every weekend year long. I havent had to use it so I cant speak to how helpful it is, but if money is tight, I imagine it would be a huge benefit to many families. For the money, I dont know how you could find a much better place to live to be honest. If youre looking for your next home, Id certainly give the owners a call.

Worst place to live, Im assuming. I drive a bus with students through here and the people who work at the office will cut you off and run the stop signs along with the maintenance staff. Like I said I drive a bus with students, you would think they care about their safety but obviously not with their lack of patience and safe driving. Live there at your own risk or your childrens

This company really knows their stuff, despite my impatience with wanting to get everything done very quickly they walked me through the process of buying a home. When there were clerical issues, they remained vigilant and got me the paperwork that was needed.

Ive lived here for 2 years now. Great neighbors on my block, awesome family owned park with very nice staff! They encourage people to take pride in ownership. Of all the parks I looked at, Im glad I chose Centennial Square!

This trailer park is an example of why people use the term trailer trash! It’s disgusting and dirty. I was visiting some relatives that live on this premises many of times and their office management is terrible. They lie all the time and put you into a rut just to benefit theirselves. I’ve tried talking to one lady by the name of Jenny who gives me no time of day, and seems to be all over the place. Beware of this park!

The reviews posted stating that Centennial Square cited Officer Gomm for items in his yard to be removed or fined is COMPLETELY FALSE. I do not know why someone would start such a incorrect rumor, but wanted to set the record straight. Mr. Gomm was an excellent resident and we mourn his loss and honor his memory.

Very nice social room for family and friends to gather

The fact that a hero was horribly attacked and murdered in the job, protection the people of not only ghe state but also this community and then the comminity threatens to charge the widow for a memorial of flags set up by mourners us beyond repulsive.This was not a situation of trash or general unkept property. This was for the show of support from the corrections community to the family of Officer Gomm.I would never live in a place that would treat its tenents with such disrespect during the worst time of their lives.Shame on you.

A friend of mine lives here and weve used their community room for a committee meeting for the past few months. The room is nice enough and it seems like its easy enough to rent out.

The snow removeal people arent even here tell days after the snow and today 10 ins of snow everyone is stuck everywhere no one plowing jackshit what a joke

It is a place to live but very little room between trailers, very dirty, and the people seem very rude. This is one place I would not recommend moving or living in this park.

This Mobile Home Park is ran by Crooks and Liars and Criminals! Do not ever move here. The Park Managers LIED to a judge about amount we owed. Claimed we didnt pay Lot rent Feb. And March. We did!! Park maintenance broke into our home and vandalized our house. The Park Management told our neighbors lies about us and told nieghbors to spy on us. The Park Managers, office staff and maintence personel are Unethical, and Unprofessional and a group of Low Lifes! Run from Centennial Square Park!!

The manegment to me seems as it bullies people knowing they dont have the means to be able to move sum place else so they rule with an iron fist do what they say or else
