I bought tickets through a ticket service and could not get my tickets loaded to my Vikings app. Several days and several hours on the phone with the ticket service company and they could not solve my problem. Basically just told me there was nothing they could do to solve my problem. Called the vikings app ticket office and they solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. PLUS, the guy was so friendly and determined to solve my problem. I wish I would have got the guys name.

Im a huge Vikings fan and I cant say I have been more dissatisfied in your play then the game last night. At this point I wish we wouldnt make the playoffs so we dont get embarrassed like we will. Please just play the back ups in the wild card game so we at least have a decent excuse why we get beat so bad with 1 dimensional Cousins.

First time to go on a football preseason, and it was very amazing that I just sawed at the ticket office.

The hours could be better, but otherwise the staff were very helpful
