I ordered from their online store in October under the impression that it would take 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive. They informed me that my order would take a little longer than expected. 6 weeks later, they told me that the order would not be filled until spring and offered a refund, which I accepted. They only refunded 2/3 of the amount of the item!! In the original order they added items on (which I did not ask for or want) that I was then still charged for!I absolutely will never shop with them again. Buyers beware!
