Weve hosted our annual holiday party for ~100 people at New Rules for two years in a row and its been fabulous both times! The space is clean, has everything you need, and is a warm, cozy environment on cold December nights. The art is wonderful and a special part of the space.

I had an amazing experience hosting my Birthday Party at New Rules. Ricki and all of the staff were great with communication and easy to work with. If anyone is looking for a unique and fun space for an event this is a great place to do it!!!

New Rules was host to our weekend workshop for 20 women. The room was bright with natural sunlight, and surrounded by vibrant local art, it created a welcoming vibe for our participants. Both Ricki our community manager contact and founder Chris were friendly and helpful, ensuring layout was exactly as we wanted. Parking was easy. Absolutely recommend this venue for events!

Give yourself the opportunity to feel the good and rich cultural opportunities of the north side of MPLS and have a nice cocktail watching it all happen. Eclectic, artsy, community spot with heart on the menu.

This space was redesigned as an art exhibit when I first ventured into this location. There were at least 40 or more people at the exhibit. The space itself looks small however there are three sections so its spacious. It would be a great place for parties and get togethers.Beware of parking. The street parking was fine on the weekend but its easy to pass by quickly so pay attention.Id recommend using the new rules venue!

Versatile multi use space. Ive attended events and performances here and love seeing how creative folks get with the space.

Super good idea for a community building hub. Friendly, great asset for artists, wine, food and mixed drinks, juice bar. Vegetarian and Omnivores can share this venue.

Beautiful work space! Wonderful service this is my favorite place to get work done, take meetings, etc. They have everything you need and the new cafe is great!

Went in for a smoothie. Mega-yummy! This is a shared space for entrepreneurs. Very nice art gallery and community events. Will return for more fresh fruit smoothies!

Work in progress, including a new AC system that didnt work on the hottest day of the year so far. Staff were friendly, engaging, and assisted staff with needs. The space still needs to find its personality, but a new option for small corporate team building or low-key nonprofit events.

Spent a few hours working on a sewing project at New Rules and had such an enjoyable experience! I love the atmosphere working side by side with other creatives in MN. The owner has such a great vision for the space and the staff is very friendly and hard-working. Looking forward to completing my next project at New Rules!

Wonderful community space for holding meetings or small social events. Beautiful hard wood floors and pieces by local artists compliment the space. Would definitely recommend, and each person that rents the space brings the cost down for the next renter!

New Rules is the creative hub Ive always dreamed of. As a member, access to the space allows me to manifest my artistic vision into something tangible. Staff is friendly, events are often and engaging + its always growing.
