I brought my family and a few friends here for my birthday. We did the apartment room. When we wakes in we were greeted with a warm hello, the staff was absolutely wonderful and very informative. It is a nice cozy atmosphere and you only Wait a few min and then youre brought right into the room. Our room host was Alyssa. She was fantastic and had a very nice personality, the room was so cool itself with AWESOME hidden secrets and clues. It was definitely one of the top rooms Ive done in awhile. My whole party enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be coming back !

My family and I are escape room junkies and we truly enjoyed this place A LOT!! Weve been to multiple different places that do escape rooms and this was place was truly the best in Long Island. Very organized, professional, very nice and helpful! They truly make the room feel like youre in the theme of the game. Definitely going back and our game master rob did an amazing job helping us when we needed it without giving anything away!

Went here with a group of friends this weekend and we had so much fun! Andrew greeted us upon arrival and was so helpful throughout the entire experience! We’ll definitely be back!

Our first time here and we LOVED it. Lots of fun, very challenging. We did The Subway Room - unfortunately, we did not escape, but we will definitely be back for more. Jenna, Kiara and staff were beyond friendly and super friendly. You will not be disappointed.

I have to say that this was a pleasant and fun experience. Everyone should go and try this place out. The staff was fantastic, welcoming, warm, helpful and supportive. We did the Z51 room challenge and almost did it (90%). The exciting thing about the whole experience is doing this with friends, family and strangers. Its amazing when you realize how well you work together to gather all the clues and try and beat the challenge. I was dumbfounded in how well my daughter and I worked together, never had an experience like this before and it really gave me some wonderful insight into how smart and strategic she was in figuring out a host of clues and putting them together in order to solve the challenge. You know Im going back since they have about 8 to 10 different challenges at.all different levels of difficulty. Highly recommended.for groups of friends and family when you feel like theres nothing to do. Relatively inexpensive and last a whole hour or.more.

We have been to many different rooms and this seemed like a standard one at first. However it did a great job of combining the standard combination locks with interactive elements. Theming was well done, had a great story behind it. It was so good to that we actually stayed and completed a second room.

Never thought Id have so much fun exiting an establishment. Fair yet challenging puzzles and cool surprises! Shout out to Chance for being a real treat and making our experience real swell. Very much recommend and hope to return.

Fun activity to do as a team building exercise. Couple of glitches but really fun. Definetly will try another escape room theme.

The two people, Anthony and Lauren working there were fantastic. They were very kind and nice to talk to. They were very friendly and made the scenario fun even though we failed.

Such a fun experience! We went for a corporate event and it was a bonding experience, we laughed and the puzzles kept us busy. Had a blast definitely, coming back !

Wonderful. Exciting and clever. We had a group from 7yo to 66 and everyone had a blast. So challenging and so rewarding. Perfectly crafted clues and obstacles.

I went with my family for my 11 year old sons birthday. We did the subway escape and had an absolutely wonderful time! The attendants were upbeat, kind, and very kid-friendly. We loved the theming and the overall experience. Will definitely return, great for families!!

Staff was Awesome...Did the Subway room the lights at the end of the clues were not working rite..So we didnt make it out..The Staff came in and tried too and he couldnt do it either lol..Thought they should have given us another room or a refund...

Highly recommended. We were a starter group and the subway room was awesome. We got through it and made it out but it was a complete team effort with no short of difficult puzzles to figure out. Our Game Master/Hostess Karrie was great. Explained everything well and articulate while maintaining her sense of cool and fun. A definite plus. Good stuff.

It was a very nice place and the decoration was amazing... the staff was very nice. My biggest problem though were the puzzles (we did the abandoned factory)... it wasn’t that they were too hard or too easy but that they didn’t make sense... it was very hard to connect one thing to another... the group I went with needed many hints and we still didn’t escape... but overall it was a nice place

May seem a little expensive at first but totally worth it! So much fun for anybody and everybody! The hour that you get to escape goes quick! Definitely want to do again

We had a fantastic time today. It was our first experience in an escape room. I had 7 people. 4 adults and 3 kids (11, 12 and 17). We almost made it out of the room, we used the clues. Our game coordinators were awesome. Thanks for a great time Erika and Goya. We will definitely be back!

I did an escape room before in Brooklyn but this one was really good! Rob and Shawn were extremely helpful and we had a great experience. Definitely coming back with more people. Did the once upon a time room to start off. Highly recommended.

I have done 3 escape rooms in total at Can You Escape? LI. The first 2 experiences were great but the most recent one wasn’t great at all. The game master was very rude to me and my friends after we hadn’t escaped the room. She had a very negative attitude which was very off putting. Also, the three hints that me and my friends received were already information that we had figured out. One of the hints was the exact same information as one of the pages in the room itself, which we had already found but were having trouble deciphering, and instead of giving us a useful hint we were just told verbatim what was on the page we found in the room. The game master didn’t seem the care and took a long time to give us the hints when we asked for them. At some point we were just told the answer for one of the puzzles, which I hated because asking for a hint does not mean give me the answer. The only useful hint was given to my group within the last 5 minutes of the room, so I feel like I wasted my money on this experience because we got so much farther in the last 5 minutes than we did in the first 55 minutes because we weren’t receiving useful hints. The game master then proceeded to make us feel bad for not knowing how to use something in the room and told us “oh well” in a very mean way along with telling us to not get mad at her that she was just the game master, even though she wasn’t a good one. She also did not consider to ask us if we wanted to know how to solve the rest, she just told us and didn’t take into consideration that we might want to come back and try the room again. It was very a very frustrating experience, and I don’t know if I want to go back anymore. I am very disappointed at how everything went down. I wish I could relive the whole experience but with a better game master who didn’t ruin my birthday

Great experience! They provide a backstory for why you got trapped. (I dont feel that it added much to the process.) The ticking clock definitely adds pressure to the situation and cause tensions to rise. Red herrings exist to lead you in the wrong direction and can easily confuse. Staff was friendly and enthusiastic. With several rooms to escape, you can come back multiple times and have a unique experience each time. If you have enjoyed the point and click games on the internet, you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. (Spoiler alert: for safety reasons, the door is never actually locked) Highly recommend you grab some friends and rise to the challenge! Can YOU Escape?

Had so much fun! Karli and Erika were great hostesses and made it very appealing. The different levels of feasibility were great for our group. The room was well organized and challenging yet logical. Can’t wait to come back and try another room!

Me and my wife came in to do the subway room. We had a blast and I would definitely recommend her for any other couples who may be out on a date night. Overall it was a great experience and Our game master Shawn was very helpful. I would definitely come back again.

Carley and BB(Brittney) were great! They were very friendly. Carley gave us the up-down on how escape-the-rooms work before we even went up and shared with us previous records so we knew what we were up against. BB was immediate with the requested clues and our room was very challenging! She was super bubbly and we appreciated having our picture taken afterwards by Carley. A fun time for all! Will recommend to friends!

Tried the 30 minute escape room at the Broadway mall. It was an excellent experience! Great value and great customer service from Carli and Jon.

I did not know what to expect when we made the reservations online but Im so glad we went. This was so much fun I am now addicted to these games. I went with a friend and I thought I was pretty smart so why not give the subway a try.. The way the owners put this together is just genius. Making you think constantly, I needed to try another room before we left so again I thought how hard can escaping from a childrens room be. Well I have been wrong twice in my life and it was the day I came here. I couldnt believe I was unable to get out of either of the rooms but this just makes me want to try the others now! Definitely recommend going here. I spoke with the owners after we finished and it is so interesting how the wife thinks up the rooms and the husband makes them. Great team unfortunately I live in Boston so I cant wait until they open one up here

The best of the best!! My 3 friends and I have completled every room but 1. I’m obsessed with this place and how awesome the staff is, especially one man in particular! I don’t remember his name, but he has short brown hair. He helped me and my friends a lot and is always so nice!! He helps us out once in a while when we struggle. I recommend everyone comes here!! Place is fun- solve mystery finding the key to escape! Place is a little tight though - usually a wait if not booked already! Reserve or book before you go, staff is nice and friendly!

Amazing team building experience for one of my clients. I recommend it. The mobile escape room came to us. The staff was professional and patient with us. Cost effective but worth every cent. The employees were so engaged. They accommodated 30 of us. It was great. Will use them again for staff team building activities and corporate events

I have done two rooms here and theyve been great! Sometimes the waiting room is awkward, not sure if it was the staff or the people who were already there. Staff has been nice. It also could feel awkward just because you dont know whats coming.Good signs at the end when you finish too!

We had a great time in the Prison, and won with just a few minutes (that one is not easy). Very sequential, but clever and logical puzzles- no solutions that made us go oh how were we supposed to get that like Ive had at others

My team and I took a trip there for a team building exercise. A great time was had by all! There was a lot of laughs as we tried to work together to escape the room. Although we didnt make it out, we had a lot of fun trying!

The room was not properly set up during our experience which really let us down. First time this happened there though out of the 4 visits hence the three stars instead of one.

Fun experience to go with friends or coworkers for team building. Location is small and parking lot is a little tight depending on how crowded it is when they book reservations. Theres also street parking available but its on a busy main road.

As someone who goes to escape rooms often, this was THE BEST that Ive ever been to. I personally did the prison break. I highly recommend it to those who are good at puzzle solving.

Absolutely amazing, I had my doubts about the place but I did the Subway one with my girlfriend and my sister and her boyfriend and it was an awesome fun experience. We beat it with 6 minutes to spare, I highly suggest if you want to try something different. The price was worth it too.

Absolutely addicted to this! A couple of friends of mine along with my boyfriend have done a different room 3 times and every time it gets better and better! Every clue, hint, puzzle, key WOW! Absolute master minds that created these rooms. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a date night, friends night out, birthday etc. Always a great time and the staff is friendly and helpful. But can you get out?

Pretty amateurish facility. One of the terms of our game was to be very quiet and it was one of the noisiest facilities I have been to. Staff did not really have control nor did they seem interested in trying to keep things quiet. When we got frustrated and asked for a clue they literally kept repeating the same clue over and over again. I have been to 4 escape the rooms and is not going to be my last one, they are so much fun. But I think I will try to another facility.

I was told by several friends how fun these rooms are. I went with high expectations and was still blown away. We did the subway car and it was awesome. My friends who have done other rooms there said theyve updated some things to help with people destroying the room trying to find clues, and ruining the experience for the next group. The clues varied from simple to difficult and all 5 people in our group had a hand in helping us escape. I will definitely be back!

Disappointed :( We Traveled from Florida to do a room that was set up incorrectly and the staff watching didnt Inform us that we were wasting time working on something that was never set up! I have done many of these all over and this was by far the worst! From organization, staff and over all escape room puzzles... Waste of time and money! There are others that are so much better!! Also the only place that we had to wait 30 minutes past our booked time! All others are always booked and still on time! I would not recommend this room or place to anyone looking to have a good experience. I emailed them to let them know of the issues and I didnt even get an email or phone call in return....

Of the various escape room locations on Long Island, this one is my favorite. Best to park in the back. Low on space, but they make good use of it.

Fun game but the staff made this a negative experience

We had a ball. We were two families and grandparents from age 6 to 71 and everyone participated and had a great time. The kids want to go back again.

Great Fun. Went as a surprise with others. Helpful staff. Never had more fun yelling instructions at people.

We came with a bunch of math professors from work. We really had a lot of fun and we did escape, but one of the combinations was incorrect. After we told them, they realized it was wrong and came in and opened the cabinet. Not what we expected but it was fun.

Even the beginner rooms are challenging and fun. The staff is also very helpful.

Meh...it’s pretty pricey, but it has very positive reviews. WTH happened? After showing up and being treated like second-class citizens, they took a group ahead of us who acted like a bunch of entitled asshats! So eventually we got upstairs and we got only half of the setup and missed key details from the game master.Onto the game...the first step took 15 minutes and a clue to figure out. The game masters clearly weren’t engaged as it took them several minutes of us holding up the hint sign before they even bothered to respond. So we wasted about 8 minutes (out of 50) just waiting for the “game master” to respond. Fast forward to the end of game. We found a red key (that represents winning — the key detail no one ever told us) and spent the last 10 minutes searching the room for something to unlock. The game master showed up about 10 minutes after that and said “why didn’t you walk out of the room?” What? The door was unlocked the whole time...who knew we should walk out only once we found a red key?Decent setup, poor coordination. Very annoyed with game masters that seemed completely absent. Do I want to wait to have my picture taken?? Are you F-ing kidding me? We walked out feeling unsatisfied that there was no payoff to killing that puzzle with 10 minutes to spare. Get it together, folks!! That’s all!

I have never tried these escape rooms up until very recently. This is great fun for bringing a few friends as you try to work out clues.

Misc wires for the cameras were all over the inside of the room. It was very sloppy. Either they didnt know what they were doing when they installed everything or they didnt care.Also, I was charged twice. I called up, no answer. The girls in the office/control room said I had to email the owner Alissa, no response, I sent a message through their website, no response.Its a very amateur operation they have, I wouldnt waste your time or money (especially since they will double charge.)
