Stayed for 6 months in wooded area, not enough gravel, very muddy/sandy when rains. Park rules not enforced equally. A couple of sites have fences and their whole site covered with stuff, you dont want to be by them. Concrete sites were good. When visiting office lucky to even get a member to open door and step out. Not a happy place, no sense of community. Very few activities.

I have been camping here basically since it opened. Each spot is nicely distanced apart and plenty of shady spots. Nice large Clubhouse with plenty of room for activities. I definitely recommend this place!

Even during the pandemic, this is still a great place. Office staff have been very helpful, I had to push out my reservation and there was no problems. I also was given a great discount for our stay. I would diffintly come back.

Very nice campground. Spots are very spacious, and from walking around every spot is great. Bathrooms are spotless as well as the whole park. WiFi is non existent. Although Verizon and Sprint have great signals.Easy in and out and right off i95 but very little traffic noise. Many permanent residence but everyone we met waves and were very friendly.Beautiful pool area with a hot tub and tennis courts.Lady at front desk that checked us was not friendly. We got the feeling we were annoying her by paying for our campsite.Warning, they will not allow any pet containment containers or fencing of any kind. We use 2 foot high fences to keep our pups from getting out the RV and were asked to take it down. They stated fencing and or dog crates are not allowed. However as we walked around the park some sites have fencing and or pet crates.If your looking for a quite after hours park, this is the place to stay.

We expected more from this resort. Our site was hard packed gravel, very rough. There were paved sites for more money. Lots of snowbirds live here in the winter - they were very nice and invited us to their holiday parties.

Clean, gated RV park. We stayed in an elite site which was really nice. Large level pad with plenty of room for our 40ft 5th wheel. With a little more organization, I would have given 5 stars. Initially, we were assigned to the wrong spot (standard site). Had to reach after hours person to get it corrected which ate up valuable daylight setup time. Also, it was not clear from the paperwork what the gate code was. There is a spot on the paperwork to put the gate code, but it was blank. Instead, it was written on the back of the hang tag. Overall though, I would still stay here again if in the area.

We have been changing parks every 2 weeks for the last 8 months and this is the best one we have been in. 2 pools, 2 hot tubes, horse shoes, shuffle board, bacci ball, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Lots of amenities and very nice people. I highly recommend this park

Great staff! Always very helpful and friendly! Clean resort, clubhouse and pool all of which is maintained very well. The resort is very quiet and has nice shade trees, ponds and nature trails.

I give it 5 stars... friendly staff, reasonable rates. Clean, great amenities and a great place for families. Love it!

This park COULD be very nice. This is our first time here for a 3-month stay.Pros:The sites in the central area are very spacious and wooded.Amenities are nice enough. Plenty of pickle ball players. We enjoy riding our bikes through the park.Cons:Management does not enforce their own rules pertaining to RV maximum age and the park being a 55+ community.No propane available in the park. You have to take your RV out of the park for refills.No store for any supplies, snacks, etc.The Parks handling of mail and packages (or lack thereof) is inexcusable. Park guests (probably 400-500 people) go through mail in boxes and packages that are placed in a separate room with no supervision. Needless to say, a package was supposedly delivered for us and was never seen again. So, my husband and I opened a box at the local post office.The person who is apparently the manager must have missed the Dale Carnegie course. No customer service skills whatsoever. That in itself is unfortunate and certainly unnecessary.

Always have a wonderful time here, the staff is friendly and helpful, the two pools were very nice and they have an outstanding clubhouse.

One of the better parks weve stayed in. Many great level site available. Loved our site amongst the trees. Was pouring down when we arrived but a staff member came out to help me back in and set up (thanks John). They have a great set of swimming pools (Lap, swim & hot tub) and a huge clubhouse. Wifi could be better. Laundry OK (not too expensive). Overall a very good park.

Very nice park. Lots of wonderful amenities. The hot tub is excellent, it gets hot enough and could seat a few people. The pools are great too. Im glad they have two because one is always more crowded than the other. Everyone is very friendly.

This place is so clean, the pool area and clubhouse are amazing. The thought of being so close to the Atlanta is awesome.

Campsite is quite nice and reasonably priced, quiet, with really nice people. Gators yall, gators. Really large area, clean and well maintained. We spent a week here but one can spend a few days or months. Thinking of coming back next year.

I guess we lucked out and had arrived when the staff was on an off-site and no one was around for the 2 days we stayed there. When we arrived our packet was where they said but had a site number we later found was already occupied. We scoured for an after hours number to no avail. We picked out the site they claimed we had over the phone and it was empty, so we setup there. Aside from that snafu, we were shocked at what we found in the ponds! A huge gator! We probably wouldnt stay here again unless we had to.

Very pleased with Seasons in the Sun. Check in was smooth for 2 night stay. Then after our first night decided to extend stay for a week. Everything is well kept, clean, and staff is very friendly. Amenities...pool and spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and gym equipment. Is far enough off highway to minimize noise. The distance to restaurants and shopping is only negative found so far.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was so friendl. The laundry facilities were very nice. The pool was wonderful. There was 2 pools and a spa. We will definitely come back and visit this resort.

Seasons in the sun is a great relaxing gated RV resort. It has beautiful pools and club house. They have a little bit of everything for your family even your dogs with a dog park. Friendly helpful staff.

This place was peaceful and beautiful! Very friendly people. My son and husband really enjoyed fishing the lakes, caught a few bass!! If we were in the area we would stay here again!

We came here for one Month to visit then we Decided to stay another month. It wasnt the best time because of the hurricane that happened and it was full but they seem to accommodate is and found Room. We loved it so much we are staying 3 More months.Everybody is wonderful for his activities to do all the time My family is very happy. Wish there was a button for one more star.I believe in what upgrade my 5th wheel and stay even longer Everyone is always so helpful and cheerful. We changed our plans and were lucky to get a site here for 2 weeks. The park is very nice and the sites are spacious except the “wagon wheel” section. It’s very cramped and has some old rv’s. Unfortunately that where we were. They have a rule stating rv’s must be 10 years old or newer but it is not enforced. We were sandwiched between two long-term residences who didn’t take a lot of pride in their site. However most of the staff is very nice and professional and we enjoyed visited the area.

People are up tight old and snobby. There is absolutely no fun to be had here. Every one thinks they are better than their neighbors and definitely have nothing better to do than judge other people. After 4 months Ill never stay here again

Enjoyed our stay, but recommend staying in the area with concrete pads down from the pool. More room and just looks better. Pool is nice. Price high for what you get, but thats Florida.

Very crowded but if you like a social, rather than private RV experience, youll like this. For example, I went to the hot tub to unwind in the a.m. and there was a full-blown pool exercise class going on in the pool with music blaring from their radio. For me, thats a negative. For some, a positive. You be the judge.

Site we got was gravel (of sorts) but there were well cut trees. Some sites were cement pads. It was a nice stay but there is very little there. Titusville or Sanford are the nearest places for dining I was only there for a week in October so I cannot speak to activities. WIFI was very good. They also have cable but we didnt use it.

My Mom and brother staying here for the week. Its a very nice camper park, clean, friendly people, a few fun activities. The only thing I dont like is we cant have a campfire. Im not sure if its because of a county burn ban or if it is park rules.

Great place people are amazing! First year here and loving it.

I was only a guest, but I had a great time. The Pools and Hot Tub were in great shape and the clubhouse facilities were immaculate, so what was clean and great and had every possible faculty I would expect.

Overall the park is nice, however I wouldnt advise bringing cats or dogs. Theres a lot of fleas !!

This is the best RV Park we have visited in 3 months. This is NOT a park home place. The long term or extended stay units are hardly noticeable. We found the management to be very nice and accommodating. We used our Passport America discount and had to pay cash. BUT this was OK as we were told up front when we made our reservations. Overall this is a very nice park. Thank you very much for belonging to Passport America. I would never have found this place otherwise.

I am a Snowbird and have been staying at Seasons In The Sun RV Resort (SITS) for 5 winters now. Zeman Homes purchased SITS and has run it for the last 2 seasons. When they came in here, Zeman management promised to learn the RV Resort business, as they were branching out from their traditional manufactured home communities. They promised to improve on what we had in the park. Ill give them some credit and give them 4 stars for improving some of the infrastructure. Instead of learning the RV Resort business, they have come in with Trailer Park trained managers who have not learned what Snowbirds expect at an RV Resort like we had before Zeman Homes took over SITS. They have changed policies that line up with Trailer Park policies. They are pushing to bring in as many yearly renters as possible, like trailer parks. They handle handing out residents mail in an unsecured manner. I havent seen so many open sites since Ive been here. Where are the over-nighters and short term RVers who travel through this area while waiting for the Snowbird who fill those sites? Promised sign on bonuses and monetary award certificates from last year contests are all being questioned and not awarded/paid out. Planned activities arent happening unless residents volunteer to run them, even though we have a Staff Activities Director who ran them before. We no longer have security. Certain incidents happened with some of the residents who are not Snowbirds and were brought to managements attention, and nothing was resolved or followed through on. Police have been called by residents for a couple of incidents. Snowbird residents here are not feeling safe like we used to feel. Some of the policies implemented are justified. However, this RV Resort is no longer an RV Resort. I am hoping that Zeman Homes Management reassesses how they are running Seasons In The Sun Motorcoach Resort. If not, they will need to rename it and remove it from being an RV Resort. I hope that doesnt happen and they return it to what Snowbirds expect.

We are stay at Seasons in the sun when we are in the area.The price is good which is very good.There is different areas to stay in some have trees and some without a lot of trees.There is also areas that are just cement pads but in that area there is no trees.The office staff is nice. What I like is it is a gated park you need a code to get in and out.The campground is very quite and everyone is nice.They have some ammenties but only have used the pool and Jacuzzi.I would say if you are looking for an inexpensive quite campground this would be the one I would reccommend it.We have a travel trailer 34 ft with 3 slide outs.Have always had full hook up spots and never had any problems been here about 7 times.

You can be in full sun or have a shady spot here. Its the friendliest park we have been in.They keep it well groomed and the pools are warm. Nice clubhouse with activities. Some areas in the park have poor WI FI. Cable TV is nice and clear.

Check in staff not very friendly. Road noise doesnt normally bother us but a lot of noise here.

If you camp near site 43 be prepared for loud neighbors. Otherwise a very nice place. All the staff were professional and curteous.

This season stunk. Last season when my wife and I stayed here was great. The park was owner by a sweet caring lady and two sweet and professional office staff (Cindy and Lannette). This season the park has a new owner. The office staff SUCKS (Bob and Connie). They are rude and unfriendly, they dont care about anybody. The maintenance staff isnt much better (Wayne). We had a tree limb fall behind our camper and it laid there three weeks. The maintenance staff mowed around but didnt pick it up. I moved it out by the road and it laid there another week. There is no security so drugs and drug dealers have moved into the park. The cable and wifi are on the fritz. Lucky my wife and I have unlimited data because the wifi is NOT WORKING. The new owner has raised the rent. Its not worth 630.00 to set on a dirt site that floods. We do not recommend this park, it is going down hill fast. It was the worst season we have ever had at this park.
