Nice park. Visited my Uncle for the day

I love Northgate it has everything you can imagine and more

Decent, good people live at Northgate. The Management Team...Gina, Colleen and Mike are professional beyond words. The prices are unbeatable over any place Ive lived (3) in the area. The grounds are impeccably clean and Mike the Maintenance Manager goes above and beyond the call of duty to repair or help maintain ANYTHING RV related at a fee that is cost friendly to ANYONES budget. You wont miss the money! Hes THAT cost effective and his service is superior. Storage for ANY of your recreational vehicles at Northgate is ALSO cost effective and the storage area is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS.

Family. Friends. Fine folk who care and support one another in so many ways... Its unbelievable this day and age to find such a rare combination of souls that have found one another to form a fantastic vibrant community. Thank you all for welcoming me home for the week I spent with you - and I cant wait to come back home soon!

I live there. Nice people live there. Nice pool. They could mow more often to make it look better. Resonable lot rent. The One lady in the office thats been there for years, is a great person. Efficent and well liked by all. Management could make people in there clean up around their places.. It would make the park look nicer, it would also make people want to live in here if they are looking for a nice place to live. Its a little embarrassing sometimes to have visitors, because of the few pack rats, and horders.

This place is great! We stay there every year for about a month or so. Nice friendly office staff. Its a 55+ community that also has places for campers to stay. Wonderful activities that you can go to or not!! Everyone that we meet there is so nice. Very cool place to just unwind, and enjoy life!! Great laundry on site. Plenty of machines. Swimming pool, big clubhouse. Pool table, library. Awesome place. We will continue to go there.

Place has changed, gone down hill, they lock the showers and bathrooms at eight pm, grass needed moving when i arrived, new cleaning service is awful

Love Northgate RV/ mobile home park. Allot of wonderful people live here from all over. Northgate is more like a big family then a park.

Very friendly people in the park,but as for pool you would think in 80 degree weather they would keep pool clean, a side from that great for price and office personnel very nice over all good just get maintenance man on pool,rest of park great love people there

The convenience store recently closed down but the Ice House across the road is great. Nice having Moose lodge next door.

My Family Has BEEN Driven There. Be Good To His Chosen PEOPLE. You cant even get a chance to rest. Kind of Sad. Every one wants to Slander, Label and Libel me. My family is good and they deserve to be treated like it.

Great place...we live here year round. More & more people are beginning to stay here full time.

Staying in a camper here until March. Its an amazing place. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.

I have had a tough time since my husband leftMe. I have had visitors and they paid after the new years holiday since office closed.I had a terrible boyfriend who attacked me.Park is throwing me out because of this. I had not registered him yet.I keep my trailer clean with no outside junk or any large dog

Nice neighborhood

My parents bought here in 1984 as Alaskan snowbirds. The kids running it now are ruthless, cheap, cruel & rude. Good luck.
