Absolutely love the rooms here!!! I stay in the hotel often....its very pleasant everything from the staff to the amazing views in the rooms Ive stayed in...Ive posted sum pix of a couple of the rooms Ive recently stayed at!

It was quiet!!! Miss, miss, miss the sit down eating. However, the machines were just as tight as before the pandemic. Maybe even tighter. For me anyway.

Amazing! Great place! Good food. Corner rooms in the hotel are amazing!! Very secure location as well, always felt safe. Great city views. Valet was closed with Covid so recommend dropping off luggage in Valet before you park the car vs lugging it through the casino. :)

Felt very safe. Place is most cleanest I ever seen it.Will be back at hotel next week. Would appreciate if they let me hit a jackpot.

I stayed over night at the hotel with a friend. We were placed in a room with a nice view of the lake. The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean. The room service was awesome. We went home with money in our pockets. It was really a great experience and they kept people distanced.

Covid-19 has effected this facility and its offerings. Otherwise, this is one of the best designed and perfectly situated casinos I have been to. I look forward to spending a night in the presidential suite soon. Most importantly : the staff lady at the desk where you receive a players card was brilliant and intuitive. I appreciated her hospitality - Thank you!

I visited this place a couple of days ago, and it is very clean. It is currently smoke-free, plastic shields are in place between slot machines, and your temperature is taken prior to entering the casino. Its a typical casino in the sense that its always a gamble when you go. No guarantee of winning big. But, I like that its well-maintained and clean.

Friendly desk staff, parking easy to get to and use. Room a good value for the price and clean. Casino is okay, thought youd be offered drinks while you play like in Vegas, but not a bad experience.

My fiance and I checked into the hotel. Everything seemed to be fine until they told my fiance that she didnt meet their dress code. We immediately up stairs to change her outfit. Afterwards we went out for an evening on the town. Upon arriving back to our room all hell broke loose. We were basically accosted by security, stating that we would not be allowed back to our room. Keep in mind that all our clothes were in our room. At this point I am absolutely outraged at the fact that we paid money to stay here. I demanded a refund or at least an apology. The guy gave my wife a very weak, Im sorry. Shameful

Aside from losing & winning, it is a great place for entertainment.the security is top notch,as well as the staffing.clean bathrooms as well as the whole facility..its a pleasure to visit there.

The rooms are very nice. A very nice place for an overnight gambling trip. If youre not a gold or platinum fire keeper club member you cant get a room right now.

Place doesn’t pay anything. Machines are set way to tight to even enjoy yourself. Do yourself a favor and go to either ho chunk or Oneida. Least they will give you enough to play on for hours

I feel like they do not appreciate the business. I was getting reward play every week and they just recently dropped it down to almost nothing. The card tier does not mean anything as they have no offers or any extra privileges being higher up. The only thing they do give is a hotel room so you stay there longer and spend more of your money. The place just manipulates and entices people. I will be going to Ho chunk casino from now on. I will never return back to Potawatomi again. The cleanliness around there is also poor. The bathrooms are dirty and they do not do a good job with wiping down the machines. Even to get a drink sometimes you are waiting for hours before someone comes around. Overall just very disappointed in this place. Hostess for the higher ups are not friendly and do not accommodate the people who actually spend money there. Not worth your time or money.

We made reservation here and told them we would be getting here late. They had personal escorts to escort us to the hotel main entrance from the parking ramps casino doors. I was rather surprised at how many employees they kept staffed here. It was a good thing. Its fun here. I like the layout of this casino. Food court is on a different level. The poker and tournament rooms are also on a different level. Which is very nice. Its in the city too. Very convenient place for those who likes casino.

Quite disappointed. It was pretty good in 2019, not so much after COVID. Slots only, only 1 restaurant open for takeout, gotta eat in your room. If youd like to drink coke (pepsi) with the food you ordered and took up to your room, you gotta find a vending machine that has it. I went 3 floors 1 time and 6 floors another, and if it is there, you either need exact change or find a different machine that takes a card(a small example of how little thought went into the reopening). I know these are challenging times, especially for the hospitality industry but this place makes enough money to offer drinks, food and maybe automated sliding doors. Also why have 20 simulated table game machines if youll be barricading them off.In short, if you need a mini getaway, this place is not yet ready as of the end of August. Also we made the mistake of getting the room and paying $10 extra for $20 slots credit, if you dont get a players card, you basically lose your extra $10 so unless you are willing to get a players card dont pay extra for free slots.I may reevaluate wanting to go to this place after things return to normal because we did have a good time in 2019 but until then, not worth the trip.

The hotel is beautiful and casino nice and great selection of slots. Staff nice

No human dealers anymore. Theyve been replaced with a screen. No real cards. All digital. Basically all tables have turned into machines. The only humans working, were there to tell you to put your mask on if you dont put it back up quickly enough after taking a drink. Machines were tight. We didnt win a thing. We ended up spending our money elsewhere during our stay at the Potawatomi hotel

Horrible experience lost $560 literally with 3 bonuses that paid under $9 in less than an hour trying various bets and denominations. We all understand its gambling but allow people an experience, the casino will not recoup all revenue overnight that was lost in the inception of the pandemic. Horrible!!!!!

I love this Casino, It has an attached Hotel for staying overnight. The room service is amazing and they serve multinational cuisines.Worth spending whole night in casino playing different tables. Staff in the casino are very co-operative too.

Every time theyre ranked, potawatomi casino always comes in at the bottom of the country when it comes to pay outs. The staff is mediocre to friendly. You have better odds playing scratch off tickets, but its still a place to go when you have money to lose

Very clean casino and hotel rooms. Room service food warm hot & quick. Left early and was escorted through the closed casino. They had SO much pulled apart and being cleaned while we walked through. Highly recommend! Only not so great was that the beds seemed hard.

Great casino, in a pandemic this is the place to go. They were cleaning constantly. I have been other places that were not cleaning or enforcing mask. I felt comfortable spending time here. Beautiful place lots of games to choose from. If you are going to play tables they are not open due to the situation at hand and understandable.

I just have some suggestions, I think you should make an app to get people to gamble from home and create some type of easy payout

With Covid-19 going on theres not as much fun things to do in beautiful Wisconsin. So I have made a point to visit all the Eastern Wisconsin Casinos that were open.Legendary Waters Resort & Casino (Red Cliffs), Lake of the Torches Resort Casino (Lac Du Flambeau), Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel, Menominee Casino Resort (Keshena), North Star Mohican Casino Resort ( Bowler), Oneida Casino (Green Bay), Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells, Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison.With Potawatomi Milwaukee that 9 casinos . . .Poto-Milwaukee is the largest and has the newest machines. . .but they need to make it fun for the players:#1 Making a reservation has probably hurt them more than it has helped#2 Have someone serve free coffee and soda#3 Let the players play some. . .first time ever. . .got into a 8 spin bonus and got nothing (i.e., zero, zilch, nada). . .the other 4 or 5 bonus not much to write home about, so it was a very short visit.If your looking for fun I would visit the first seven places in the list above as Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison has also been struggling.

I enjoy going to Poto I really dont understand why their payouts are slim to none. All the money their getting from customers and out of 100% only 20-30% are winning. Their new pandemic hours are until midnight. Just open the place all the way up..Sheesh.. Back to 24hrs.. You have places like Wal-Mart open with no certain limit of people. Potowatomi if you want to make money, open 24hrs. Their workers have lost their jobs and have to apply back brand new again with no seniority and lower pay.. Smh

Things are a little wired with the covid changes. No smoking inside. No table games. No buffet. Just slots. But still always a fun time.

Even though I dont like to bet, I had a lot of fun with my friends, the drinks were really good, good attention, it seems clean, it was busy but fun after all, dont know the hole place, I espend my time on the 4th floor, so I dont know what else they have but definitely a great time!!!

After working there for 7 years (permanently laid off because of Covid19) it was nice to walk in and not choke off the cigarette smoke. It was bittersweet but nice to play and chat with a few of my old fellow team members

This place is huge and my opinion is that it blows any other casino in the state out of the water! They have all of the new and popular games plus every kind of slot machine or table you could imagine. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, even offering to have a security guard escort you to your car when leaving. They have multiple restaurants to enjoy, smoking and non smoking casino areas, the entire place is upscale and gorgeous. Great atmosphere. They have a dress code in place as well. Beautiful bars throughout, live music, a great gift shop, attached hotel, the fun and amenities are never ending! The only negative that I personally found in this entire casino is that the bathrooms could use a little extra maintenance and cleaning. Otherwise a job well done.

Well I like the hotel and the service but the view. Is not great I was hoping of seeing the city but it’s next to a train yard a scrap yard a abandon building ( maybe) and a college. Yeah I feel they they should have built it somewhere in the city

Room was really cool. We had an interesting view of the redevelopment area, but nonetheless, still cool to look at. The bathtub and shower combo was really excellent! Easily large enough for two people. Room service was a little slow (had to call four times to even get through), wait was about 40 minutes, but arrived hot and was good.Cannot give it 5 stars because during checkout the elevators totally stopped working. Had to contact housekeeping as to what the deal was, had to wait 30 minutes for the service elevator to come up, and then nothing was offered for a pretty big inconvenience.

Over all good place! We stayed two nights and enjoyed it!

This place of entertainment is now a place where you donate your money. No place to sit down and eat, wear a mask at all times, even outside anywhere on there property, no table games just slots, no complimentary drinks. Feels like a low security jail with the benefit of being able to leave at any time, but have to make reservations to get in.

Great place to have your wedding! We had so much fun and, we also did a little gambling. But, didnt ruin the bank account. Loved the Bride and Groom!!! It was just a nice place to have your wedding at.

One of the great casino in wisconsin area.They have only casino floor before 2014. They built hotel as well in 2014.It is not a big hotel so pretty fully booked most of weekends. Recommend to book before 3 weeks you want to visit.Also poker room has 20 tables which is pretty big size.Most tables are 1-3 no limit though.

Always clean and always fun. Make sure you make a reservation before showing up and yes even before going to the casino. Mask are required, and its currently non smoking inside.

I love the fact that they are checking your temperature before you come in, shields on the machines & have hand sanitizer stations all over the casino. Its pretty empty in there, so you have your choice (if its open) of what machine you want to play. I enjoyed myself & made a little $$ too!

Slot play was ok. Getting a drink was another story. Seems like the drink kiosks are manned by the slowest possible employees. 28 mins in line with 4 people ahead of me.

Hey honestly I came here for workBut lemme tell ya it was an amazing experience the hotel and staying and what not. Really wanted to go to the casino but idk wasnt feeling lucky & everytime Id be done with work Id be lazy to even go down to the casino from the 18th floor. Over all pretty good hotel to go visit. They are strick about masks so please wear one and stay safe!

Walked in from parking / Casino area so it was a little confusing to find the way as we needed the elevator not realizing we were above it. Nonetheless lobby attendants were great. They take into consideration if you want to stay high or lower floors which I thought was nice and considerate. The room was phenomenal. Excellent view of the city. Very spacious and clean. Very modern. Separates room from living area. Did not really like the tub/shower - very awesome in space just the set up I didnt like. The beds were fantastic. Excellent stay overall.

I was told to leave coz I was eating food in one of the corner by the exit door and had no mask while eating how can u eat with a maskAlso their was a lady drinking beer in one of the table she was allowed to drink with no maskThey don’t like u to visit casino if u don’t spent money they must have asked me for my players card they would have known how much I spent in last 3 yearsEating is not not allowed I understand coz I have to take mask out than I think u must stop serving drinks or alcohol They too take mask offAnd sit for 20 mins with no mask.Rules must be the same we spent 2 to 3 hours in casino how could u stay their without eatingThey didn’t even give me warning just came and told us to leave gentleman was nice but I don’t know who was he following orders didn’t sound good

I would reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling around Milwaikee, WI. Great room, friendly staff and overall excellent hospitality.

Very great updated, but very poor service.

Hotel gets a 5 star, restaurant set up was a 4. Kids can only go to one restaurant and the cafeteria, hopefully they like Italian or you want cafeteria. Clean place, free valet with a room. Casino, gift shop, shuttle, nice amenities other than not having a pool. Obviously not a kid friendly hotel. It is a casino after all. It was a cool place to stay for summerfest and the forth of July.

Could get ahead if my life depended on it. Lousy servers. No comps on my 62nd birthday. Been going there for 20yrs. Sad.

Everyone had masks on. No complaints just you have to order out with food.

I understand that during the pandemic extra precautions have to made. That being said the staff was VERY overbearing. It felt like the entire staff was on top of us every time we came into the lobby. They also were not on the same page as to what was going on. This resulted in a lot of confusion and unnecessary confrontations. We were very diligent to try to follow the rules and took extra steps to do so. Still we were consistently confronted almost as if they were looking for us to do something wrong. It was very uncomfortable and we will not be returning.

Huge casino/hotel. Machines are pretty tight, dont give you a lot of bonuses in the games. But then again thats how most of them are, right?There is sum construction going on wen you first walk in. Staff is really friendly. They check ids at front door, so make sure you have 1 on you and its not fake.

You have to be absolutely crazy to go down to the Casino during this pandemic. Theyre hurting for money. I promise you will not see anyone being paid by hand, because of a win over $1200. They would rather pay the penalties to the state, then allow the slot machines, to payout more often.Better off giving money to the homeless or families in need. Dont give a CENT to these crooks.

Check in was super easy. This hotel is beautiful. Great view from the floor we were on.The hot water didnt stay hot very long I assume because of how many people were there.They had a free shuttle to and from the concert we went to that night.The next morning we had a great breakfast and check out was a breeze

We stayed in the hotel and after the casino closes it feels like youre held hostage. You have to park in the parking garage they have the skyway walk way to the hotel elevators blocked off, make you go downstairs and outside and wait to be let in for security to walk you through the casino. Its really dumb and a huge inconvenience.

Limited access no bar or sit down restaurant. Only let you gamble for 3 hours. Would not recommend

Fun time down here. Quick trip to have out and spend 40 bucks. Walk out with some money great atmosphere and lots of fun.

What a great place to visit and stay if travels take you to Milwaukee. Great service, helpful staff, friendly accommodations with food choices being abundant. Especially like the snow crab leg buffet on Wednesday and Friday evenings! You will too.

Now they will know how it feels to lose money!! Gotta warn you....once they re-open BOY will those machines be Tighter than ever!!UPDATE: I did go a few times and I was Right on the money! Thats right...NOT winning any! Terrible Terrible Terrible! Trying to re-coop your losses this way by Ripping off the patrons even More than ever, will make you loose customers Forever! I talked to others and they ALL felt the same! But I guess thats a Good thing that people dont come back, so they can actually spend that Lost money on something that will last a lot longer, in the way of material things! Great place, extremely clean rooms, very comfortable beds and very nice hotel.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have valet parking. You have to use your key for the elevator to take you to your floor.

Its a relaxing atmosphere win or lose you still enjoy yourself.

As of July 20th, limited menu for takeout only. Make reservations to get in and wear the mask. Drinks served at the mini bar stations or waitresses come by. Game sessions last about 3 hours each.

Stayed 3 days for a work conference. Very impressed. Facilities in great shape and clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. As a rare gambler I thought there were great gaming options, including table games, slots, bingo sessions and a poker room. At least 3 excellent restaurants on site as well as a food court. Rooms were fresh and comfortable. Wonderful overall stay. Definitely recommend.

My friends drive literally 100 miles to this place to play poker on the weekend. Always been a fun time. Good food at Ruyi too.

Love the environment and the set up is very cozy. The food serving is smaller size and its pricy. I love the bread. The creamy spinach was spicy but Our waiter Juan was very attentive to us and replaced it.

Could have been a very pleasant stay in the hotel. But virus hysteria is at a fevered pitch. Their militant mandates made our stay inconvenient and unpleasant.

The machines I used to play before the virus used to pay out pretty good seems like they cut most of the machines that paid good and use the ones that dont so it was not a very good night when I normally come home whats a little something in my pocket and I never win when I use my card so I dont benefit from any of the perks which is kind of sad because there are times I spend a lot of money and get nothing in return the perks are kind of bad anyway not like when I first opened

I am sure preCovid this was a fun place.Now, you have to wear your mask the entire time, you cant sit next to your partner even at the bar, there are sneeze guards between every machine and ever other machine is out of service.The entire casino is non smoking non vaping.You also need an appointment/reservation and they clear the place out at specific times to clean.Casinos during Covid = not much fun!

Hotel is great hotel.... Very well kept rooms & clean... And all off the staff are very friendly, courteous, & helpful.

This place is huge! Tons of slot machines and gaming, variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.Stayed in a King Room. It was nice, clean and spacious. The missing star above is for the lights in the room. All the lights in the room were controlled by a master switch on the wall by the door. Only a few you could be turned off by their switch. And, above the bed are 2 can spot lights that shine bright right into your face; we could only find the turn off switch using the main control that turned off all the lights. So while laying in bed we couldnt find any way to have a side light on without the overhead spot lights in your face, and they were bright! (see pic)We used the Room Service for breakfast; decent prices, pretty quick service. The food was still warm when it arrived and tasted as good as if we had gone downstairs to eat.Saw a show in Northern Lights Theater, not a bad seat in the house. (see pic)The Fire Pit Sports Bar has delicious burgers. Theres also a Buffet Restaurant, a Cafe, a Steakhouse, Italian and Asian cuisine. Oh, and a Food Court area with a few different choices.Any encounters with any staff members was always friendly and helpful throughout the entire place, casino and hotel.We won some money. Lost some money. Ate some great food. Saw an amazing show.It was a fun anniversary get away!

Way to many ppl for me! Due to covid ill wait a while be for i go back again

COVID-19 has wrecked the enjoyment I used to receive here. Fire keepers club used to be a fun thing but now with the limited capacity and the very low payouts and even rarer bonuses, it is completely worthless. I don’t care how many free rewards play offers I get sent, I will never be visiting again unless the slots payouts get back to pre-COVID-19 levels. I found much more fun at Ho chunk in Madison. If you want a nice Vegas style casino, try making the 1.2 hour trip to the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. It’s just right next to Chicago and their payouts are regulated so you will win occasionally and they have table games right now and smoking too!

Employees had no personality not do they even greet you when you are at the table playing cards. Live action game at the Back table is where you want to be if you like fast cash. Texas hold em 2-5 no limit can be extremely exciting if youre a grinder.

Ill be giving everyone my honest opinion as of August 19, 2020, everything changed during covid-19, masks and cleanings. Chances winning are less due to less customers in the casino. No more online reservations to enter Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. Giving an update, I moved out of state, I know Potawatomi trys hard to keep their customers happy, Good Luck Everyone!!
