I love this place! My daughter and I attend for the first time tonight. We were greeted with warm smiles and welcome, followed by directions and where to place our coats. Our host set us up with a table and walked us over to check out our options.They offer glass mosaics, wood board and canvas painting. They offer adult drinks and kid drinks. I wish they offered small snacks or appetizers.Overall we loved the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks, the music. Place is set up and plenty of supplies. They kept checking in on us. Staff was very friendly with guest and each other.One thing that really impressed us was we had a paint bottle that was clogged. As I struggled to squeeze the paint one of their employees who seemed like he was off the clock, came over to replace. What a nice gentleman to do that. I cant recommendation this place enough. One thing though it is on the higher end. Their prices are more than other places Ive been to.

The proprietors of this place were so kind and accommodating. They gave us a discount after a small misunderstanding which was so kind and definitely not required on their part. They always asked if we needed anything and gave it their all the help us have a good memorial for our deceased family member. This is a good place for any get together if you want a fun, joyous and unique experience. The location and ambiance is unlike any other banquet hall you can find in the city. I’d highly recommended coming here for any event or just to try out the painting.

I attended one of their step by step painting last week Saturday afternoon with a girl friend of mine. She has been there before and really wanted me to check it out, so we both went. I cant truly say that my experience at the Farmhouse Paint and Sip was different. I loved the music they played, my glass of Riesling was brought to me, and I didnt have to hang my coat on the back of my chair. The place itself was welcoming and pleasant. It has to be cutest place ever!! I recommend the Farmhouse for any special event for thus they also have party shots for the birthday gals/guys! Cant wait to go back.

I had a great time at the Farmhouse. My mini wood sign came out great, and I really enjoyed it. The drinks were great too. However, I would rate it three stars just because I, as well as the other girls, felt as if our server lily didn’t pay attention to us at the end anymore. When we were ready to have our tabs close, she would come and go. We were then just left there. Great place, though. Minor things.

My girl friend and I joined our very first step by step, and we can both agree that we had a blast. I can’t remember the name of the painting from the top of my head, but it was a fish painting. At first, we felt intimidated at first glance at the painting, but our instructor April really made it easy to follow and enjoy. There were moments where we would fall behind but she was always walking around asking if anyone needed help and it made it a lot easier for us. Not only that but they also have a full bar! My girlfriend and I ordered a bottle of white wine to celebrate and enjoy ourselves. I won’t lie, when we came in, they had a full house but we were greeted and taken to our seats right away! We even got to take a picture on their valentine wall. My girlfriend really enjoyed her surprise. I recommend for a date!!!

I am new at reviewing but I truly enjoyed my experience at the Farmhouse. What a way to celebrate Valentines week. My friend had booked a reservation for the three of us, so I came in with two of my girl friends to do canvas painting ( first timer), and I was extremely worried because I had never painted before and they had. However, when I was struggling with blending or with getting the right shade of blue, our instructor Cinthya really helped me get through it! I mentioned that it was my first time doing acrylic painting, and she gladly showed me how to work with it! Not only that, but the drinks were great! I had a smoothie with whip cream and sprinkles!!! How exciting! Overall, we all enjoyed our time at the Farmhouse. The taste in music is out of this world. They had a range from oldies to hip hop to country!! Awesome! If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming environment for family time I truly recommend the Farmhouse! Can’t wait to go back.

Had lots and lots of fun with friends and a cranberry and vodka in my hand! Friends did wood signs and I chose to do a mosaic piece during open studio time. The employees walk around to the tables and help you as needed. I LOVED the fact that you werent just left to flounder if you made a mistake somehow. The employees would come and help you fix little boo-boos. There was gonna be a big birthday party right after us - what a fun place! My mosaic piece only cost $35 and we received a 2-hour reserved block of time to chat, work on our pieces, and have a drink or two. Soooooo glad this place has come to the Milwaukee area!

Ive done both the class and solo instructional experiences. My family and I can spend hours painting at our own pace or sit in on a class. Both experiences offer instructors who will help as much as youd like them to. Their mojitos are amazing and the environment is lovely. Recommend getting on their mailer to see what fun activities they have going on for the month. Owners do a great job keeping the content relevant.

Saw this place on an advertisement on Instagram and I was hooked! Have always been an artsy person, but have never been to a “paint and sip” studio. Francesca was our painting instructor, and she was amazing! She helped every single step of the way, with lots of direction and friendly laughs! I definitely recommend this place to anyone of any skill level. Will definitely be back for more soon! Thank you so much!

This is a picturesque location (pun intended). Franccesca was an amazing instructor and so accommodating, especially considering that she gave us a lesson for just 3 people. The wine selection is decent and there are an assortment of other drinks, both alcoholic and non.

A few of my girlfriends and I booked a group painting with Erica. She was great - really encouraging, helpful and made it fun. If youre looking for something fun to do with friends, i would recommend Farmhouse Pain and Sip.The only downfall of the experience is that there was a group doing a board project right next to us and it was very loud. At times it was difficult to hear our instructor over the other group. Many of us were distracted and couldnt hear our instructor. I understand that they try to get in as many session as they can (especially on a Saturday evening) but it took away a little bit from the experience.

The staff was friendly. When we signed up for the Truck paint Class there was no mention that it was an advanced class.The young girl who was teaching the class never walked around to see if anyone needed any help she just stayed up frontAt times she was on her cell and talking to another employeeAt the end of the class she said this was an advanced Class. That would of been good to know ahead of time.

I rented out the Paint and Sip special event space to the left of the main building for a birthday party and wouldnt hesitate to book the space again for another event. My family and friends had an amazing experience in the space. Parking was a breeze with lots of space just feet from the entrance. The interior decor was already beautiful so when we got there with some last minute decorations we bought we were blown away by how great the place looked and almost didnt need to put anything up. We enjoyed being able to bring our own food and the facility had a nice banquet table for all the food and additional tables for Desserts. The price was great and the hall had everything needed from tables to chairs to special lighting and an awesome sound system. The owners and staff were incredibly easy to work with. With how easy it was too work with them and the reasonable pricing, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for event space to impress their friends and have a great experience.

Wood sign painting was a terrific idea for date night! The low-stress environment was great for casual conversation and painting. The amicable staff, tasty beverages, and comfortable seating were on point. Definitely a recommended venue as well as a must repeat! 5/5!

I was extremely fortunate enough to be part of The Farmhouse staff for a little over a year during the very early stages of their business. Both the owners and staff do as much as they can to not only ensure the comfort of their customers, but to make sure the customer’s experience is a great memory they’ll never forget. We attended a Valentine’s painting class and had a great time!! It’s a very cool venue, great instructors, plenty of staff to ensure everyone was taken care of, and perfect timing of painting and sipping. We highly recommend the Farmhouse!! We recently hosted a party at Studio 2. Everyone from the owners to the staff were attentive, informative, and helpful. We had an amazing time and had the freedom to decorate as we pleased. Shout out to our bartender Azucena. She was so friendly, on top of her job, and even offered to help us wrap things up at the end of the night.

1 star only because of staff. The young girl with the nose piercing/straight hair was horrible! She was rude and we all felt like she didnt like her job. A drink order took 10 minutes. She forgot peoples drinks. She messed up peoples order. Every single drink order took forever. Not to mention we all saw her behind the bar constantly on her phone! We all took notice and we all were discussing this amongst ourselves. All 20 of us! Because of this, I wont be back. Gonna go somewhere with better drink service AND happier employees.......take my advice.....

Super fun classes for date night or girls night. The instructors make painting easy and they’are super helpful. They also have more than one activity like wood signs, mosaics and great drinks !

This place is great. The owners Are cool. The drinks are tasty and the servers are attentive. We came here for a baby shower and it was so cute and fun. Lots of parking and the decor is super cute.

Francheska was our instructor and she was fantastic! She was patient, frequently circulated, and was quick to help us troubleshoot when it wasn’t turning out the way we envisioned. Our session was timely and advanced with the pace of all the participants.I loved the ambience of this studio too and the refreshment variety. Looking forward to coming back!

This is the best painting bar Milwaukee could have, the drinks are great and the painting staff make it even more fun. My sister also used this place as a wedding venue and the staff was more than helpful with organizing and parking for our guest! Highly recommend!!

This place is just... wow! Truly a hidden gem in the greater Milwaukee area. Full of character & creativity, very inviting and laid back, the vibe here is all about creating an awesome & memorable experience. Each staff member was helpful, easy going & personable which really lent to an amazing date night for myself & my Fiancé. We enjoyed it so much we are strongly considering having it as the venue for upcoming wedding. Seriously. (You know brides don’t play, hahahaha!) My painting pace is a bit slow, and Farmhouse staff were so kind and friendly while I stayed over the allotted class time to work. Very easygoing place! For the succulent, I followed the online image version and used the teachers steps, and it turned out beautiful!

Apparently when he asked us to pick what music we wanted to listen to, it was only to make us feel like we had a choice because they then put on Spanish music.

The Farmhouse Paint Bar & Banquet Hall, is by far thee BEST paint bar that Ive experienced! Knowledable, patient and instructional art staff, great beverages and great atmosphere! We are in the process of planning our next few dates, the couples event is 1st on the list!

My experience at the farmhouse was one of a kind! Loved the environment and the friendly staff always checking up on us and asking if we were ok. Their menu options for non alcoholic drinks were delicious definitely recommend the kiddy cocktail!!! Definitely recommend for date nights!

Last Friday, November 29th, I went with some friends to this incredible place. It was a unique experience. We are all very happy with this experience and with the excellent service provided in The farmhouse Paint Bar & Banquet Hall.

Went for a bachelorette party. Had a blast!! The cucumber jalapeno mojito is so refreshing and delicious! Loved seeing how everyones painting turned out.

Ours instructor Francheska was awesome!!!! I will definitely be recommending this place and going back! ️

I just attended a birthday and what started as a great venue turned into a poor experience. The management was not accommodating when they overbooked the room with another group and made it seem like their mistake was our problem. One would think that renting the hall means just that but the solution was to squeeze the 30 of us to the painting table fit for 10. The other group had to be just as uncomfortable because management put them in the back corner. Poor service...too bad, it could have been better.

I went to the farmhouse this past Saturday to do an open craft with a friend. We choose to do a wood sign, and didnt have many stencils to choose from. We were later explained you can pre-make stencils if you call ahead, and were OK with that. My bad experience came when i attempted to do my craft. There was an employee who kept coming around to see if we needed help. For explain when she was explaining how to stain the wood, she picked up my friends wood sign and started painting it without asking her. My friend did not even complete sanding her piece of wood yet. This same employee kept coming over, mixing my paint colors for me without asking, placing my stencil and peeling it off on my craft without asking if i even wanted her assistance...Needless to say the employee basically did my craft and I couldnt even enjoy something i paid for. She also was literally standing over my friend and I, so we couldnt even have a comfortable conversation the whole time we were there. I would give this place another chance ..this review is just to better the experience for other customers so they dont run into the same thing i did...

We had my daughters 10th birthday party there. They were great! The painting instructor Mariah was great with the kids and making sure everyone in the party was keeping up with the painting. They served drinks (soda, shakes) right to the table, and outside well we were eating pizza. It was a great experience and my other kid already said thats where he wants his party. We will be going back.

Attended one of their classes with a few friends. As a number of other reviewers have mentioned, seemed unorganized and instructor paid little attention to us.

My friend and I attended the Hocus Pocus paint and sip. Upon entering and being seated, it was immediately clear it was a full room. I’m talking packed. The woman I sat next to, she and I ended up talking only because we kept hitting eachother, as it was TIGHT.I thought ok, it’s a popular event, but even so I felt it was over booked.They then split the room into two “halves” even though we were all seated together. Each half was to follow one instructor. Well this was impossible. When you have two people yelling at the same time, it’s just confusing. On top of that, my instructor didn’t seem very knowledgeable.Unless you were sitting in the first or second seat towards the front, you couldn’t see what the instructor was doing.Myself and many people around me, all began to just look at the already finished example hanging up, and going off that, and ignoring the instructor.Another setback was that it was advertised as going from 8pm to 10pm. I didn’t leave until near 1130pm. And that was me leaving before it was completely finished. Although some stayed to see it through, a few groups left way earlier than me with unfinished paintings, as I’m sure they had kids to get home to.So overall it was ok. But it was stressful, chaotic, and over crowded.

There are many paint and wine places within the Milwaukee County, two more to open up soon. I suppose what sets this place apart is really the location as in the farm like aesthetic it has going on from the outside in addition to parking availability for the customer. Other than that, it is the same experience as all other paint while you drink businesses but then again if it wasnt painting and drinking, it would be another type of venue. Owners lack creativity, they use suggestions from painters and make them a reality for more visits.

Creating a painting was the perfect way to celebrate Mothers Day with my mom. The people that work there are very helpful and offer wonderful suggestions! There are plenty of do-it-yourself step-by-step paintings available. I will definitely be going back!

There were over 20 of us signed up for the class. We were crammed in the smaller space near the entrance. You couldn’t really get up to use the restroom or go to the bar unless several other people got up to let you out. There was a large space in the back of the studio that was not being used. A bit frustrating. Also took a long time to get our drinks. The waitress said they only had one blender and yet they offered several smoothies on their menu.The instructor was very friendly and our painting turned out well.

We just had our wedding here and everything was wonderful! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful and charming decoration with outdoor seating as well! Great location with plenty of guest parking and close to hotels and airport for guests coming in from out town. Would definitely host an event here again!

We went as a walk in group and really enjoyed ourselves. We worked on our individual pictures at our own pace. The atmosphere is wonderful. Great music and good drinks. The people were extremely helpful. The prices are very fair and competitive. We are planning on visiting again plus Im hoping they offer kids birthday parties because my daughter would love it.

My daughter brought me to The Farmhouse as a birthday gift. We had an 11am session so it wasnt crowded. Only 2 other people. When we walked in the table was set with everything we needed. Music & drinks were good. Francesca was our host. She is very talented & kind. Helped us when we got stuck or when she saw we were heading in the wrong way with our pictures. The Farmhouse is very clean & organized. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. Will definitely be going back for my daughters birthday.

I went here for my birthday and had THEE BEST time. The staff was so friendly and they went well out of their way to make sure I had a perfect birthday celebration. I was even greeted with a hug and a FREE birthday drink followed shortly after. Since then I have suggested this place to everyone and I have an event planned for next month. Seriously, the people here can not get any better!

The instructor had never painted the painting before and her finished work did not look like the example in the front of the room. Also, the class ran 3-1/2 hours, not 2 as advertised. Management was not able to give me even a partial credit but offered a gift card for a future visit. I bought 4 tickets that night and have no intention of going back.
