There are several reasons why I would give this place a one star rating:I really do think the employees can be an issue. When I went in for an interview, the manager or store owner was very rude and condescending. I would like to mention that the store is usually hiring. It doesn’t make sense to me to seek candidates when they cannot hold proper interviews.If you would like to apply here for any other reason (ex: I expected part time and for it to be a fun environment) they’re only offering below 10 hourly, and 1-2 days a week. Not only that, but you have to pay a 75 dollars fee for I’m assuming a NAASAS certification of some sort. They would basically have you pay off for that fee within a couple of weeks working there, on top of having probation hours around 100 days. They do this to ensure that the employees are “worth keeping” and that they don’t waste their time. I do appreciate their straight forward approach to those rules, but I just don’t really know what the woman was expecting out of me.Aside from my personal job seeking experience, the merchandise itself is nothing I find to be significant. There are really great online stores you can seek out for excellent deals with more inventory. I would of given the store a 3 out of 5, but due to my glance of how they treat customers, candidates, and possibly employees, it’s very off-putting to come back again. Not worth the visits, time, and money.

DO NOT WAIST TIME OR MONEY. RUDE EMPLOYEES. Was looking at prices of glass on shelf for awhile with no ones help. Price tags are so tiny, so I leaned around the counter just to look at the price. Not touching anything. Then a lady on the phone in back YELLS at me for leaning around to look at price. And with an attitude says that if I want to look at something, someone has to grab it for me.Well thank you for your unwanted attitude, so due to that I will never return and give my money to employees who want to embarrass customers due to eyesight issues with their small price tags.Solution: instead of yelling at customers and giving an attitude because you hate your job. Just ask if you can help with something. It would make your day go by quickly and result in increased sales.

Went in about a half hour before closing. The guy behind the counter didnt rush me in any way even though they were about to close. Also, when I asked him where an item was he told me exactly where it was. Service was great, I wish I had asked his name so I could give him his due for being a true professional. If management is looking at this, he was working at around 1:30 a.m. on 10-19-2018. U have a great employee there. U should keep him happy! Also they have a great selection of items there, you can probably find what u are looking for. Great store, I will be back!!!

A valid Wisconsin Drivers License will not get you in here.My fiance and I tried to visit tonight (we have visited before with no issues). She is 21, I am 23. AKA, well above the age allowed in to an establishment such as this. The girl came to check our IDs(did not get her name, but she was a blond girl who was working at around 9PM on Sunday August 6). My fiances older, vertical drivers license checked out fine. However, when she checked my horizontal drivers license (one of the new black and white ones), she looked at it for a long time. I then told her Its one of the new ones. She said she knew it was, but that it looked different. When I asked her to elaborate on how exactly it looked different, she would not give me any reason. After looking at it for awhile, she told me she didnt feel comfortable letting me in with this.Not one to argue with a business that does not want my money, I politely left. I was absolutely in shock, I have never had a person reject my actual drivers license before.So if youre planning on going here, you better bring a long form birth certificate, a United States Passport, your social security card and a note from your mother because apparently a drivers license just wont do.

This store is great everyone tries to help to the best of their knowledge just because they work there does not mean they are obligated to show you what kind of lube it is you are 18 or older you should know how to read. The smoke shop polices are simple and the same place everywhere they have cameras they can see and hear you Im sure a employee doesnt want to get fired or get a verbal warning for breaking the rules just for you. If the products do not work past the 10 day mark take it up with the manufacturer they purchase it to resell not make it themselves they cant help if a brand new product stops working and lastly the 75 dollar comment is a lie if the product is 75 dollars it would have at least have a 3 warranty on it itself.

Came in as a Milwaukee native with a friend from out of the country and we were impolitely asked to leave by the woman at the counter for not having valid ID even after my friend presented a valid UK drivers licence, photo&birth date University ID, and general UK ID. Even showed a credit card to verify name. I also had my license. Giant waste of a drive and embarrassing for my friend who had multiple photo IDs in english to be asked to leave like that. The place in general is dingy and the workers are always suspicious, non-citizen or not. Think of the flickering flourescent lights in your school hallway illuminating the stock with the whirring of the many video cameras around the store... then do yourself a favor and go to the Tool Shed

Went in almost a week ago with my wife, goth kid with long hair and a chubby short redhead girl were talking behind the counter. I interupted and asked where a product was the goth kid told me where it was with attitude, I asked him if he knew anything about it he basically shrugged me off. I went to the redhead she explained everything I needed to know them proceeded to ring me up. The guy seemed to care more about flirting with the other associate vs helping a paying customer kudos to the redhead for being able to do her job when her coworker cant because hes worried about flirting. Otherwise smoke shop pricing is ridiculous one hitters can cost the same as a nice heavy bowl or even more expensive then some of the bowls sold there someone needs to step in and fix prices.

Inventory is weak

I like the convenience of this store, easily accessible off the freeway! I had no trouble whatsoever finding the place! The second you walk into the shop, they ask you for a photo ID (they look at it under a light and put it in a scanning machine) so that they know theyre only selling their products to adults only! I thought that it was a bit much, but I understand why they checked anyway! I like the selection of products they have. When I was walking around, I could find all I could need to spice up my sex life, from dildos to lingerie to handcuffs. The only thing I wasnt happy about was that the woman who was working the counter didnt help me find the section I was looking for, it took five minutes of awkwardly walking around before I finally found what I was looking for. I bought a dolphin vibrator from them and its one of the best vibrators Ive ever had! It looked like they had a good vape section on the far side of the shop, so Im impressed overall with Temptations. Im tempted to stop in again in the near future!

The store is Awsome lots of cool stuff but the staff were rude very short with me when ever I tried to ask a question I would get a one word response. It came off like I was bugging them.

This store MUST make so much $$ that they blow away customers. DONT RECOMMEND IT.I was trying it for the first time and before even stepping into the store I was approached outside in the lot by an employee who was slightly rude and demanded I move my car. She wanted me to move it because I accidentally parked over the handicap space, which by the way I couldn’t even really notice it because the parking lines were not as visible because of the winter salt. I don’t have a problem moving it’s just the way she was with her attitude.I work in emergency CS all day and she was not professional, I’m sure I have worst days than her. Sadly I was not able to go in and spend all the money I was planning on. I wanted to get many things for an event. Lost my business. Ordering online from another place that definitely won’t complain and cry about improper parking.

Terrible, the short haired woman behind the counter is extremely rude and pedantic. She looks for any reason not to sell you something. I understand there are rules, but she seems to look for any and all reasons to enforce them. This woman seems to be on some sort of power trip. She has a terrible attitude and I have heard the same from others that have been there. You should never have to try that hard to get a merchant to sell you something. There are plenty of these shops in town, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Female Cashier had a poor attitude I asked if the lotion I wanted had a warming affect girl said if it says on the bottle I didnt ask if I should read the product I ask if youre knowledgeable on the product I wish to purchase. I have visited this store quite often since I first heard of it, however I have some concerns. for the past two years I have bought several $9.99 dvds from temptations only to go home and find they wont play at all on my DVD player or they skip every few minutes.Now I understand you have a return policy on your DVDs but you should by NO means be selling DVDs that dont play or have scratches on them already!I havent had this problem with super video 2 in cudahy, their DVDs work well EVERYTIME. temptations needs to talk to their supplier and make sure that whatever theyre putting on that $9.99 shelf as new actually works like new.I feel super video 2 puts out quality and temptations puts out quantity. since you changed your name youve become a JR news and Libra books type of adult store. please tell your DVD suppliers to stop sending you movies that dont play properly!

I purchased a bullet and it got really hot after no time and burned my private area and talked to manager and nothing was done not even a apology just offered to exchange for the same item I asked for owner I was told they don’t give out that information I’m so hurt that something like this could happen and nothing happened PLEASE DONT G O THERE

I was recommended to shop at this facility by a couple friends that raved about it so I decided to check them out upon coming I was told that I could not be in their facility because my ID was not proper because it was the paper ID that they give you when you go to the DMV the cashier was very nasty and rude about it I called to speak to the manager he was nasty and rude about it I would not suggest anyone spend their hard earned money at a place where people dont know how to treat their customers

Walked in with my ID not knowing it had expired on my birthday a few days ago and the lady denied me access to the store obviously my ID is expired that doesn’t mean that I’m not 26 years old anymore, doesn’t matter though the store smelled nasty anyways
