Used to be a great place for older people to get out, work, out and stay fit. Not now, since my membership has expired. I have Silver Sneakers, how can that be?? NO MORE SILVER SNEAKERS. So no longer interested in a healthy community, only money.

If you’re looking for a great place to exercise with childcare, this is your place. There are a plethora of programs you can join to help lose weight or tighten up. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have always had amazing experiences here.

I was welcomed with warm greetings from several staff members when I joined the Y on January 1. The registration process was quick (less than 10 mins and thats because computer was slow) and easy. I received a call from staff the next day to make sure I was aware of the benefits of joining. Everyone [staff and members] is very pleasant and encouraging. Im so glad I joined.

The locker rooms are clean and the pool is inviting. The weight lifting and exercise rooms could use Improvement but are acceptable. Ive never had an issue with any of the staff, theyve always been polite and left you alone.

Extremely clean facilities, friendly and welcoming staff, and instructors. New high tech exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, personal trainers on staff. Classes of all levels available for patrons/members of all ages. A safe, fun, and healthy place for the entire family and friends

Fantastic pools and gym equipment. Lots of exercise programs to choose from. My kids and wife love it and frequent the pools all summer.

The facility and equipment needs to be updated. This YMCA is very small compared to the Collierville, Downtown and Cordova location. The amount of equipment they have is limited because its such a small facility...They have an older mean female receptionist up front (seems like she hates her job). She doesnt smile or anything, just an unpleasant experience to deal with her. However, there is two additional substitute receptionists (younger male and female) always SUPER nice to everyone. They have excellent customer service!

Awesome place for all the family! The pool and slide are so much fun! Id love to go back!

Since the change in management, the place is nasty after hours and weekends. The aqua classes are taken over by unruly children and young adults splashing, diving and shooting water guns.Much better management and clientele.

Weight room is so bad. Other Memphis area YMCA are so nice and offer multiple free weights and machines. Millington weight room is pitiful. They should be ashamed at how bad and rundown it is. Terrible.

Great family friendly place. Indoor and outdoor pools, every kind of exercise equipment, personal trainers, hot tub, etc. All included with membership!

Good gym in millington. Which I think there are only 2 for the public. This or atc. Just gotta decide which you like better.

If I could I would rate this YMCA zero stars. The manager here is super rude and uninviting. Seems to me if you aint white you aint right good luck!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. PAM, DANNY AND HAYES ARE THE BEST INSTRUCTORS, AND JENNIFER IS MY PERSONAL TRAINER AND THERE IS NO ONE BETTER SUITED FOR ME. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS NICE AND THE PLACE IS CLEAN!

Love going to the ymca. I like the aqua Zumba class.

We need tennis, basketball & workout stations place around the grounds, would be great. Staff are great and motivating.
