Not the cleanest mobile home community in Millington but not the worst.

Quiet lived here for 20years

My family has lived in the community for 12 years and never had a problem with management untill India became manager. She is rude to the homeowners and renters. We have owned the trailer we where in for 10 years and she has evited us because she says my kids are disrespectful and rude. But she will fallow them and harass them. And she treats the homeowners like piece of trash has no respect for anybody. They and way over priced for a trailer park. Would not recommend living there.

My friend used to live here and it was always well kept and quiet.

New management runs park like military base!!Nosey, worrisome people!!Charged us 75 dollars a day for our outside bar furniture. Petty and bothersome!!Do not recommend to anyone that has company or likes to entertain!These people grip about everything!!

I would not recommend living there. They DO NOT do right by people. I think they need to closed down.

The staff are not friendly. They are not kid friendly or pet friendly. This is not a place to raise a family.

Peaceful living

Used to live there when it flooded they did not fix any of the homes. My home is still ther after FEMA declared not to live in it. Most or the homes were flooded.

Worst place I have EVER lived. Seriously. Rude, unprofessional office staff. Maintenance men aren’t much better. & my floor has been falling in since NOVEMBER & it still HASNT BEEN FIXED. I will be leaving this place as soon as I can. I urge you to stay away. I went to the office just this afternoon, the manager made eye contact with me & just kept her conversation with the maintenance men going. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I waited for literally 5 minutes until I stormed out. I have called the office 5 times & the corporate office twice. Neither answered. Just plain ridiculous.

Bad managers, will find ways to evict you from the mobile home you are buying when you get down to about five thousand dollars towards owning. When I lived there the mobile home park was full drug dealers and a teenage prostitution ring that the management turned a blind eye to. Not to mention the black mold that infested the homes after the 2010 flood, that management knew about but did nothing about.

Idk why there are so many negative comments on here I live in this community and I have had no issues what so ever they are kind and extremely helpful so I must say anyone I can I will refer to southern meadows

My family has lived there for years and recently they started to enforce a no parking rule so if you have company and not enough parking space they will try and tow it at any time my sisters car was towed under 2 hours of her being there. Then they stickerd my car in 20 mins of me being there and they tried to tow my grandmothers car after 15 mins. we were parking right behind the drive way in front of the trailer. when the police got involved the office staff tried to say that there not involved but there the ones that are enforcing it and the towing companie they keep having come threw there is known for being a chop-shop.

Very unhappy with towing my guest vehicles with no signs posted or clear understanding about were theyre supposed to park at alot of tenants are starting to feel unwelcome.

They really need zero stars very horrible place to live.folks will break in your house and car and they want do nothing about it but evict you.the rent is to high
