I had a great time there for a birthday party at the beginning of November. My biggest complaint was that they didn’t have as much hand sanitizer available as they could have. A couple of the bottles I went to were empty. Other than that, the place was clean and the staff was nice and very helpful.

This place has a great 80s vibe and prices are really decent. The glow golf courses are quite beautiful but easy. They have a good selection of arcade games. On Wednesdays arcade games are half price. The food isnt the best, but the ambiance certainly makes up for it.

Fun stuff. I still don’t feel 100% comfortable out and about with COVID - but I felt OK here.

Birthday party. Prices were outrageous. Kept clean. Nice staff. Covid safety followed and made me comfortable.

We got there last minute and Honey and Arnie MADE SURE we got the best experience. Last minute food and drinks were provided even though we showed 10 minutes before last call. (Which was obviously crucial to our bowling experience) they were understaffed they made us feel so taken care of and appreciated. The best place to bowl and hang out with friends. The music is so uplifting and fun and the overall vibe is the move.

I had an extraordinary time and a big part of my great experience was the manager Honey. I believe one of the top priority of places of business is customer service and Honey has it down to a science. Ive been to this location previously and admittedly my experience then was very mediocre but another manager was on the floor then. Honey ran her team of co- workers very efficiently and was not just a pleasure for me and my group but accommodated others parties just as well!

We went to Fatcats on a date night. We had a great time. Jason and Honey were great and super helpful. There was a computer glitch and a mix up happened. They were both quick to apologize and rectified the situation even though they were not at fault! Super awesome time. Bowling and air hockey.

Very polite and energetic! Made me feel good to see that everyone’s making the best out of this situation! One of us forgot our masks and they gave me one of theirs. Everything is super sanitary and clean!!

Excellent price for mini golf! Great place to take kids or have a date.

Priced about what you would expect for an entertainment center, good service and a great selection of games for your party. Also has a good set of hard drinks available and a photo center. Please wear your masks!

My husband and I enjoyed my birthday date here! We did bowling, mini golf and some of the arcade games! Super fun time out:)

Good place to bowl safely right now. There is one empty lane between occupied ones, which should be enough to keep distance. Not all groups are courteous though, some will not keep their distance. Staff is pretty good about sanitizing after guests.

Everything is fast paced and the people here seem to disregard the use of masks if youre actively bowling. Other than that, I had a good time and its a fun place to go.

Super great place to have fun. Ive been there bowling a few times and its a nice and clean place. They also have a ton of arcade games and machines, a mini golf course and last time I went they had a VR station. Definitely would recommend a stop by!

Me and my girlfriend went a couple days ago. One of the worst places I have ever been the costumer service is horrible, the manager was on his computer watching sports the whole time, I ordered food and it took them an hour to get me anything, the beer was mostly foam and the bartender didnt know what he was doing or didnt seem to care all that much. If you are looking for a fun entertainment center this is not the place and these are not the people. On top of all that the employees were incredibly homophobic and rude.

Fun place! They have indoor mini golf, arcades, bowling, and pool. They have food, and alcohol in the pool area.

Their late-night $8 deal is something to behold and not miss. Just remember its Thursday through Sunday

We were able to take our family to Fat Cats tonight. We played mini golf & played some arcade games. It was busy, but it was a Saturday night. But the line went quickly. Some of the arcade game were out of order but we found others that were working & my girls had a ton of fun!

Enjoy bowling and play arcade area family. And eat inside.

Took my dad here to get out during Treatments. He had a blast and im glad. Definitely worth the dollar

It was only fun because of who I was with. Bowling is good but most the arcade games were out of order.

Great for what it is. Its a bowling alley with some added activities. These include an arcade, miniature golf and billiards. The place is clean, they have wheelchair access, bathrooms and they sell food. Bowling and miniature golf are reasonably priced, but the food is a bit pricey for what it is. Over all its a nice place to take the family for a night out.

Always a great time! Love the pirate themed mini golf.

We had our work party here at Fat Cats in Salt Lake. We were provided Pizza, salad, and drinks. Food was good service was great and lanes were fun!

A group of my friends came here for a birthday party. We are in high school and we had so much fun having easy access to food and being able to chill all together and bowl. The workers were all super helpful! We definitely want to come again!

Came here Friday, they were not social distancing and ended up getting corona virus

Really fun! But some of the games were put of order or didnt work properly and the mini golf could use some touch up work or reno to make it more 2020

Fun family fun way to get out of the covid funk.

We hosted an event at the Salt Lake Fat Cats for our youth mentoring program last month. Chelsea made planning the event a smooth process and was super helpful when we arrived. The prices were affordable and the youth had a blast! Thanks again!

Pins are not regulation weight. Lanes are absolutely terrible. The balls bounce?!? Over priced as well and takes ridiculously long to get in and pay. 33 minutes with only 4 groups ahead of us to get to the register. Decided to come here because our normal alley is having a tournament. Never coming here again. Seriously, Ive never been this disappointed in a bowling alley. Check all of my reviews, I dont normally write anything remotely this bad about a place.

IT WAS MY SONS FIRST TIME HERE & I WOULD DEFINITELY RATE IT A 5☆ CLEAN PLACE WITH POPPIN MUSIC STROBING LASER LIGHT SHOWS, BOWLING, & ARCADE GAMES. WE MET PHILLIP & DJ 2 OF THE WORKERS AT FAT CATS & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP OF THE LINE. I SWEAR I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BRINGING UR WHOLE FAMILY AND ALL UR FRIENDS CAUSE WE HAD SO MUCH FUN TONIGHT.

My family and I went for a family night a few weeks ago. We enjoyed their 5 dollar (per person) for an hour of bowling (plus shoe rental included). They also have other fun things you can do if bowling isnt your cup of tea. So fun and a great place to take your family.

Would have left a 5 star but the arcade messed up. I took my family and we wanted to split the tickets on our cards. The guy at the counter for prizes told me the total which I split 3 ways. When we got down to the last person they had a significantly less amount then everyone else. I am very upset as I want it to be even.

I am definitely going to use the awesome facilities here at Fat Cats for Birthday Parties and even future group and dates. They are doing great with the new updates.

Over priced on bowling games and food. Too expensive to take your family

Went on a Monday and didnt know about the great deals they have. it was a great time and great Price. Well definitely be back.

The guy at the register was cool when I showed up then he got replaced with a snotty young girl the customer service she gave me with a attitude made me not want to spend any more money or time here with my family.

Games are current and in working order. Open and bright for a bowling place. Good option for groups. Food is good. For those who would like a grown up drink, they offer that too. Pitchers were given to my work group at the bowling lanes, which allowed them to enjoy a beer without leaving their game. Big clean bathrooms. They used to use their PA system too much which was disruptive and agitating (it is very loud). I noticed lately the loudspeaker is not dominating the experience and descending over bowlers and conversations throughout the building as it has in the past. Last time I was there my husband almost had a seizure from the overkill approach to stimulation. However my most recent visit was perfect. Maybe it was just a one time thing and the guy running the PA this time just happened to be reasonable, but his personal restraint was noted and made a big difference. This location is superior to others - they don’t all have the pizza factory. That is half of the experience, so I would only recommend this one. I can’t really bowl (physically, have leg problem) and don’t drink - and neither of those things got in the way of the fun for me (games and food are just as high quality as the rest of the attractions).

We had a family bowling party at Fat Cats. Our host Adam was very attentive. He made sure we had plenty of soda, lemonade and water. He even sponsored a few brief competitions between lanes with prizes. The pizza was yummy! Everyone had a great time! We will do this again.

This location is always clean and the staff is friendly. They keep the games/equipment pretty well maintained and there arent many things out of order. If you go closer to opening time, its not so busy and you can have some more space to play. The bathrooms are kept up and also clean. I havent had the food here but I see plenty if people eating it, it seems like your standard fair for bowling alley food.

This fat cats has gone down hill since the last time I came. The maximum per lane is 6, but we had 7 people. The gal at the front wouldn’t split us into 2 groups because that’s not enough people in a lane? So we had too many people for one lane, but not enough to pay for 2 lanes?? So that was strange so we had members of our party not bowl. Then we ordered food before bowling and I waited an hour for a 7” pizza, but the fries are good.

Pretty middle-ground bowling alley, but nice! It fits somewhere between a high-end place you might find at a major mall and a run of the mill middle-america alley.The glow golf is a nice little addition, and Im glad the charge is by the hour rather than the game. Seems like they have a nice enough arcade area, too. It would be nice to have some garbage cans in the golf area as some lazy players had left cans and other refuse in a couple spots.Only real complaint would be it took forever to get two orders of nachos and I had to go back to get a pitcher that never came. But on the bright side, the overfried nachos had that petina of carbon that only bowling alley nachos can have .Nice place, nice staff, looking forward to going back.

Great experience . We brought a large group of 27, adults and young children. The staff was very accommodating, made it a great family time. Shoes were clean, food delicious, no complaints!

Fat Cats employee Alex made this visit the best. He went above and beyond. We will absolutely be back solely because of his awesome customer service skills. We played some games and bowled.

The guy at the counter with long dark hair had great customer service. Bowling was great. The arcade was a bit broken but they made it right.

This is a fun place for families to come & have a great time, or even fun for a date night or fun for teens to hang out. We played mini golf & the arcade games and our kids had a blast! It is nice & clean inside. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the service at the front desk was a bit slow. But we had a great time and plan to go back! Great prices too.

Its pretty fun. A lot of their games they do keep up on so theres not a whole lot of dead arcade games. Bowling alley is well lighted and they have mini golf apparently. Definitely a family-friendly environment. The only reason I dropped a star is because of the area it is located. When we arrived today there was a stabbing of a teenager across the parking lot. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

We went on a Sunday and they were clearly understaffed, a little slow but still very good service. Allstar staff!!!!!

Our family had a great time bowling, eating pizza and games. Adam was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs. The kids loved every minute. Grandma was tired out trying to keep up but grateful to see the grandkids having so much fun .

Fun place but small. Only a 9 hole mini golf course and most the arcade games are ticket ones. Not a bad establishment, but lackluster from what I had been led to believe.

My son had his 7th birthday party here and it was so easy and fun. Our host was the best and had everything ready to go on time. The bowling pizza and arcade was a bit! I would highly recommend having a party here! A big thank you to the staff!

The staff was not particularly nice. All of the beers had some kind of off flavor. The lanes seemed to be pretty pricey seeming how there was one other group besides ours there. The hand stamps they give you for being 21 are extremely obnoxious. Only reason it gets two stars is because they also have an arcade.

Fun-loving environment! Its a blast every time I go. However, their indoor restaurant personnel biff on the food quite often. They just cant seem to get orders right.

The unlimited bowling is great, it was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a company party at FatCats. Everything was flawless and so easy from the initial inquiry to the very end when Mayson helped carry pizza to my car. Terrible. Went to celebrate our grandsons birthday and was overcharged for one. Got charged for extra food we never received. Took about thirty minutes before anyone could start bowling. Constant lane issues. Lengthy ball return wait times. A rarely seen party host. Only giving it a 1 because 0 isnt an option. Management no where to be seen when it came to adjusting the charge. Told to call Management in morning. Very frustrating and a sad birthday for the birthday boy. Hopefully it will be fixed asap. To be continued..

The bowling lanes are well maintained. Its clean. The foods not bad. There is a good variety of arcade games

It’s a family favorite. The arcade is clean and affordable. For not a lot of money we can spend a lot of time just in the arcade. The kids get excited because there are some games that they can get high ticket payouts (and they love the prize options).

Amazing service! Customer service is fantastic, and they have super fun activities for you to play when you wait for your lane. They also do minute to win it games every once in a while with cool prizes for the winners. Last time someone won a Bluetooth speaker!

Food was actually pretty good but watch out for the service. We had to beg for silverware and refills. Alfredo arrived ten minutes after cold bread sticks and one of the kids pizzas showed up ten minutes after the others. They comped the late pizza but by then we were done. Would have preferred good service.

Twice weve tried to come here to go bowling, and twice we were told that we couldnt bowl because they were fully booked with parties for several more hours. We even came at different times and on different days. Can you not bowl here without a reservation for a party? Sure seems like it.

The arcade was so fun for all our kids and the games are pretty generous with tickets which was fun for them. Doug was awesome with the kids. We’ve done bowling and mini golf, but this was the first arcade experience and it didn’t disappoint!

Great place to have a birthday or company party. DJ is awesome, they play great music. Atmosphere is fun and excitement is contagious. The staff exceeded my expectations. My family, snd coworkers went on a Friday night and everyone left with a smile.Only negative is that too many games were out of order. It seemed that all lanes were in service, which is rare at a bowling alley. Pizza and jalapeno poppers were delicious. The serve beer also, unfortunately I dont drink alcohol.Another thing I liked is that there werent to many little kids running a muck. Im a mother of 5 so I know Ive been one of those parents with out of control kids but nope, no crying kiddos running around unattended.Very pleasant

We had a blast. My daughters are six and four and we had dinner before hand and then spent our time at the arcades. Everything was working which was great. One thing I would love for them to do a little more of is cleaning the machines. But overall good experience.

Super fun place for kids and adults! They have summer specials on bowling which makes for a cheap activity. They have a large variety of arcade games that are fun for kids of all ages. They also have a miniature golf course that I have yet to try but will be going back to experience soon. They have tasty food and a nice, clean facility.

Like the vibe, they can do a remodeling and work on the customer service

Chelsea has definitely turned this place around was kinda iffy about coming back after our last visit but you can tell the place has alot better vibe now.Ask for Chelsea or Aspen for anything party related amazing people to work with

They do a great job keeping the customers engaged. They run specials every Wednesday for arcade games, but weve also gone for $1 bowling and mini golf! Its more versatile than Chuck E Cheese and is great for the grade school and middle school kids.We have a blast every time!

Came to fat cats for a family bowling day. It was fun. They have a pizza factory inside and the breadsticks are great! They also have a grill for burgers and stuff like that. The lanes are in great shape. They have good rental shoes even large sizes up to 17.

My kids and I have been going to fat cats since it first opened up. We love going there. The bowling alley is state of the art. The arcade is super fun. And the pizza is awesome. The kids at the front desk can sometimes be a bit challenged but usually they are very nice and helpful.

Best place for kids during summer. Games are super cheap. Lot of fun to be had. Plus we love the ice cream.

I love the food and arcade, but last time I went the lanes had ABSOLUTELY no OIL on them. I mean NO oil.

The staff, employees and owners are absolutely incredible! I was on a date that I quickly regretted having, when the owners came by to make sure that my visit here was extra special! Every single one of them that I came into contact with did something to go over and beyond and provide a little extra bonus to the visit! We always have a blast here. Whether its a date night with my fiance or a family bowling day, we always have a great time. Prices are comparable to other bowling places and they have a small arcade with some really fun games. We love coming here.
