Nice simple place. Road the park has inside is wide enough to fit three average people or a person going one way and a bicycle the other. The playground for kids seems modest and its relatively clean as far as I can tell. The community garden beside it gives it a nice hint of color as you walk around the park.However, thats only for the parts Ive fooled around with on my kick scooter. Parts of it are fenced off for what I assume for renovations.

Great setup for outdoor movie. Reasonably sheltered from wind, easy to see and hear. Lots of place to sit.

Not as extensive as the Central Park in New York City, but it has some playgrounds, some open space, and public grills. Walking distance to a library and some coffee shops. Oh, and its close to two grocery stores, so if you forget something when grilling, you can run and pick up a replacement.

This is a good park with lots of room to room around. Theres a big playground and a small one, and my one year old loves crawling all over it! For some reason the swings have been taken down, so I hope they put them back up soon!

Place is clean. Food is tasty. Orange sauce is the bomb. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. A place to eat on a budget. 2nd time here.

Needs updating. The playground was redone about 16 years ago but the water feature never worked. At least there are swi gs but I wish it was more inclusive. There are so many better play structures out there now.

We used to go millbrae Central Park very often having the 2 young kids run around and play at the structure. The first time we were there very impressed. We havent been there for awhile since the community recreation center burned and tore down. I felt the park is kind of lack of maintenance. The side of the used-to-be community recreation center are all fenced up. 2 porta-John set right next to it. I doubt I would use it unless it is really necessary. The grasses werent well maintained either. I saw a sign the community recreation center is in the process of rebuild. I wish the new building will be finished asap and the park would have a more complete setup that way.

I live right by it. Clean grass to play on. Free BBQ pits for the weekend. Play structure for the kids. No more rec center since it got burned down but the park is still open!

This park is right in our neighborhood so we go A lot, but I would not dive far for it. The play structure is okay and there is a big field for kites or soccer or frisbee. There are currently no bathrooms, just 2 port a potty’s which are never very clean. Now that my kids have been so much, we typically spend most out time playing on the river rock drainage area or wandering the meadow behind the park. There are 2 baby swings and 2 big kid swings which I appreciate!

The park was nice and sunny, but it was too exposed and was very windy. It has playgrounds for the kids and ample space for picnics and grills for general use. Accepts reservations.

Always been a Millbrae. Centerpiece. Fire has ruined the rec center though. Cant wait til its reconstructed!

Best place for kids in Millbrae. Thanks for Millbrae Community. Central Park is the place I go everyday. I really like the environment and atmosphere there. Its a blessing. Bring your family there and enjoy the laugh and happiness there.

Clean equipment, wide open grassy spaces, benches, community center, small gazebo, bbq pits, walking distance to the library. its an excellent park!there is separate play equipment for toddlers vs older kids, same with the settings.

Good nature spot

The park has two playgrounds, one for toddlers and the other for older kids. There is also picnic tables and benches but only about six so not good for a crowded day. There is also a large grass field for Frisbees and kite flying or just to throw footballs around. All sounds good until you need restrooms. Theres only two portapotties available, semi clean. Parking is also a hassle as there are several apartment buildings around so a lot of residents park their cars there. Some days youll have a lot of parking spaces, some days not. Theres only two other parks in Millbrae but significantly smaller and targets only toddlers. This is the largest and the main park in Millbrae.

Play structure is good. Huge lawn area to play. There are picnic areas, some with BBQs that you can reserve for a party.

It used to be a 5-star place, but now that weve looked at the burnt rec center for 8 months, its going down hill. No bathroom is annoying. At least the play structure and green area is finally open.

The food and entertainment is very good, and has good portions. Unfortunately the bathrooms are unclean, and the only reason for 4/5 stars.
