Super friendly staff set me up with my first board and it was a great experience. Noah was super knowledge, stoked to help a beginner, and took a lot of time to explain everything. This is a big store with gear, apparel and a cool, laidback atmosphere. Support you local surf shop!

Not one single person said hello or acknowledged me when I came in. I was there about 20 minutes. There were 5 people working and all were more concerned with their friends that were hanging out visiting the store than customers. I would never shop there again.

Great shop with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Jack and Joe went above and beyond to help me and my wife get dialed with boards, wetsuits and cloths. All of their Proof Lab apparel is great! Grab a ton of their shirts. Thanks - highly recommend this to anyone in San Fran for a day trip!

Beautiful surf / skate shop. Has a hipster feel, but beautiful aesthetic. My only qualm is that pretty much everything is overpriced. But, it is a local shop in a very wealthy area, so keeping that in mind, its great.

Surfboards, clothing, cool atmosphere, wide selection of everything, great staff... our local place. I grew up with a surf shop in Santa Monica canyon called Natural Progression and this place reminds me of that sans the clothing - NP didnt have that... it was the 70s after all.

This shop is great. It is the best surf shop Ive been to in Nor Cal and beats most small So Cal shops. What I love about this shop most is the lack of ego from the staff when it comes to helping out customers (in this case me). Im not the most talented of surfers, but Nate (the owner) and his staff were not pushy at all when it came to selling me gear or a board. In fact they sent me away to work on some fundamentals when I was very willing TO buy. This is a shop you can trust to take care of you and that has your best interest in mind. Ive since bought two boards over the past couple of years and a various other gear. This shop has earned my trust and loyalty and I would send anyone there.
