I love the cafe inside that serves THE best early grey creme tea. I may go here just for the tea. Every experience here has been great. Also, they validate your parking for 4 free hours.

The assigned seating has turned me off to this theater. Just a device to charge more (thru service fees) and reduce personal service in the theater.

I love the whole environment of this little Indie theater. Its a very cozy, personal Little Theater with nice treats. There are too few of these left around! I hope more people support all of these theaters around the country in their little nooks and crannies. No, it doesnt have the giant seats where you stretch your legs but it has everything else those theaters dont have; a great location in a cute part of town, style, special films of redeeming value and employees who recognize why they are working there & will tell you candidly. Enjoy! Good job.

Another outstanding time at DocLands in May 2019. Saw The Serengeti Rules and The River and The Wall -- both with speakers afterwards. Highly recommended.

At the time of going to this theater, it was showing two films bars on Englands history of queens. This is my kind of theater!a. Excellent sound quality! It made me feel I was in the castle rooms or right in the forest during skirmishes.b. Really friendly service - I would make this a regular treat based on the service.The seating was situatuted a bit oddly in terms of how it faced the screen. I was not used to it.

Mixed. On one hand you get quite the deal by paying for one film but getting to listen to two. But this is really a warning that if you are seeing a quiet film, you will hear a noisy one playing next door. Parking stinks, but the crowds are good as the films here are mostly watched by mature audiences. The stadium seating is excellent, with little chance of a patrons head obscuring your view. But sitting off to the side is worse than other theaters due to the way the seats are aimed towards what was the center of one big screen but now is the wall splitting the two.

Quaint lovely theater in downtown Mill Valley. Just feels good & artsy, like old timey going to the movies rather than that modern spaceship motif.

Small, simple, and homey, Sequoia CineArts is located in a particularly charming area of Mill Valley. Staff is laidback but sweet, and theaters have plenty of seating. There are only two theaters that I saw, so shows are limited. But its a great place to watch indie and art house films that may not be available at other theaters.

Very good prices

Not sure why they cant use the air conditioning but it gets really hot and uncomfortable in these theaters especially during the film festival when they sell out shows. Its past time to spend some money on upgrades.

A good little theater located in a convenient spot. Parking is zero, and youre best luck is some small lots located a short walk away because youd have better luck finding free tickets then getting street parking. Prices are what you would expect, super overpriced, but they do offer several discount promotions. Amenities are up to date and comfortable, and well looked after. It never seems to be that busy so its not hard to find a good seat. That being said, the stadium seating is a little oddly configured because it was formally one theater split into two.

I am sitting here and have had 30 minutes of my time wasted watching commercials!!!!! What a colossal waste of time... the movie I paid for is STILL not playing!!! Do not go to this place if you consider your time important. Seriously avoid this place!!!

Perfect little theater for a movie. Cozy and nice. I wish they had air conditioning. Overall great.

Its a nice clean place. No hot food items, which is a bummer. One thing I didnt like was the cleaning crew coming in and out and in and out during the movie... that was annoying.
