This beer is made on-site with the best ingredients available. Yard Bird Lager, Ladybug Rose Lager, Sausage Party Marzen, and Space Otter Pale Ale are just some of the creatively-named options you can enjoy in the tasting room while you watch beer being made through the large windows.Tours of the brewery are available with advance notice, and various events, such as trivia night and live music, are held throughout the week.

This was my and my husbands first time. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the beers. Anyone that knows me knows I don’t drink beer, but the guy working found two that I liked a lot! There were also board games to play while we were sitting killing time. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely go back!

Not a great taproom and staff can be hit or miss, but Mispillion River Brewing brews some of the best beer on Delmarva. Reach Around, Not Today Satan, and Space Otter on my current list of favorites. Their beer is also very available in cans right here in Dover and I go no problem with that.

This place has some of the best bartenders and brewers. They are so friendly and have the best variety of beers. Masks are enforced and are worn, I feel so safe comming and drinking at this brewery than any other place.

Masks not enforced and felt very uncomfortable with the number of patrons AND staff not wearing masks. People walking around without masks close to our table so be careful coming here. In COVID-19 times, probably a very bad idea. Beer good though so would maybe only come back once this pandemic is over.

I drink ipas often. Usually buy dogfish, or something like that. Seen Reach Around tonight, and Im glad I did. Its delicious! Then I find out its brewed in Delaware! I am a Delawarian still to this day. I love this beer! You found a loyal customer. Keep doing what you do Mispillion River! 302 strong.Cant wait to visit next time were down the beach house!

Great initial atmosphere, crappy initial treatment by the staff. This place, from the experience I had, looks like they cater to the hyper-local clientele. This is a fine practice, in theory. Problem is that you get someone like myself from out of town, and you act differently towards them, it skews the whole appeal.The beers were very solid, Ill give them that. But when I tell the taproom staff behind the bar that, no, I dont need a full size beer, I have to drive, and they look at me like Im just an irritation, thats a problem. It comes off as if youre more interested in making overhead than you are about curbing intoxicated driving. I know youre not, but thats the impression.Overall, if you like solid beer (and thats the intent of any brewery) then youll like this place. Just be wary if youre a tourist, theyll peg you right away!

Fun establishment with a friendly staff and great beers. Worth the drive from Dover. Paintings in the bathrooms and can art are very interesting.

A good brewery and worth the effort to get there. A fair number of beer with fruit flavors if that appeals to you - not really my preference.

Great brewery with great beer for every pallet . Good to find one that isnt 90% IPA based. Tammy was great and my girlfriend and I could have stood there for another hour chatting.Never was a fan of sour ales but couldnt help but to get a 4 pack of their War Llama. So good!

I went in last night and it was my first time ever in a bar after turning 21 a few days ago. Was a fantastic experience, the bartender was very nice and the beer was fantastic! Well worth the drive from Dover, I wish it was closer so I could come more often. But I will be back soon!

I have been a big fan of Mispillion for couple years now. I enjoy nearly everything they make and and happily make the 60 mile drive down to pick up their limited releases. Great atmosphere, great beer, and great times.

Very fun and great place to hang out with friends. Nicely lit and clean space with lots of seating for guests. They also have a selection of board games for groups to play at their leisure if they so choose. Good selection of brews as well as fairly priced drinks.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon on my way back from a road trip with my kids as I was checking Google Maps for breweries in the area. The atmosphere was welcoming and theres a lot to look at in their small taproom. The kids had fun playing the Wii they have hooked up, while I did a few flights to sample the creativity. They had a handful of IPAs on tap. Pineapple Express was great. Try War Llama if they have it on tap. This was a sweet sour beer with a light green hue.

Was looking for somewhere to stop on the way from Ocean City MD to NJ and decided to stop here after visiting Dogfish. Atmosphere was great, and the employees were very helpful. The beer was awesome, and they even had cold brew coffee, which was also very good. Will definitely stop back any time Im in the area.

Solid flagship beers and always an interesting mix of seasonal beers. There are often food trucks parked outside, and outdoor seating is available. A caveat: the main tasting room is very loud when a live band is playing. I recommend avoiding those evenings or sitting outside if youre keen on conversation that doesnt involve a bull horn.

The staff were great & friendly. Tried a sample of almost all their beers on tap, at the time. Couldnt find one I didnt like. The from from food truck that day, The Hungry Spork, was delicious too. Definitely worth a visit & will be back again.

Best kept secret in Milford. Freiendly, unpretentious, and some crazy beers. If you dont drink, theres birch beer and terrific cold brewed coffee. Bring your own snacks unless there is a good truck scheduled. Kids and well behaved social dogs, welcome but at tables and not at the bar.

The absolute best up and coming brewery in the state. Next to Dogfish, it is THE best brewery around!Its not usually too busy so you dont have to wait very often. There is always a food truck available (most of the time) and the varieties of beer being made are astonishing.Overall, a must stop brewery for anybody who enjoys a cold one!

Some of the best beer youll find in the Delmarva area. If youre here for the noreaster seasonal I definitely recommend it.

Great beers and service. Only 4 stars cus I only tried 5 beers out of 12. But all 5 were really good, specially the Space Otter. I took a 6-pack to take back to home!

What a surprisingly experience right here close to the beach....in exploring the breweries we found that Missipillion is the best....the atmosphere very comfortable and yes laid back.....where else can you enjoy your brew and bring your own grub.....thumbs up.... (my favorite) Miss Betty......
