Altitude 1291

Impromptu visit today. Turned out to be a pretty good time. They have different daily specials we found out so we will most likely spend a bit more time planning ahead in the future to get the best bang for our buck. Facility is clean and well staffed. The offer a variety of options outside of the arcade factor. The last Sunday of the month they host paint and pallet as well as various other events in their even space. Food was pretty good ...not a huge fan of the beer cheese (seemed a but chalky) and a bit on the pricier side of things over all it seemed. Especially didnt like that they dont offer any packages of unlimited arcade usage even if for a specific time frame nor does the unlimited personal play pass include any game credits or maybe like Dave and Busters and offer maybe a special likehalf off or double credits?

Such a fun place! The staff is amazing!! Bunny, Chris, and the management was first class!!! Made our experience unforgettable. You guys are the best. Excellent Food and Drinks.

Great place! Have actual servers that wait on you while youre bowling. The food is not your normal bowling alley food. Its very good with friendly staff and great service! They also have a lot of arcade games, virtual reality and bumper cars. My family had a blast! My family had a blast!

This place is awesome! The staff is great, they are always helpful and will have a great time with you and your kids and always make sure you have everything you need! Management is awesome as well.... this is a great place to bring your family for bowling, laser tag, or just arcade games. The food is always fresh and they keep your drink full! I wish i could give it 10 stars!

My family decided to go to Altitude 1291 Saturday 08/15/20 in the evening. We had a some what small group the adults wanted to bowl and the children of course wanted the arcade laser tag ect.... We didnt plan on staying more than two hours but that quickly changed once the staff engaged and kept us informed on deals and food .First let me start by saying the bar was excellent great drinks and conversations the pizza is definitely very delicious and above average quality. The young men that worked the arcade gave us the best service and anticipated our needs before we could ask and worked well with our children. One young man even stopped a younger child from standing close to the exit and rerouted him back to safe area and alerted us of what had just happened. He just said he wasnt comfortable with a child so small by the doors of course the older children has temporarily got caught up in the fun but the staff had the safety of the children in mind and told us to continue to bowl but be aware one was wondering away from the older kids. We were very impressed with staff drinks and food bathrooms were very clean and they stayed busy keeping games wiped down after each play. Thank you for a fun engaging night. Kids was sleep before we pulled out the parking lot. Thank you again to the staff that evening!

Great place to go have all sorts of fun. Bowling, arcades, wall climbing and bumper cars is just some of their features. Awesome staff and extremely clean environment. Definitely recommend. Great prices too.

This place is way better than Hey Day and Main Event simply because the staff is the friendliest and most fun around! Bunny was the best and helped us every step of the way. All information about their attractions is available on their website. We cant wait to go back!

I wish I could give this place more stars. Good customer service is a dying art, but 1291 knows this better than most and surrounding business could certainly benefit from mimicking how 1291 runs things. Everything was super clean. All the machines worked fine. We stayed there way longer than anticipated since we were having so much fun. They made my son’s birthday one to remember with their personal service and generosity. I will always cherish playing a round of laser tag with the employees. Thank you so much for a memorable experience. We saved our ticket on our card because it won’t be long till we return.

Nice staff. Good place for group activity. Very spacious area makes it a good place to social distance. Great pizza!!

It was a lot of fun. Very empty when the family and i went. The only problem i had was that there are no game operators. You want to play an attraction and you have to wait for someone to say i got it for you . . aside from That feeling of lost it was a really nice place to go for family. My girls had a great time.

So I’m sitting at the bar having the Haven in Earth, relishing in a beautiful moment of peace while my kids shoot each other in the Laser Tag room. (Don’t judge... I’m a mother with two licensed drivers for kids)This place is so clean my Grandmother would give it a thumbs up. No joke.Never, ever are we going to Dave & Busters again. Filing that place under Chuck-e-Cheese and other portals to hell. This is now our spot!Everything is spaced out to be pandemic-distancing compliant, too.I highly recommend the all-day pass (just $30!), send off the minions, and enjoy a drink at the bar. Maybe you’ll see me there.

I really enjoyed bowling with friends and family! Their atmosphere is nice, they just need manually controlled air. We sweated like a Richard Simmons video!

Took our 3 kids for a little birthday fun. this is an amazing place. pizza was amazing. place is spotless. bowling lanes were great. laser tag was a blast. arcade games were all working. we will be back for adult nights and family fun. management were wonderful! excited this is in mwc!

We had the best time. The food service was wonderful, we had the best waitress. My son didnt want to leave! It was great to finally get out of the house with precautions of course. Keep the Groupons coming!

Outstanding customer service! Had our grandsons birthday party and team working were very helpful and friendly and pizza was very good! Fun place for all!

Showed military ID at the beginning, and they didn’t include it because they said they would include it at the end. We get to the end of our bowling session, and then then has the audacity to say we couldn’t receive it because we didn’t show it at the beginning. We received poor service and attitude from Alma,& one of the manager walked up yelling in my face like about an order I wanted to place like he didn’t know we were in a pandemic at the moment. This place has a lot of potential to be fun and entertaining, but it’s a bit overpriced with poor customer service.Mind you the only reason why I gave it 2 stars was for the expensive pizza that tasted decent and the oneFriendly person at the prize station. She was very nice.

Fun and affordable. They have Groupon so we paid $29 for unlimited laser tag, VR, and bowling! On Thursdays they also do unlimited laser tag for $10! The laser tag arena is a little small when youre used to laser quest but still very very fun! The food is good! I always get the buffalo wing when I go and Ive yet to be disappointed. Not as many games as places like D&B but we dont usually go for those games anyway. Hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family did.

The staff was very friendly and sweet. We did have a question about prices for the VR games and a worker called their manager over for a better option and the man Caleb became very rude. It was very noticeable he treated his employees poorly. Other than that, we loved the staff.

We always have such a great time with our boys there. Several games to play. The food is quite good and reasonably priced.

We had so much fun at Andy’s Altitude! We bowled, played virtual reality games, laser tag, and so much more. The food tasted good. The drinks were fairly priced and beautifully made. It’s apparent that the leadership and staff set the tone for a positive work culture. We would be willing to recommend this entertainment center to friends and family. Huge shout out to the interactive, fun, kind staff - from the manager, to the wait staff, to the bartender - we appreciate each of you immensely. We spent more than we planned for this date night, but the welcoming environment made the value totally worth it.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!!! Definitely coming back...and expecting to see your face!!!

I took my son last night to hang out. We both really enjoyed ourselves. The wait staff, the game attendants and the facility were amazing. Everyone was very friendly which made it a great evening. Thank you all! We will be back!

Good place to spend alot of money fast, lol. We enjoyed bowling and the arcades which are addicting. The staff was good also, hopefully itll stay like that. The pizza is surprisingly pretty good. The water has an off taste to it. The chips are kinda hard texture but tasted alright with the queso.

Amazing atmosphere. The Employees and managers there are very nice and kind, and are great at keeping the place lively and fun! The food is great too!

Very entertaining, a bit on the costly side, but we didnt expect much less! Still had great fun!

An awesome place the kids had a blast. Great service and very friendly staff.

We loved it,they were very friendly and helpful. It was fun

Amazing! The atmosphere was perfect, not crammed and very relaxed. Staff was super outgoing and friendly. Food was really great and my family had a blast. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun with the kids! Bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, bumper cars, and the arcade games! We will definitely go again.

Not told about promo until after we already spent $100 at Kiosk. Was told we could have a refund if we purchased the promo, then were told we couldnt. And if that wasnt bad enough, the promo we purchased first came with $4.00 game play, however the VR game was more then what the card came with.

This place is so much fun!! I went for Bingo and got some cool prizes :) Connect 4 Hoops is my favorite! Did some wall climbing too! And there was a Server Named Bunny! She was awesome lol

The place is fun but we are here now waiting way long to play anything. Either super understaffed or the staff just doesn’t care that people spend $108 on 4 people and wait 15-20 min or more per attraction with no line it’s literally because there are no workers. Very frustrating. It’s a good idea but when driving an hr to be here you spend 1 hr at least wasted on wait times with 0 lines. Craziness! Management should step up or this place won’t last. I’m not really sure why each attraction isn’t staffed with someone? Hate to see it actually busy I would be way more frustrated!

I cannot say how impressed we are with this facility! Levi, the manager, helped us manage our large family celebration. He was friendly, professional, and so resourceful. The place is spotless-so we felt comfortable allowing our smaller children play without worrying about sticky floors or grimy corners.Laser tag was so so much fun! The Service was fast, the wait staff cheerful and helpful, and it was a fantastic experience all around. This place is perfect for birthdays and family.nights of all kinds.Thank you to whomever manages Levi. What an incredible asset he is to your company. We would have been very flustered today we’re if not for his committed help and professional attitude.

Fun family place. Staff very nice.

This is such a great and fun play, it really wore me out but it was completely fun. Never tried VR and I had a blast with it. The staff are always there to help and they do their best to social distance everyone and clean everything that has been used. There is sanitizer everywhere. If Im being honest youll have to see it for yourself because words cannot describe how this place is, yes its a little expensive but WORTH IT!!!

I had my daughter’s birthday party here today. They were extremely busy, as there were 2 other birthday parties taking place at the same time. The party started off very rocky but the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have gotten the name of lady that was extremely helpful (maybe 5ft tall with short blonde hair) and the gentleman that booked our party went above and beyond as well. All the children had a good time and that’s all that matters. They keep place clean and the attraction lines move very fast. I would definitely recommend this location.

Fun atmosphere for games and bowling. But the food! Not your typical game room fare. The chicken strips arent from a frozen bag ... theyre fresh dipped in buttermilk batter. Trivia Night is a fun way to spend a Thursday evening. They even have a lunch menu. Definitely worth the visit.

Had my daughters birthday party here. No stop fun.

My and family and I had a good time here. On Sundays its 50cent wings and bottomless mimosa. We thought the wings were great especially for the price. Service was lacking except in the bar area. It was a turn off for me seeing how one of the employees were walking around while working eating a slice of pizza. I just hope that the customer service here can improve.

Management was great! They made up for a few lazy staff that just wanted to stand around and talk and laugh with one another. My family and I were very unhappy with how lazy a few of the staff members were but management made up for what was headed to be a upsetting night. The bald headed gentleman(manager), the sweet lady Briegh and gentleman Zay were amazing staff! If they would get rid of a few bad apples the place has amazing potential. But those three get 100 stars if I could give them!!

Awesome, fun place and the staff was wonderful. Will revisit for sure. Best next place in MWC!

I liked it. Not as many games as the other places but, it was fun. I didnt get to try the food yet but it smelled great.

The whole entire staff was great! Great food, great service, great time! Will definitely go again!

Came for a birthday party, and I’m impressed. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but any experience atmosphere like this is pricey. It is clean, and pretty nice. I love th he bowling area, except the chairs. The arcade isn’t super impressive. They have space to add more, and they should! There is a special event room that I might just be looking into!

I had issues with caleb he get frustrated easily and he gets mad at the floor staff yelling at them its very unprofessional....

Nice staff, clean and nice environment. Add some mini golf and this spot would be the absolute best for its location.

Would highly recommend. Lots of fun, great food, and service! Food has reasonable prices. Only draw back is no service in the bowling alley and the chairs at the bar are uncomfortable. Also no pitchers of beer.

We are so disappointed after yesterday. First it was a waste of $50 for two people to bowl. Our server was too concerned about his friends to get us our drinks/tab. Took around 30 minutes to get two beers. When we asked for the check another 15 minutes goes by as we see him just chilling with his friends. We go to the bar and pay our tab and leave. Also we have been here twice before and the food is AWFUL.

Awesome place great employees and Also the Manager will be returning soon if I could give more stars I would...

First time this evening to go inside. Didnt play just looked around. Really nice set up. Ill be back to have some fun

Place is fine relatively priced like Dave and busters for a much smaller selection of games which I get is not the main attraction of altitude 1291. Frustration point comes from claw machine, first time I took my son he was excited to play and was able to win 3 minions out of the machine leaving two prizes left. Next two times I took him about 2 weeks between first and last visit that same machine was empty first time I was told it was out of order second time a rep told me they didn’t have anything to put in it. If there is only 15 games stocking a machine shouldn’t be a concern and hopefully it truly isn’t because people won and they don’t want to stock it. Because I promise people pay more than the cost of a plush animal

Great fun super friendly staff and great fun!!!!

Fantastic new venue on the East side of OKC! Laser tag, bumper cars, 2 rock walls, virtual reality, arcade games, and bowling! Also a full menu and bar! Perfect for birthday parties!

One of the best places for kids and adults

It was amazing. Food, service, and entertainment all were top notch. Highly recommend!!!!!!

It was a very fun place great service and you dont habe to make reservations!!! And they had a good deal when we was there. Very much enjoyed it

Good beer selection, lanes are nice. Not many games....maybe more are on the way.

Our Team went to Altitude 1291 for a Team Building night. We had a great time bowling and enjoying each others company as well as food from the menu. Our server Tae was AMAZING as well as the other employees. Thank you for a great time!

We had a great time. The games were fun and the employees were wonderful!

Staff was under-trained and not readily available to help, especially with VR and bumper cars. Cards were not loaded properly. Waitstaff were great.

One of the best places to take the kiddos to unwind.

Just wish the bowling alley was a little bigger.

Not worth the price. Paid $30 for pass. Half of the bumper cars were broke down and the area for them to play is very small. There were probably about 15 arcade games, rock wall sucked. Had to pay estra for bowling shoes. Only thing worth going for is lazer tag.

Huge a bit of something for everyone very clean

Just did bowling, but bowling was pretty good straightforward....Whatever you do dont order alcohol. Just dont you will wait forever.

Very expensive. It was big and clean. If you just want to bowl it would be ok but the rest really wasnt worth all the money. Some of the customer service was lacking.

Terrible wait staff wanting to get out, doesnt care about the people just going for fun. If you dont want to be there an hour before you close than dont be open that late. Continuously terrible on weekends with a certain manager that lets her staff do whatever they want (including text while just asking for a water, cause they cant be bothered) change it before you go down hill

Very clean and fun

Great place for fun but its kind of off the main street with no sign on the street. Its back there!

Hard to find from road they need to put up a billboard for the entry

Just another andy alligators without the rides for the kids not enough to keep them entertained and way too expensive

Food was great. Really clean and a variety of things to do.

Its a clean bowling alley and arcade good for small groups but wait a while if u wanna bowl lanes super slick thats why its not 5 stars

Great entertainment for all ages. Indoor bumper cars, climbing wall, and VR gaming is awesome

Dont get me wrong but 5 machine on arcade game tonight is broken. My sons favorite game isnt working, so hopefully next time everything is fix.

Brand new adult gaming experience! Hidden behind Natures Treasures!!!!!

Went in at 5pm with my wife, Paid 52 dollars for an hour of bowling and 1 soda. That price is ridiculous. Bowling uses string pin setter system which was inaccurate on more than a few frames. Food was wildly overpriced, 18 dollars for a pizza. Go to planet bowl if you want to bowl.

Great friendly staff

Good Atmosphere and fun!

Not as fun as we expected. Lady who we spoke to about bowling was kinda flippant. ..

Picked this place for a work event. We all had fun playing laser tag, VR, rock wall, bumper cars, and bowling.

Not very many arcade games but all the games worked. The bowling area only has 12 lanes. Was disappointed that you have to pay per person per activity each time, I was hoping it was going to be priced like Main Event or even Andys Alligator, with everything included in one price. I cant rate the food since I never received any service so I could order.

My first VR experience! Completely worth it!

Grandson loves this place! Me too!

The drinks for a little expensive but the place is very nice and clean the staff was very friendly I will go again.

Wasnt to taken away by what they had. Need more bowling lanes.

Very expensive and never received one ticket after winning, machines do not print tickets!!!

Amazing food and staff.

Very decently priced and fun

Fun but really expensive.

Not very many arcade games. Bowling is way too expensive.

Great attraction to bring to the midwest

Brand new ! Limited selection of games to choose from.

Great family fun

Amazingly Fantastically wonderful

Pretty cool place

Love !

Nicw

So small ugh

Too expensive
