Great place to go to learn about the history of Midvale. The people who work in this museum are anxious to tell stories about the towns past. I went in recently to see their neat little model train display and everyone was very kind and friendly.

Great museum. Everything you ever wanted to know about Midvale and its mining history.

Lots of interesting things local to the area. My son loved finding me in an old Hillcrest yearbook they had. Run by volunteers and from donations. Not a good place to let little kids run around, but older kids might like to see an old switchboard, reel to reel tape, dial telephone, and old clothes and dolls.

Nice little gem of a museum. Worth a visit, especially since it’s free.
