I invited a group of ladies to celebrate my birthday at the studio to paint pottery on Feb 22, 2019. We had a wonderful time and were excited to receive our finished projects. The owner Crystal informed me that the 4 projects would go in the kiln and be ready for pickup within 1 week. When I never heard back from Crystal I called her and when I told her who I was, she hung up on me. She would then only text. After multiple texts and calls she stopped responding and we never received our projects. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of this situation. We each wanted our finished project as a memento for the evening but for whatever reason never received them. It is now April 16, 2019 and the owner, Crystal has not given any explanation of what happened to our projects and has kept our money. Beware of this studio. They are dishonest and will steal your money!!

A handful of ladies and I had celebrated a friends birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. The owner was friendly and accommodating. She even gave us added time to finish our pieces. Unfortunately, for reasons that still havent full be disclosed never received or piecess. Several calls to the owner and still nothing. I am going to have to file fraud for the charge on my credit card because a refund wasnt even offered. Such a waste of time.

My daughter’s party is tomorrow and they never informed us that they went out of business. The only reason we found out is because we decided to drop by. This is horrible.

Drove 40 miles to come here. Hours say 10-6 on Saturdays. And they are closed! No one is here and its all locked up.

I have messaged on Facebook about a pick up after this place abruptly “closed”. I was told my items would be waiting for me on the back porch. Well, imagine my surprise as I drove all the way over there and nothing was left out! The girls at the salon next door told me so many people have been screwed out of their items and have been told their items would be there for pick up too. This lady literally took our money, our creations, and up and left. My daughters are so upset they never got to enjoy their pieces.Update due to owner reply :Again, I messaged her on FB about picking up my items. She confirmed with me, ON FB MESSENGER a pick up time and date. When I tried to confirm the exact items, her response was “Sure is”. Items were not there. End of story.

Never received pottery I painted and paid for. After contacting the owner, Crystal, she hung up on me and never returned my messages. Very dishonest owner.

Lots of selection to choose from. Everyone is nice and very helpful.
