Had me running around different lines trying to juat enter the event but everythung else was fun.

Great environment and large area. Went to see Siggno and Joe Lopez with Groupo MaZz. Had a Blast.

The event center itself is nice, HOWEVER I have several complaints. We bought tickets to a Rodney Atkins concert for 7 pm. Rodney Atkins didnt not perform until 11. We came in from out of town and wanted to get on the road by a decent time, but were unable to do so due to this. On top of that, most of the stalls in the womens bathrooms didnt have locks, they were out of paper towels, and they were dirty. The ventilation in the patio area sucks & we were forced to inhale second hand cigarette smoke for 5+ hours. My biggest complaint of all is the drink prices!!! $8 for a cranberry vodka with LOW end vodka, and $16 for a double cranberry vodka. This place is a joke!!! They also walked around passing out $5 Mixes MINI shots. Save your time and your money and dont go here.

Very nice and clean place capacity over 4500. A bit hard to get too but theres no other place like this. Remember travel smart, eat great, feel good and regret never! Enjoy life and give me a Thank you!

We went for a wedding reception, and it was at the smaller building. It was nice and l liked the atmosphere. Enough space for tables, small seating area, dance floor, and an outdoor patio. The restrooms were a little dark.

Wow!!! I paid $200 for Bad Bunny to perform for 1 hour!!! That is the first and last time I spend any of my money here.. not to mention $40 buckets!! Outrageous prices.... For no reason.. I had a terrible experience with people not respecting your personal space. Typically a show will last 3-4 hours... Not here!! So dont waste your time or your money here!! I only gave one star because you cant hate it even more..

I love the concerts there. I am from Dallas and have been going there to see Grupo Intocable and Grupo Vision for the past three years.

It was so packed you couldnt even dance, people were in the hallways and in front of restrooms dancing. I spent a lot of money to sit and watch the groups. Sound system and groups playing was amazing though.

Sweet venue with great sound. Beer is really high or this would be 5 stars.

Very open so even if you are seated outside you can still see and hear the performers. Great dance floor. Plenty of room.

This was our first time at La Hacienda...huge & so nice! Clay Walker was AMAZING...thank you Gwen @ Lonestar 92.3 for a great evening! Landen truly enjoyed his 11th birthday seeing Clay in concert! Our 5 & 9 year olds said their 1st concert was great!

Very unorganzied for the event, charged for general admission twice when upgrading to a VIP table. Alcohol is overpriced and bartenders could use some more training on mixed drinks. It is not a bad venue, just horrible service. The concert itself was put on very well by the artists.

$12 for two cans of warm beer. Ugh.

More upscale event place than others in Odessa but more for concert type experiences than dances/ dancing. More expensive than other places, security is more strict also.

Great venue for big concerts

Big place, smoking area clean rest rooms,beer was hot had to get cup of ice.

Every time i have been here for a concert it has been exceptional. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. The bars are spread out enough that the wait isnt too long. The smoking area is outside which is awesome for some one who doesnt smoke. The air is well circulated so its not too stuffy in there unless you are in a tight group of people. All around a great venue. I hope they bring more rock shows through.

The sound system was a near constant issue while I was there. Hopefully this has been resolved. Other than that everything was great, well laid out venue. Bathrooms and bars are easy to get to. Security was everywhere. Would have given them 5 stars if I could have heard the lead singers actually sing, 2 bands in a row, same night, same issue!

Went for my nieces quinceanera and it was great. 3 bars available if I remember correctly. It is a beautiful place. Great parking. Located between Midland and Odessa. Very spacious.

The place is certainly nice. Not sure what kind of crowd they attract, but security was rude when asked about going outside to wait for friends who hadn’t arrived yet at 8pm.The guy was a complete jerk about it. Just a thought but it’s not right to treat people like that especially new comers.If you plan on enforcing something like that put a sign up or something, and be professional about it should someone ask.

Great fun lots of different things to do and see

They can get some great groups to come for concerts but they are MONEY HUNGRY! Sometimes ticket prices are decent but that only includes price for entrance. It does not include a seat and they will charge anywhere from $100 to $400 for a table. Ive never attended any other concert that will do that. I do understand that a lot of oil field workers can and will pay that money because there is not much to do here but I cant justify all that money just to have a place to sit! And dont bother complaining on facebook and tagging them because they will block you. Cowards. I So Im just going to post this anywhere I can. I Please stop giving them your money!!

Was there for comedian they put the chairs to close to each other I had to open up the spacing between seats to be comfortable but other people would either stand or leave no speakers on the back of the building so cant make out the words if you have neighbors talking all the time

I am giving them a 1 because the sound is great. We were frustrated. We arrived a little before 7:00 when the doors open. Security guard was great! When we got in the buildind the seats that we bought did not exist. So they moved us to different seats. (Not better seats)... then to top off the night the concert didnt start till 9:32. A little after 8:00 someone came on over the speaker and stated that we will get started in just a few minutes. But an hour and half later finally got started. To me it seemed that they just wanted to make money on alcohol due to not selling out. No explanation and noone seemed to know why it started so late. But Dwight Yoakam was beyond great! I hope that our next contract we go to here next month will be better planned out and organization will be better.

Nice place but boy its hot

Not sure how to rate this location considering theres several things working against each other, the place itself is quite impressive and definitely the better place for an event in the odessa midland area if youre willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money to attend. I understand its a business and thats how it works but they really do over charge for everything. The event I went to was $100 a ticket, however, I found the same tickets for 45 online. You pay for entrance only as most event centers around the area and then they sell you the table for $200-$450. The place has 3 different bars in which you can purchase pretty much any drink, its a large area with a good sized dance floor, staging is great and its capacity is pretty great too, restrooms are kept in decent shape although my wife did experience having to use the restroom with someone having to stand there because the door wouldnt close. Security is tight even though there has been events that get out of hand. All these things considered i dont think i will attend another event here because of the following reasons and perhaps something might be done to fix it. First, I feel like theyre failing the consumer by not providing table service for people who spend money on a table, that would make it more appealing to buy a table and to attend an event. Parking it pretty terrible, if you dont get there very early youre pretty much left with parking in the dirt parking lot which is bad for many reasons one of them being that people are dressed nicely for a good time out and they have to step on and get dirt blown into by passing vehicles, just spend the money on paving the entire parking area, make it a better experience for the paying customers! Overall its a very nice place but they should bring it down a notch and give the customer a better more affordable experience. Not saying things should be free just make it more average, I feel like I spend less money driving to dallas hotel includedto see the same group that would be here.

We just saw Big Leg and The Great Dwight Yoakum and it was great!. They let us park our RV in the back and service was great.

I have a son in a wheel chair who went to an event there. over all his experiance going there was fair. The staff and security was great thank you all for keeping him safe and getting him in and out without problems. The only thing that was not so great is that the owners do not have a good wheel chair accessible seating system. He could not see half of the time and someone fell on him. He was very upset about that. Hopefully the owners will fix that becasue it was a big issue.

Very expensive for a very small table and be sure to pay $$$$$$for beer and even water. Broken bottles on dance floor and dance floor is nonexistent if you want to go dancing this is not the place.

It has very slow wifi.

Wouldnt be my choice of place to hold a wedding reception... in completion with the bar next to it as far as noise level goes and several ppl got sick eating the food.

To expensive, to,crowded, crampy parking

If you plan to attend a concert there pack a lunch. We stood outside waiting in line for almost an hour, and we went there 40 minutes after the doors were supposed to be opened. The concert was scheduled to stsrt at 8 we didnt even get inside until 8:40. The concert didnt start until 9:15 or so. Once it started though, it was freaking badass. We plan on going there again (with a picnic basket and some lawn chairs)lol.

Ive never been there and I wouldnt I heard it outrageous to purchase alcohol but I dont drink any kind of alcohol and its not my income and no one is worth it that much ..to go see they dont even know you or remember you I have better choices than that .

The show was great....venue wise it was an awful experience. This was our first time, and we will not be back. Waited in line 25 minutes to get in, the only card reader at the counter was down. They said cash only, but the ATM was out of money...they suggested buying the tickets online...had to pay a $14 handling fee to do that. So basically we paid $94 to get in....only to stand in a drink line for well over an hour, where again there was only 1 messed up card reader and they were out of everything we had been in line for. It was absolutely ridiculous...They were way underprepared for the event last night.

The place is ok but needs work. it was extremely hot even their employees were complaining about it, blowing air to themselves with cardboard boxes. also theres no maintenance. the womens restroom ran out of paper half way through the concert. very expensive concert and no toilet paper! also, no waiters no help to get your bottle and ice to the top floor. $280 for a bottle and no one to even help carry it.

Had a great time although you need to be ready for some high dollar tables. Bad thing is if you dont get one youll be real far away from the action.

I agree with Will. I had 4th row seats. Sound could have been much better. Womens restroom was out of paper, soap, and water even before Dwight came on. Lines for drinks were ridiculously long. My main concern complaint were the spotlights coming off the stage right into my eyes. I paid to see Dwight, not to be blinded every few seconds by lights. Otherwise, this facility was fine. Clean floors, good parking. Dwight and is band were worth the inconveniences.

We went to see Nicky Jam here and it was our first time at the Hacienda. Beautiful place but poor security. We paid for the higher ticket to be closer to the stage and when Nicky finally came out, everyone from the back came running through the isles and got in front of us. That is definitely unacceptable. They stayed crowding in front of us, pushing and all through the entire show. Which wasnt long I might add! The dj before played for at least 2-3 hours before Nicky even came out. Ive seen him before in EP and he played a lot longer. Idk if the time he performs is just up to the promoter but it wasnt worth my $200 ticket. Also, Im leaving a 3 star because even if you pay extra to sit closer to the stage but they have VIP tables then you are screwed because the tables take up A TON of room so you are further back like the rest of the folks. Nice place, clean restrooms and not too long of lines at the bar but the main things about the show, should be fixed. It would make a better experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not trust any word that Manuel (the owner) says. He lies about contacting you & doesnt uphold his agreement. If there is NOTHING in your contract about cancelling then you should be entitled to a refund. He promised that if someone would book the date then we would get our deposit back. ( this was months ago) then when we called the venue they said the date had been booked. So naturally we called Manuel & he said that he hasnt even put the date as available. Keep in mind we paid $800 deposit & he is only giving us $200 back. Our event was not until October and we tried cancelling due to medical reasons months ago. I would not recommended doing any business with this greedy man.

Went to Great White and Bret Michaels. I’ve gone to concerts all over the country for 40 yrs and this venue was the worst. The bands were using the “house “ sound guy and he had no clue! Vocalist had no sound on his mic for 15-30 morning minutes and struggled the entire show. He did great to not just lose it!! The guitars and bass had so much feedback and reverb that it was just a mess. Still we stayed and tried to make the best of it. It was better for Bret Michaels but still had issues with sound!! Then the drunk guy jumped on the edge of the stage and it took a solid 10 minutes before security came to get him out and then he was back in a few minutes. Just a mess and that’ll be our last trip there for sure!!!

Saw Dwight Yoakum here, and while he was great, the acoustics in this place are not. The sound mix was also terrible, I mean really bad, Dwight had feedback on his mic at least 4-5 times- it was embarrassing. Bass was too high (in the mix), and vocals were barely distinguishable. If you are just wanting to party then go for it, but if you are looking for quality acoustics to fully enjoy the musical talent of whoever youre seeing, stick with the Wagner Noel. Thats my take.
