TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went for a birthday party and the staff was so rude! Trampolines have rips and tears all over them. The place is dirty and doesnt look well kept at all. I want my money back! Not to mention the boss/owner/whoever was snobby and acted stuck up...um?? This was a kids birthday party. DO NOT GO HERE!!

My kids enjoy it. Their favorite spot is the big ball pit! Great place for them to burn off some energy and for me to get a little exercise in too.

THE highlight of a rapidly declining mall. This place and Roadrunner games are our favorite places in this mall.

Fun, motivational and we plan on returning. Staff seems well trained, ready to help with information of yearly events as well as friendly! Location was clean and sanitized, very well organized for safety.

We absolutely love the new and approved Aftershock! It is the perfect place to take your kids to burn off some energy. The staff is always great and professional. We especially love that it is now in the Midland mall. As a nanny I love to take my little guy here to run and jump. He always has the best time and so do I!

The old place left something to be desired BUT since they moved to Midland Mall I couldn’t be happier to take the kids there. Lots of stuff for them to do, I drop em off and they take care of the rest. Great prices too! Tanning, massage chairs for dad or mom, bouncy house, trampolines, climbing wall, ball pit, spring loaded gymnastic floor... If you have kids 13 and under, birthday party area AND they take care of EVERYTHING. ITS AMAZING!THIS PLACE ROCKS!I love the massage chairs!!!!!

Our first time at Aftershock today. Really enjoyed the reasonable pricing for Toddler Time and the great, clean, well-lit and well-maintained facility. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.My one complaint is that I wish Toddler Time were exclusively for toddler-aged children. There were a couple older boys (looked to be at least school aged) who were playing very aggressively and bouncing, shoving, pushing, and almost landing on the smaller children. It made me very nervous and a couple times we actually moved our son to another area of the facility to keep him from being injured.Toddler Time is only one hour two days a week; it would be great if that hour could be reserved for children 5 and under.

Love the new facility!!! Super clean, great layout, love the addition of the climbing wall and ball pit! Very reasonable prices and a great environment. I went to sky zone in Saginaw the staff was so rude the facility was dirty, and it was crowded!!! Aftershock worked great for my group of people!!! Highly recommend!

My daughter does competitive cheer here and loves all of her coaches. Everyone is so nice and the new location is awesome. We have also attended birthday parties and come to jump frequently here! Always a great time!

AFTERSHOCK IS AMAZING!!! The new location is 5000 times better than the old one!! Super clean, new equipment and the best staff Ive ever met! Tara is the one of the most amazing people Ive ever met and I highly recommend everyone to check them out!!!

The experience at Aftershock has been terrific for my kids. The facility is fully equipped and very clean. While the kids are enjoying the facility I can burn off some stress in the carido area or work on my tan and relax. The staff is very attentive and personable. The new location in the Midland Mall couldnt be more convenient!

Amazing and convenient new location, great staff, and a real family vibe make Aftershock a super fun place to bring the whole family! Great place to allow kids to play safely while parents can watch or walk the mall. Love everyone there and the fun that ensues with each visit!

This place is the place you want to be. Fair prices, polite staff, and the equipment is in great condition. Tara, is an phenomenal lady. She not only coaches all-star cheer but runs this business as well. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my kid.

My family loves this new location in the Midland Mall. Aftershock is always clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful! My kids love going there to jump, even my teenager gets his jump on! Highly recommended!

Not only do they have trampolines, blow up house, ball pit and offer birthday parties but also have the best cheer program in the area. Very affordable and it is a SAFE environment for the kids!! LOVE IT!!!

Our kids are here 2-3 times a week for cheer practice and still want to jump every day. We live almost an hour away and make the drive gladly because the staff, the environment and all that Aftershock has to offer! Thank you all for making this out home away from home!

We had a good experience here at the Midland location-- my two little ones loved jumping, loved the ball pit, and I like that it gave them an outlet to burn off a little steam indoors on a day when it was 10 degrees out. Great for little kiddos.

This place is an absolute joke. We arrived at 6:20pm. Lets start with the fact that they charge you for a gripper pair of socks just to jump ($2 is nuts). Also if you choose to supervise your kids, YOU ARE CHARGED TO WATCH! They charged us for having our 1 1/2 year old with us too. There are no water fountains for these kids when they become dehydrated from jumping. Then the kid from the front door comes in the main trampoline room and says the kids all have three more minutes and this was at 6:57pm. 37 minutes we paid $15 for?!? Really?! So had we known that they only allow you to jump from on the hour to the next, we obviously wouldve waited until 7 or came earlier so we couldve at least allowed our daughter to utilize the trampolines for the full time frame. We will not return to this place. Aftershock is an embarrassment to Midland and our community and they have a lot of work to do if they plan to increase their business. Next time, we will just drive to Saginaw to Skyzone because at least we know what to expect. We just wanted to support the recreational facilities that we have in our hometown.

This would have been a great experience for our kids and my brothers kids, but it was insanely hot, as outside temps were in the 90s and there was no a/c inside the building. Their website should have stated this basic fact even if the activity theyre selling didnt require exertion. A lot of the children had to spend most of their hour in front of the fan instead of jumping. We were left feeling cheated, as it seems like the owners would know that customers would be turned off if they knew ahead of time that there was no a/c. We also noticed that nobody in charge was in evidence when our hour was up. Buyer be aware.

I can not tell you enough how much we love this place and all of the staff! My daughter has practice 3 times a week for her cheer teams and still begs me to go jump at Aftershock on ALL of her off days. She would literally live here if I let her. Check it out for yourself. You won’t be dissapointed!

Today was my sons 5th VIP Birthday party at Aftershock. We were so excited and couldnt wait to go jump, however, we were unaware there was no air in the place. It was over 90° and they had 1 fan going which just made it way too hot to bare and so we ended up leaving an hour early!BUT- The staff was extremely nice, helpful and spoke with their manager who agreed we could get a $100 refund for the inconvenience. We understand completely they cant control the weather, I just wish I would have known it was going to be so hot inside. The cold water and cupcakes they provided were outstanding!!! We will all definitely be going back, we had fun jumping- just has to be a much cooler day!!!

We went there for a birthday party. The staff was unhelpful, Im not sure what they were being paid for as 2 of the three employees there pretty much stood around talking to each other. Facilities could use some tlc if catering to private parties. Paint? Inflate the bouncy castle?Given the lack of alternatives in Midland I guess this place is ok.

Website needs some work and has conflicting information (two phone numbers for example). Location was hard to find even though we knew approximately where it was. This was due to only having 2 small signs. No clear place on where to park either.The facility inside was a nice, clean, safe environment. This place definitely has potential with some slight exterior improvements. Would be a great place for kids birthdays.

Five stars all around for Aftershock. The new location is incredibly family friendly with a great environment, and you wont find business owners anywhere else who are more passionate about their community or the people in it.

I was supposed to have a private two hour slot for a birthday party and they double booked our party. Ive been to sky zone in canton and another one down state and it was much nicer and much bigger. Would not recommend after shock.

New location at the Midland Mall is a great place to take the kids very clean and convenient . Great place for Birthday partys ..older kids love it too.

The place has no water fountains or a/c Their trampolines have rips and tears. Their cheese pit is just rat chewed mattresses and when u jump in u hit the cement at the bottom. Aftershock sucks I do not recommend going there. Seriously $10 an hour I think it should be more like 2$ maybe 1$ an hour I mean my mattresses bouncier than those trampolines. Overall there is nothing good to say about Aftershock.

A few trampolines and a ball pit.. oh, and a mostly deflated kiddie jump castle. There isnt much here to justify the price. The staff just sat at the desk, probably from shame. We expected quite a bit more.

This actually was a great place to take kids. I had no problem with their prices to jump. The BULLSHIT part was that I was charged $3 to watch my kids! I dont have to pay to watch at the Midland Community Center!
