Beautiful OLD BUILDING, inside is masterfully designed as it was in the days of *old* . The photos lining the hall tells the story of whos who & how . The outside windows shows the plays of days gone by, and the advancement of time, yet they do their best to keep it as it was.If your into architecture, arts, theater, plays, or just history, stop by & visit. Its worth it.P.S. plays are showed there still....check website for details, dates etc.

A very neat venue. There is a great team SORG working on restoring this wonderful piece of history. I definitely encourage you to check out a show and consider supporting their restoration effort.

I had lower lever box seats and could only see about half the stage other than it was great!

Acoustic s are crazy good. Tickets are reasonable. Have seen two performances there and both were great. Building takes you back in time. Support the arts and try it. You will not be disappointed.

My parents are 89 and 90. They love big band music. They came here when they dated. I Was raised on this music along with many other genres.

Great concert with Motortown Allstars.

The restoration seems to be coming along. I was at the Sorg last Autumn for Chamber Music and the again on August 9th for the Chicago Rolling Stones cover band. I will probably go see Aja in September.

Today was the first time I have ever been to the Sorg Opera House in Middletown. I received a tour of the lobby, stage and seating area. It was amazing! Such history for Middletown. Thank you Doug for showing me a true diamond in the ruff !

Never been here at Sorg however I have seen them working on it and reviving it and they are now open and doing shows and music performances I certainly want to check out this historical place.
