Tranquil, quaint historical spot for a quick 30 min visit or picnic. Free parking available and plenty of greenery. Paved walkway allows for easy exploring and may be ADA accessible, though the windmill itself is atop a mound. The park is on the smaller side, but a good assortment of picnic goods can be brought as long as one takes the rubbish back oneself as bins have been removed.

Great historical landmark to visit in Middletown, RI. The mill is located in paradise valley park and is owned and maintained by the Middletown Historical Society. When yours are available it’s amazing the condition the mill is in and shows how advanced farming was a little over 100 years ago. Definitely worth the visit
