Sales process was great, but service after the sale has been challenging. We prepaid for staining when we purchased the swing set. Took 4 months to get the service scheduled. When it was finally done, it was done poorly. They said they would come back again to fix it, but after trying to contact them 5 times, no response. Photos attached.

We purchased a swing set a year ago and it is still in good shape, practically new. So the quality you get is very nice. I did have a screw come out and it took a sometime to replace but eventually it was done. I have no complaints other then a couple minor maintenance delays. They sell quality equipment.

This is a great place for young kids to play, and they have awesome playground sets for purchase. The owners are also very generous to the local community! Please support this business!

We LOVE our original fort. The staff at Play n Wisconsin where very helpful, patient and kind (I called many, many times and asked questions) before we decided to purchase.

$7 (per child) for the potential to play nine straight hours!You can come and go and just play once.Great deal and loads of fun!Trampolines, ample playground sets, swings, basketball court and soccer turf area.This place is amazing and adults can play on all the equipment as well (right along with the kiddos)!Definitely worth the price... but yearly passes available as well.

We have been taking our kids to Play N Wisconsin ever since they could walk! For a nominal fee, this is a great place to get energy out in the winter months! The playsets are well constructed and(be aware!) the slides are fast. And our kids love the trampolines too. All in all, this is a great place for children to play!!

They called and said they were on their way and what time they would arrive. They cleaned up after themselves. The two guys who installed our fort did a great job.Asked questions instead of just doing. Great job.

The only contractor that Ive worked with that showed up on the exact day they estimated and completed on budget. Hopefully, we can have them out for some upgrades in the future!

We love PlayN Wisconsin! We have been coming here for over 7 years for open play for cold/wet days. Last year we decided to purchase a swing set for our backyard and it was a great decision. Kade was very friendly and helpful during the selection process. We ultimately chose a simple stand alone swing frame where we can switch out different types of swings and LOVE it. It has become a central meeting point for neighbor kids and a great place for our boys (7.5, 4) to play when they are outside. It is sturdy enough that adults can swing too so I think we will get several years out of it still.

Great place to let the kids burn off some energy on cold or wet days. The slides are FAST and there is something for every aged kid. Weve been coming for years, and take advantage of their annual membership for a nominal fee.

I took my 3 year old to open play today for the first time and she had an absolute blast. All of the equipment was clean, sturdy, and kept in good working order. I was impressed by the wide variety of activities and I would certainly come here again.

Great place for some activity during the cold winters. There are lots of playground sets and trampolines to try out, as well as some basketball hoops. Most of it is designed for bigger kids, but kid under two are free and there are some okay toys for the littler ones. Definitely a worth it!

We signed up for the annual membership and our family goes every weekend during the winter and on rainy days. They are very nice and the facilities are clean and kid-friendly.

Brought my Kids in this past week to play for the day. What a great place! The kids had a blast jumping on the trampolines and shooting baskets. There was plenty of room for all the kids that were there to play safely. The showroom was very clean! Its an all day pass so you can leave and come back which is great if you want to grab food and come back later in the day. Will come back again soon for sure!

We love to come to Play N Wisconsin for their swing sets, trampolines, basketball, and soccer equipment. All 4 of my kids, ages 13-6, have a great time playing in this huge, safe space. Great for rainy days, cold days, and anytime we are feeling generally stir crazy.

Last year we purchased a basketball hoop from PlayN Wisconsin and it has been a great investment for our entire family. Jim and staff were very helpful in picking out the hoop that best fit our needs as they carry many different types and brands. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so!

Came for open play on the weekday and was actually extremely empty. They have no air conditioning on and the kids are complaining they are hot and they’re beat red. I’m sweating just sitting down and watching them. Tried to use the vending machine but every choice it said make alternate selection and in the end charged me $1.50 for nothing. I bought 2 waters at the front desk area and they don’t keep them cold. Felt like we could’ve found something more comfortable and fun to do for the $30 spent. Kids are asking after 30 minutes to leave.

Excellent service when making our decision. Kade was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. We ultimately went with Play in Wisconsin over Rainbow because of the service we received and we wanted to buy local. The pricing was very competitive between the two companies. We did have one cracked board on the play set after it was installed, but with just an email to Kade asking what can be done with it, he had someone back out to the house within days to replace the board, no charge no hassle. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went for open play on a sunday. They had a birthday party so it was crowded but good because my kids had other kids to play with. Clean bathrooms and helpful staff. However I have a 2 year old and 12 year old my youngest seemed to small to go on most of the equipment and my oldest was to big and bored. This place is great for ages of 3 to 8 so I will definitely be back when my youngest is older.

Great place to take the kids (age 9 and under enjoy it greatly in our experience). Bought a hoop there, too, and they had great service and response to our needs. The only caveat: I wouldnt buy a PG hoop again, Id choose a better name brand with warranty and more standard features, even if the name brand isnt as strong of a structure.

Recently bought a play system from PlayN Wisconsin. My kids love it! Ordering was very simple, and we were able to look at pricing on different options before deciding. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent.I also love the option of taking kids to open play times at the show room. It gives them the chance to burn energy in bad weather. When we decided to order we knew just which options our kids would use based on what they tried in the store.

Wonderful place! My 5 year old had a lot of fun. Enclosed trampolines, lots of decent play structures. Its $9 all day admission for children. Adults are free, however its expected obviously that the adults are watching their kids. Clean bathrooms.

Bring my nephew and niece here a lot and he loves it! They are 4 and 5, and can never seem to get enough of it. I travel from Duluth to Middleton regularly to visit with family and am always happy to bring the youngest ones here so my brother can have a break from the kids. Places like this make it easy to have somewhere safe and positive to bring young children.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Place was crowded, which is expected on a Saturday. But if you think your child is safe there- think twice. Turn around for one second and you cannot see your kid (thats what happened in our case, but good child was found hiding in the tube) and you start running around looking for him/her. Then we found the door to outside and it was not locked and thats fine, what is NOT fine is the fact that this door could be freely opened from the outside as well. So anyone can walk in and take your kid away. Abductions happen statistically in 3 seconds. When we questioned the staff about the door we were told well its for us to take the garbage out. If anyone from the managers is reading these reviews- please revise your safety procedures.

PlayN Wisconsin is the best! They make the highest quality outdoor swing sets. They also have amazing birthday parties and an indoor play area for kids which is great for the long Wisconsin winters. The rates are very reasonable, and they are a locally owned, family run business. What is most impressive is that they really give back to the community and often make generous donations to local service organizations that support youth. Truly a top notch local business that I highly recommend supporting!

Great place to take kids and let them play on jungle gyms, trampolines and basketball hoops, all indoors. Small fee for kids aged 2 and above. Most of the kids seem to be aged 8 and under. Fun! And of course, its also a showroom if youre in the market to buy any jungle gums, trampolines or basketball hoops too.

Play N Wisconsin is a lot of fun and a good place to work off some energy. It would be better if they made people follow rules and only allowed one or two people on the trampoline at the same time. There are lots of basketball hoops to practice your shot. It is also a good place to have a birthday party.

Wow! What an awesome place for open play and the easiest, most fun birthday parties ever! We brought 14 Kindergarteners, fed them sugar and let them run until they dropped, and it was just another day for the wonderful, polite and attentive team! Call early to get a good timeslot, especially in the winter and have a blast! Thank you playn for helping make my daughters 6th birthday spectacular!

Kids had a lot of fun in this active play environment, 3 trampolines, many play-sets, about 10 baskets and a football area. The kids 3-8 probably would have the most fun. We have annual membership which is worth it if you live close.

We purchased a Primo Grill from Jim and he was really great to work with. He knew the products, explained everything very well and gave me great suggestions on how to use various tools and accessories. One of the best experiences I have had with a retailer. I would highly recommend this company!!

We ordered a trampoline with a hoop and net UNDER WARRENTY well the hoop broke and they had us pay 300 to replace it. They GUARANTEED us that the new hoop wouldnt break. Well one month later it did and ripped the netting in the process. When we called to have them replaced they gave us the run around and had US call the manufacturer to replace. So we received a new net and hoop in the boxes. Called Playin Wisconsin to come put them on and they said it would be 300 in labor cost!!!!!!! they said the warranty doesnt cover labor cost. After how much we had spent on the trampoline initially and to replace the hoop once already, what kind of customer service is this????? Too bad for them, we really like the trampoline and probably would of been repeat customers and referred people to them.

We recently had a double birthday party there for our 2 daughters and 20+ kids and were blown away not only by how well organized Shannon and the staff were but also with how spotlessly clean this kid heaven was.Weve got plenty of experience with other child-friendly locations in the area and it is not an exaggeration to say PlayN Wisconsin is the most clean facility weve been to (which is important to us with how good kids are at sharing their germs).Weve also held and attended plenty of kids events where the parents are sweating worse than the kids from all the work they have to do during the party. Not so at PlayN Wisconsin - the staff catered to our needs and took the lead on setting everything up, handing out treat bags, collecting and managing the gifts, and of course cleaning it all up afterwards.Our experience with PlayN Wisconsin was exceptional. Wed recommend their facilities to anyone looking for a fun and safe environment for their kids. Plus, even the adults get to use all the equipment! It was as smooth as you hope your childs birthday to be, the staff were helpful and friendly, and last, but most importantly, every kid (and parent!) had a blast.

I just visited PlayN Wisconsin in Middleton a week ago as I was looking for a new grill. I have been using a very nice propane grill for the past several years, but heard about ceramic grills and what a great experience and unparalleled flavor they can offer.After doing extensive research I decided on the Primo. I arrived at this decision through reviews as well as talking to grilling aficionados that I have met during my quest to find the best grill out there. I really like the features of the Primo as well as the size. Primo offers many options that can be added to really customize how it will cook your meal. The flexibility of the Primo was clear. The Primo ultimately felt more comfortable than other ceramic grills I looked at.Referring to a Primo as a grill is a bit of a misnomer as I have learned it is so much more. Until my purchase of the Primo I had a gas grill, a charcoal briquette grill and an electric smoker. The Primo does it all. No exaggeration. We have cooked fish, smoked ribs and brisket, chicken and burgers and they all taste simply phenomenal. I wish I knew the difference a good grill could have on how your food tastes!Working with the staff at PlayN Wisconsin was a pleasure. They took the time to explain all the features of the Primo as well as their personal experiences with the Primo line. They didnt seem distracted and actually seemed as excited about Primo as I was! I bought a ProFormance ProView 554 during March Madness and last weekend, the weather was FINALLY good enough for the PlayNguys to come out and put it up . . take it from an ordinary customer: Real Deal. My boys can barely make the rim flex, but Im a little more experienced and I go at it with everything Ive got . . I finally have the hoop I had only dreamed of until now.It co$t a little more than other hoops, but I wasnt going to buy a hoop for my 4 boys - and all their friends - to dunk on just to have it all bent and stooped over after the first weekend. I go at it like college Chris Weber . . not alot of high flyin . . lets face it: Im not what I used to be . . Im satisfied with a steady dose of hard, physical two-handed punishing dunks . . and when it stops shaking, its as true and level as can be and ready for another rep.Glad I stumbled across the ad, glad I went in and once I saw one up close, it was a done deal. Im not a gym guy and I finally have my own workout: Shoot some jumpers and free throws and shoot from wherever the ball ends up to get the heart rate up and a good sweat on . . then bring it down to 9 or so and work the core with some power-dunks.Thank you PlayN - the gang put up with some less than ideal conditions the day they came out to set the base, or should I say, the two trips they made to set the base. Great experience all around. Great product. Great service. Great communication and scheduling. Totally satisfied customer. Worth every penny.

When my family moved to a new place, PlayN Wisconsin relocated our large Rainbow Play System for us. That was money well-spent. In just a few hours time, PlayN Wisconsin disassembled our Playset, carried it down a steep slope, hauled it 15 miles, and then re-assembled it. The Playset came through the move unblemished. PlayN Wisconsin was very careful with our Playset parts, and our Playset was as good as ever when it was set up at our new home.The whole process was simple, friendly, quick, and flawless. What a relief for me to not have to worry about moving our Playset in addition to dealing with our household move. I would hire PlayN Wisconsin again if I ever need our Playset moved.Also, Ive had a good experience ordering a replacement roof tarp from them when our original Rainbow tarp got dilapidated from years of weather exposure.In addition, my kids like to go play in their showroom on cold winter days. The small admission fee is well worth it.
