Hitters SportsPlex

Needs more cages. Rates and quality of the cages are fine, but you’ll have to come during school hours or you’re going to find 30+ kids standing around waiting to hit. The 15 pitches you get are not worth standing for a half hour to get those reps. No area to swing and warm up while you wait to use the cages as well.If you play tennis though, then this is a phenomenal place. Courts are great.

Great place for Tennis lovers.

Easy access and equipment is in good condition.

Great space to stay on top of with your skills! Parking, indoors, warm and dry. Whats not to like.

I took a Pickleball lesson with Greg. Greg was excellent--5 stars. I plan to go back.Other staff were friendly and welcoming.Because its winter, I expected to use a locker room to change and store my boots, etc. during the lesson. There is a locker room where you can change, but no lockers to use. There were a small number of lockers, but it appeared they were solely for members--which I am not.The PB courts are mapped out on tennis courts. This is OK, but not ideal. Dedicated PB courts and a locker room for general use would have prompted me to give Hitters an additional star.

Fantastic facility for pickleball. Welcoming, clean, well-staffed with pros for lessons. Joel and his team are the best.

I coach a 10 year old baseball team in Madison and we have used Hitters five times this year due to the rain. It’s worked out great. Friendly staff. Reliable space and equipment for indoor baseball practice.

Seems like fast pitch softball cage is ALWAYS out of order. Time to reinvest and get it fixed permanently. Disappointing.

One or more of the batting cages seems to be down every time we stop in.If youre looking for a tennis facility it appears to serve that purpose, but the baseball side is hit or miss... Mostly miss unfortunately. Theyre always nice and apologetic about it, but still frustrating just the same.

Cages are nice a little pricey but nice clean environment

Hitters is working hard to meet the needs of the growing pickleball community. Recent expansion to six courts from four and the purchase (with the help of some private donations) of four higher quality nets with plans for two more such nets. Ive played PB at many indoor facilities in the Madison area, but in my opinion, this is the premier venue.

We went there to get in some batting practice for my son. I would give five stars but the slow baseball cage was broken. Facility was very clean and the staff was very polite and respectful. We will definitely be back again.

Went for the batting cages. The pitching machine had quite a few problems but the attendant at the front desk quickly worked to get it fixed and gave us a few free rounds to make up for the pitches we lost out on. She was very friendly and apologetic about the issue. We were really impressed by the facility and staff. Thank you! Would recommend this place highly.

Very tennis-oriented facility but it does have 6 batting cages. Whether youre there for the batting cages or the tennis it is a fantastically clean facility. Scope of this review centers really on the batting cages and NOT the tennis facility.Found the cages really quite nice. Rarely any wait for them. However, theres constant trouble with the pitching machines and the ball feeder getting jammed. If its not the fast cage itll be the medium cage. If its not the medium cage itll be the slow one. One thing that has been consistent now for months is the ongoing struggles getting those machines to operate properly without any involvement from the front desk having to clear the jam in the feeders.

Most fun place to play tennis with some of the best instructors around, especially Andre who is technician and will most certainly improve your tennis! Well maintained batting cages, too.

Nice facility. Great pickleball courts. A little pricey.

Great pickleball tournament host - facility is top notch

Batting cages work well. A bit expensive... But best cage experience in Madison.

Skipp and Keysha are elite strength and conditioning coaches and Hitters is lucky to have them... Their knowledge of cross fit training and their continued self education of the body makes working with them remarkable. They truly lead by example and encourage you to get the most out of yourself... Thanks...

Great place to play tennis, pickleball, or go to the batting cages. Batting cages do not require membership, just pay as you go. Pickleball can be played by nonmembers for a price. Tennis is only available to members. Membership is very expensive.

Batting cage was a bit dark but lockerroom made changing easy. An overall pleasant experience. 57 years old and still hitting! Thanks

Tennis players be like, ugghhhh when they hit the ball

Fast pitch softball machine jammed. Staff was right on it.

Great to spend couple hours swinging in the cages. Machines pitch 2softball speeds & 3hardball speeds.

Our boys have day care and daily taekwondo lessons at silver lining, which is in the hitters building. Mr. Mbow has a great staff and program.

Great place for indoor batting cages and indoor tennis. Very well kept facility.

Very good experience. Kids enjoyed.

We had fun but I think my daughter got lice from the batting helmets.

Great place to hone your baseball skills in the batting cages.

Only 1 Softball cage, there was a huge line. And the Tennis courts look nice.

Review on batting cages. Terrible all pitches super far outside or way inside bad lighting and balls were super hard to see overall place was clean but the price is insane for the quality you get.

Outstanding staff and instructors

Great owner great people great facility

Would be 5/5 if employees got tips

Hitters SportsPlex is an excellent facility.

Good

Fun

Noice

We had some technical issues with the batting cages but the staff was very helpful and gave us some free tokens to make up for the bad pitches.

Fun!

Always under staffed and machines always broken.

Nice batting cages
