I went here for many years I use to love this gym we use to be good until a few years ago our practices would be focused on just conditioning and really no skills or events. They punished us for not placing first, second, or third place they would even punish the gymnasts for not placing on events. It got to the point I would come home crying wanting to quit gymnastics for good. I loved the friends I made and they had good students. The coaches would tell us we werent aloud to talk at all a lot and that we shouldnt be crying but when you condition kids for over 30 minutes they are going to cry. They gave us 4 hour practices and it was really only conditioning. Some of the girls went for over 20 hours a week. I quit and then went to a different gym and am much happier at my new gym. I was on their level 2 team for 3 years and made the qualifications to level up each year but they wanted the best and the honest ones to go to level 3 I was always yelled at by the coaches for things I didnt do. When i leveled up to level 3 I stayed for 2 years in that level they almost kept me for 3 years in that level but my parents had enough and they fought for me to go to level 4. Then i was on their level 4 team for two years and I realized the pattern i would never satisfy them and they would always keep me a level behind even if I qualified to level up. I had enough and quit and switched gyms and now I dont have to worry about satisfying my new gym in order to level up.

We absolutely love this gym! Incredibly clean and updated facility, with a dedicated staff!

Couldnt wait to go to another facility due to the owner being very condescending to my child and the parents. If a child is on the team the owner will chastise the parents for watching their kids. My daughter thrived in gymnastics after leaving there and enjoyed it much more. I feel sorry for all of the kids there considering theres better environments to train then that place. On a positive note, the majority of the staff is very knowledgeable.

The environment is nice, clean and the staff is nice. However depending on which instructor you have it determines if your child will advance. My daughter has been in int. 1 for four sessions now. On one card she passes her on the next card she doesn’t within the next session. Because they do not judge the same way on techniques she has been stuck in the same class. She loves the school, however she is beginning to get discouraged by this! I’ve asked for private sessions to ensure her form is correct but they only recommend private sessions for their competing girls. Recreational Gymnastics seems secondary to this facility.

Love working here. The kids are polite and respectful. They work very hard to achieve personal goals. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and every coach tries their best to pull greatness out of their athletes. Front desk is super organized, and the booster club rocks.

Great staff. And they dont waste time with excessive breaks or silly games. Very professional and my daughter has learned a lot, quickly. Highly recommend.

Love it here! Its amazing to be a part of this team! Watching the athletes pursue their dreams and grow as individuals is very rewarding!

They treat you like family and give you great life lessons, this place is my second home and is just really great

X-Treme Gymnastics is a wonderful place for gymnastics, cheer, and dance. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very professional and the girls learn very fast. We were at another place that I would never recommend. X-Treme has been an Amazing Experience for my daughter she is now in her 2nd year!

The extreme gymnastics staff is nice but they make you condition hard, I recommend getting a private teacher, because not only do they focus on you they focus on the rest of the kids and some times they yell at you for no reason. And you only get 10 seconds of getting water. But sometimes they are really strick by telling you to this and that. It gets more hard every time.
