I’ve been to this place for a neighbor’s birthday party. They rented the whole place out and every guest was wearing a mask. I had good experience at that time. Today I took my 3 yo for specific toddler jumping time, which unfortunately was a horrible experience. Most adult parents didn’t wear masks. There were about 30 little jumpers inside, with the unmasked parents, made me very uncomfortable. I did talk to the store manager about reinforcing mask policy for adults/ parents, she said people do not need masks when they are jumping.Well, it’s toddler time, the adults shouldn’t participant, let alone not wearing masks at indoor places where social distance cannot be guaranteed. This is the FIRST business I’ve visited since pandemic that doesn’t enforce mask wearing policies, surprised nobody reported it yet.We left shortly, the store manager gave me 2 coupons. I don’t think we’ll come back unless the business do a better job of keeping everyone safe.I do not suggest to come here with your little ones if your family is serious about COVID.

The place was pretty much empty upon arrival. People were socially distant & there was someone walking around making sure people were in compliance! We had a lot of fun for my sons birthday & will definitely go back again!

A family experience guaranteed with a bundle of laughs, and fun. The foam pits allowing you to do whatever flip you want safely landing. Races on trampolines, and the ninja warrior course was extremely fun to experience. The service did a great job at keeping other safe, and guaranteeing a fun time. The socks given are mighty comfortable, and help you balance all of the fun youll have on the trampolines. I loved it.

Angelina was a fantastic host! She was so sweet, if it wasnt for covid- I would have invited her over for Thanksgiving dinner. She is just that awesome!!!!

Pleasantly surprised as this was my first visit to Get Air - looking for some get out and blow off steam type fun for the kiddos who are couped up remote schooling getting a dose of inclement weather to finish up the school day lead me to look for any existing affordable indoor activities nearby in modern Covid-era society and came across Get Air! They have hella deals online to instantly take advantage of phenomenal savings, for instance 1hr 46 & shorter $5.84! 46 & above $9.09! Savings quadruple soon as you select 2hrs+,or choose BOGOs, etc. They seem to be open until 9pm M-Th, Fri & Sat later hours as posted, Sundays until 8pm. They offer promos and vouchers geared towards families, 1 child or several, vouchers good for 6mos into the future to use for different sessions/visits (you may not split hours though, if you only use 2 hrs of a 3hrs pass, its used in full),they also offer annual and family membership packages I found very affordable and set them apart from local competition or similar type establishments. Cleanliness was not a matter of concern, you are greeted with a very strong, but fresh scent of a sanitized atmosphere. This is the first public indoor outing type weve managed in several months, and my apprehensions were mostly laid to rest. It is so vast that it would be hard to feel crowded or unable to socially distance from others in any of the many sections - I also admit I avoided this place for awhile expecting insta-headache from noise, but silly me failed to take into account just how wonderfully sounds are absorbed and nearly every surface within its walls, this is by far my favorite thing about a place that potentially contains many loud energetic blessed kiddos at any given time! Leave the Excedrin at home! I was a bit taken aback that most or without masks, even so I did require my children wear them anyway, I guess Im not quite that ready to let go yet, so if this is also a concern for you, You may want to wait this out until the times have changed. It was rather odd to see so many going about indoors without masks, I understand its very active energy, bouncing running, etc but if high school football teams are required to play in 95° heat w 90% humidity without being provided hydration in full masks or be forced off the field then I think Joe Public can handle indoor recreational activities wearing theirs for now, as well-this wasnt a leniency for the littles thing, it seemed even the adults removed theirs to play as well seeing that everyone else had removed theirs. Wrapping up, masking aside, fantastic option & glad we went, but as it IS a pretty big deal for many of us still, no, it cannot be ignored, and you best wait until Covid has left us, or they mandate & encourage the wearing of masks.

Great place to have fun with your children, all the while getting some much needed exercise.

This is the most fun Ive had as an adult, especially with my two and a half year old son. We go to Toddler Time every Sunday morning, and its the best.

My daughter went for teen night. I just dropped off & picked up. My niece had a birthday party there, nice but pricey.

When I arrived I was in a frantic for several reasons, some in short, my sons third birthday started chaotic from the time we came up from Mi to OH to celebrate him, car rental issues, phone service interrupted unexpectedly leaving us unable to communicate with our guest, and seek directions to the attraction, I mean it was a total mess! So we arrive tardy to Get Air and immediately I’m frantic apologetic for our tardiness and the WONDERFUL staff at the front desk Arianna and Holy calmed me.... our host Arianna OMG she’s a true angel I mean her spirit was so calming genuine fun and energetic... she continuously assured me that everything was AOK... and it was I mean she was so sweet yet professional verryyyy attentive and sooooo helpful and accomaditing I mean Dad and I could Absolutely have NOT pulled this off under such pressure without her amazing grace, patients and understanding... couldn’t have asked for better staff Holly the manager was just as sweet I mean so reassuring that the party would be a success and they were there to assist with it all we couldn’t have been more grateful BOOK HERE FOR YOUR TODDLER OR KIDS PARTY IT WAS SAFE CLEAN AND SOOOO FUN WE WILL BE BACK SOON THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES

Get place, so much for kids and parents to jump! They have a small kids area too. Super fun highly recommend for those winter days where your kids need to get out energy. I have actually SEEN them clean the place too so it makes me feel better to pick this play place.

My family and I have fun every time we go. We take our kids to toddler time Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. My husband and I have fun too! Would also like to point out it’s not the staffs job to police every single person. Parents need to be aware as well. It’s a place with trampolines. Kids are going to bounce into each other. Can’t wait to go back!

My kids love coming here however when they ask to go I cringe a little. The space is not large enough for all the kids and family members. I think we would enjoy it more if they had sections for certain ages or heights. I know my older kids really enjoy running and doing multiple flips but they spend so much time dodging the babies and toddlers running around that it eats up their time to have fun. The place is clean though just overly crowded.

I love taking my kids here to jumpp it is always a great time the jump area really isnt that big though & its a little on the expensive side, cheaper then skyzone overall, its a nice fun kid friendly place to take your kids for a few hours to play employees are usually nice and helpful too

We went for a childs birthday party and it was fun. There were a lot of fun trampolines and things for the kids to climb on and play with. The party room was nice and the overall facility was clean and welcoming. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The staff was kind and helpful too.

This is the second year in a row that my son Gregory has had his birthday here and we have a blast every time! All we had to worry about was having fun and that’s all thanks to our amazing host Arianna! She was funny, attentive, down to earth and organized and she just made this experience even better! I would recommend her for any party if I could!! I didn’t have to worry about a thing and I loved that I knew everything was taken care of. Everyone we interacted with from signing in to checking out was awesome and we’ll definitely be back again!

Its definitely a great time for the youth. Even adults can enjoy this place. It is pricey for some features they offer but its all about the memories we create.

So Much FUN!!!!! We had my daughters birthday party here with 20 kids. Total Chaos. All we had to do was show up and bring the birthday cake. Everything else was taken care of. Everyone had a great time!

Best christmas present my daughter got. Its nice to take her there knowing she has area to jump with littler kids. The toddler area is great.

Not to mention today my daughter was invited to a birthday party here and my other daughter came just to jump and they only charged her for 1 hour of jump but they let her jump for 2 hours since she wasnt part of the party!

Toddler time is the best!!! I come with my younger kids during toddler time tuesdays and Thursdays from 10a-noon and they have a blast. They can use the entire place including the ninja course and theres no big kids to knock them over! They have so much to do there and theres convenient storage and parking!

We went for a party. The kids loved it even the youngest one. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I would go back again.

Update Oct 2019: we have been going here for 3 years now. My kiddo is 10 yrs old now and still loves going multiple times a week! They just put in new toddler wall activities, fun new bouncy balls in Little Air, and a whole new Bazzoka Ball (foam ballgun tag game) feature in the BIG AIR for older kids/adults! Awesome Photo booth, Mini Melts Ice Cream machine, well stocked food and drink Vending Machines, multiple bathrooms, party rooms and more! Still as always amazing staff and great management that know us by name !!The staff here are amazing especially with my special needs daughter who is 8 years old and has ASD. They are always friendly, kind, and observant in their interactions with the guests. I never feel worried that my daughter will be okay playing here- they all watch out for her and let me know if she needs my help so I dont have to follow her around every second she is there. I can actually relax and get a massage from their massage chairs like the other parents which helps me so much at the end of the day! I highly recommend this place for families! The environment is high quality and well staffed!

Please never ever go there in a Saturday nightFights are breaking out workers are sitting there talking to each other instead of paying attention to the kids. I can not believe how bad it was I was mortified. They need to hire security for the weekends.

Great place for the kids to expel some energy. Its been raining here in ohio. So we spent one of our vacation days inside this trampoline park. Prices were good and there website offers a free hour of jump.

We went Saturday jan 25 2020 I would never go here again. 1 thing is we had to buy the socks .when I counted so many in there own socks. 2 little kids jumping where older kids were jumping they should of been in the small kids part. Drink machines out of order employees standing around doing nothing The bathrooms to this place were disgusting Would never come here again or waste my money

My daughter is 2 1/2 and had a blast. We were in the toddler section and she had a foam pit to jump into, a little obstacle course, and plenty of trampoline space.

Stopped in for 2 hrs over the weekend, had a awesome time! Staff was attentive and friendly, everything was clean and well maintained. We will definitely return!

This place is a family and child friendly. It’s full of fun activities such as trampoline, dodgeball, slam ball, rock wall, etc. They also accommodate special events such as birthdays and parties. They also have a morning slot for toddlers time to jump with parents. Fitness classes and accommodations for special needs are also available. Staff is nice and helpful. The hourly rate are on the high side, even prices for more than an hour are ridiculous especially if you have more than two children. Parking is always available and in and out access via Pearl road is easy. I hope they reduce the prices to make it much more affordable. Overall, I recommend it.

Went here for the first time not too long ago and my daughter loved it. Its not too expensive either. Paid for one hour and it was just enough for my 6 year old. I recommend this place

Do not come here if you have anyone outside of the 3-8 age group. The whole thing is very poorly managed with employees allowing 4-5 children on a single trampoline. The “dodgeball” court is a joke. It was a giant free-for-all with people running in and out as they pleased with no interference from employees. All of the employees were too busy to watch the kids, they sat either talking to each other or playing on their phones that they had other people bringing onto the floor with them. We payed for 2 hours and left before 1 hour passed because it was too nerve wracking to be in that building. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because my husband told me more people would read it.I would rather drive to Canton for an enjoyable experience than go back to this location.

We went for toddler jump, and my toddler LOVED it! Definitely worth the money. The seating is kind of dirty and one of the employees was a bit rude when it came to signing in. That being said, the pure enjoyment my toddler had was worth it.

We drove almost 2 hours and paid $95 to come visit Get Air. We have with us a 14 year old 2 12 year olds an an 8 year old. We will not return. The small air area is completely empty there is currently 17 children 4 or under running around the jump zone for big kids. Only one young child has an adult beside them on the trampolines. The big kids cannot jump for fear of hurting the little kids. One mom even yelled at an older boy because her young daughter ran in his way mid jump. The staff do not pay attention. A boy got elbowed in the nose and ran past a staff member unnoticed gushing blood the staff member was watching Netflix.

Awesome experience for my grandkids. Could use a little more monitors to help prevent injuries, kids running thru while others are jumping. But overall FUN was had by all.

We had fun for my friends son birthday party. It was a little unorganized and we werent offered socks and wrist bands when we first entered for the party. We had to go back with my friend to the desk to get them. The host was nice and we might go back again.

Fun place to jump, supplies water which is always nice. But I cant stand the minimal supervision to toddlers. When I was there, my friend was trying to play basketball but because of the small toddlers jumping in the designated ball area, he couldnt. Its not like Get Air doesnt have a designated area for toddlers. They clearly do, but they let the little kids do whatever they please which makes it hard to enjoy Get Air.

Get Air Cleveland is your typical trampoline/indoor jump zone. Primarily geared towards children/young adults, we attended for my nephews birthday party. The location is spacious, with multiple areas for the kids to jump and play. There is a healthy amount of supervision throughout the area, ensuring safety and protocols are met. For the birthday party, Get Air was able to provide the pizza, however they were slightly more stringent on what we could bring ourselves, not allowing for chips or non-healthy food items to be brought. Overall, an enjoyable experience for kids and would recommend for a fun day for them.

My boys always have fun here, but like many others have stated, some of the the check-in staff is just awful. The lady with a black polo shirt on (manager?) Was rude and unfriendly. The younger girl was MUCH nicer. The older lady seemed like she hated people and her job. If you ignore that, the rest is just fine.

My child was bullied by another kid. I told the stuff member and she just left without doing or saying anything.

Second time we had my daughters birthday here. The staff is always attentive to our party needs and everyone had a great time. Please note that if your child is not tall enough, they have a play area for shorter children.

The prices are fair and its a good exercise! They have designated areas for smaller children which is nice. Ive gone several times and I would recommend going early on a weekday.

Not that much to do for the price, vending machines only except 1 dollar bills and the change machine didnt work, as well as people kept cutting the line and the lifeguards didnt care...

Pricing isn’t bad, but I recommend going for more then just one hour. If you have little ones toddler time would be recommended if you can’t get there early enough when older kids are at school. Faciloseems clean, workers are nice. They require special socks that they sell for cheap. My son enjoys it.

My son has severe food allergies and Get Air is the first place that Ive been to that had allergen information listed on the outside of a vending machine. They actually had a dairy free, egg free, soy free and nut free rainbow treat. Thank you so much Get Air for keeping my son safe and allowing him to enjoy a treat like everyone else.

Kids always have so much fun

A cool place for kids to jump. I have been here many times and basically every time they tell my daughter she has to play in the little area for kids under 46’ tall. Which is fine because she is under that height but I will say they aren’t consistent with every child. I’ve seen kids smaller than my child at the big kid area and big kids in the little area. And when I let my daughter who was bigger than some over in the big area, we got yelled at and told we needed to go in the little area as smaller children around me were able to stay. If the rules were consistent with every customer this place would be fine.

I was not happy. For example, my son is a 7 year old boy and he was playing a dodge ball game that was refereed by an employee. There was a team of older boys about 13-14 years old on the other team against kids that were half of their size. The older boys were whipping the balls at the younger boys. I watched to see if the employee that was refereeing the game would say anything. The employee didnt say anything to the older boys about it. I confronted her about why she hasnt said anything and the only response I got was oh well and she just shook her head. She told me, no face, no head shots and no whipping the balls are the rules. However I watched and several times the older boys whiped the balls at the younger boys and they werent talked to about it at all. I just received nothing but poor, nasty attitude back from the employee because she refused to do her job correctly. Not a place I would want my kids to go to if they condone that type of behavior from other kids.
