Decided to take my kids in to let them hang out for a little bit away from the house. Very impressed with the extent the staff goes through to ensure play areas are frequently sanitized, gentle reminders to everyone to keep their masks on, and doing everything they can to ensure folks have fun and stay safe by practicing social distancing. My kids had a blast. Always a pleasure.

Today was our first time visiting Urban Air and as a parent, I was VERY PLEASED with the staff, play areas and food ! Within my 2 hours there, I witness staff cleaning clockwise, reminding everyone to take a break to sanitize their hands and respectfully making sure that rules were being follow due to COVID. Honestly speaking it was a breath of fresh air to see that they take the matter so seriously but still want children to enjoy themselves.I was extra pleased once I saw a young man working near the rock climbing walls help a little girl get down once she went too high and was scared. Before even touching her, he asked her guardian if it was okay to do so. I wish I got his name for this review but it slipped my mind.Needless to say I will be purchasing membership passes for our next visit !!!

Trying to support local businesses during covid, Our friend rented out the facility for a private 4 year old birthday party. One of the parents came a little late, and after filling out waiver, waited at counter to be given required jumping socks (these were part of the party package). After a while, and When no one helped him, he took a pair of socks for his four year old. He told the party host what he did, and she worked it out with staff to ensure they knew. Again, this was a paid private party where the hosts had agreed to pay for guests socks. 10 minutes later, two police officers came to the private kids party. The owner made no effort to work the mis-understanding out with the private party, but instead made the decision to call the police claiming that the parent “stole” the socks. We were all absolutely shocked and dumbfounded at the decision. The Look on the kids faces when police came to the party was disturbing and sad. It was a paid private kids party and he called the police on us over socks! Will never support this establishment and encourage others to seek out other indoor trampoline parks. The owner doesnt understand basic customer service nor has any regard for repeat business. Absolutely stunned that a business owner would make such a bad choice.Pick another place for your kids party!

My family attended a private 4 yr old birthday party today and the park was otherwise closed. All in attendance were having a nice time when we see two police officers approach and request to speak with one of the Dads at the party. We soon find out the owner of Urban Air has called the police on our group. Apparently, there was no staff at the front desk when one of the families arrived and the Dad grabbed a pair of the grippy socks from behind the counter so his 4yr old son could play in the park. The hosts of the party had of course paid for all attendees to receive the grippy socks. One of the hosts had already told a staff member they would replace the socks mistakenly taken from behind the counter. Instead of speaking to anyone at the party about the socks the owner had the Dad escorted out of the building by the police in front of all the children. Other attendees of the party voiced their opinion at how outrageous the action was and the owner proceeded to have our entire party forced to leave by the police. It was completely surreal! As if we were all on an episode of candid camera. Please take your business elsewhere as the man that owns Urban Air clearly has no regard for children. He thinks calling the police over a pair of socks is an appropriate way to treat paying customers trying to have a nice party for their young children.

Urban Air is awesome. This location had a great mix of trampolines, an obstacle course, playground area, etc. My son and I had a ball. I was glad I could jump around too because I got to keep a close eye on my son, but also get a work out in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks they sell there was good as well. If you ever have a need for a fun place to have birthday, I would recommend Urban Air in a heartbeat.

So I want to give a huge shout out to the general manager Joe! He is awesome! Always on top of things, place is clean and sanitized, he does everything to make his customers feel welcomed and happy! My kids always have a blast here! Also, become a member !! It’s much cheaper that way and members get lots of discount/deals!! ️ Thanks again Joe!

Let me start this review by saying that we enjoy Urban Air and will continue to give them our business although we will no longer have birthday parties there, we had a birthday today that had been rescheduled from March because of covidfcovid my son who is turning six, after the party was said and done and it came time to pay for the remaining balance I was informed of a gratuity totaling almost $40 for the host of the party, this one struck me as a little odd since I have never paid gratuity at any other place that is hosted a birthday party such as Chuck-E-Cheese or any bounce House establishment the party host was always included in the package, the second thing is because of the virus outbreak your host is not allowed to serve your food or your cake or cupcakes although the host was very good and very attentive he did not do very much because he just couldnt because of the virus, this is not a knock against the host he was very polite very kind and constantly asking us if we needed anything, I double checked all my emails and communications with Urban Air and not one single time was gratuity mentioned, again another reason this was an issue is because I only brought the exact amount of money with me to pay off the rest of the party and did not have an additional $40 for a charge I was never made aware of, in conclusion we will continue to give Urban Air our business but will no longer host birthdays at the establishment, before we left I apologize to the party host because the general manager tried to guilt me for not having the money for gratuity, I told our host he did a wonderful job and I was very sorry and that he might want to recommend to his management that they make the gratuity charge known about upfront so it does not happen to him again

I visited this place with my daughter and her children I sat around and watched my grandkids play obviously because i chose not to jump but i come to notice that there is only TWO staff members our whole 2 hours of being there.. 1 was at the desk at the entrance and the other 1 was on the floor where the trampolines and everything else is but looked to be stressed due to being understaffed this employee was doing EVERYTHING.. the food place, putting my grandchildren and other children on the climbing walls cleaning and trying to watch all the kids in every area.. we’ve came to urban air whitemarsh before COVID-19 and there was more than enough staff ! we thought about becoming members but not until we start seeing more staff because i will not take the chance of my grand babies getting hurt because there’s not enough staff to watch the jump areas!! The owners should know better than to only have two staff members thats not fair to the jumpers or staff! When my grandkids wanted to get on the climbing walls they had to wait 10 minutes before being put on because the ONLY worker was helping someone at the food place this was a waste of my time and my grandkids time other then that issue my grandkids had fun .. but it’s safe to say that we will be taking a break from urban air whitemarsh..

I see another customer wrote a bad review on the same thing I am now. Very annoyed with urban air today. There was only one gentleman working with us today besides the young lady at the front who only checked us in. The guys name started with a “C” he was very helpful with everything but i felt extremely bad for him he was the ONLY ONE DOING EVERYTHING !! This place needs to close back down until they can get their staff under control 1 person doing everything isn’t how you run a business . shame on you urban air .

We loved it here! The boys had a GREAT time and so did we! We really like the room with the massage chairs. .ita a nice quiet room to relax if it gets too much for the parents or older patrons ! We will be back soon ;)

This place is very good and there are lot of activities for kids and adults. Parking lot is not big one.Reason for three star is... we went on Saturday afternoon and There is no staff in most of the play areas except rock claiming. All the staffs are engaged in Birthday parties. It’s look like they are not focusing on the safety instead they are focusing on parties.

I can honestly say we will never be going back. Maybe dramatic and petty but our experience made us quite sick. Upon arriving we were informed of the rules, masks worn the whole time unless sitting down eating at concessions, okay fine, then why were half of the people there not wearing masks? No one was enforcing it, people were crowding in places and no one said a word. Hard to get my children to follow rules when people are doing whatever they want.My daughter was playing on the playground area and we were told my son was too big to play on it when we asked, however they allowed kids bigger than him to walk right in there and play. So it’s okay to do as long as we don’t ask? Because no one said a word to those kids at all and they were being obvious.Lastly, probably the most disgusting... as we were getting easy to leave my daughter and son got DipNDots, my daughter accidentally dropped her container underneath their disgustingly dirty counter. We told the guy what happened and asked if she could have a new one, he said sure and gave us a new one. While we were standing there he proceeded to put the nasty, dirt, dust, hair covered ice cream container back into the freezer with the others. I was mortified! We will NEVER go back. So disgusting and not okay.The place was cleaned in general but it’s the other things that will keep us out. Nasty!

What a great place for a party or a date night. Not just for the kids. Clean place even rest rooms. Plenty of knowledgeable, friendly, polite, smiling staff. Staff is very safety conscious also. Pizza was yummy!

We had my 4 year old sons birthday party yesterday at the White Marsh, MD location. The whole experience was awesome. We had the greatest party host, her name was Seanie! She was so sweet and got us everything we needed. She made the whole party run smoothly. We couldnt have asked for a better host! And the whole facility was so clean. We had 33 people (including non-jumpers) and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. And as a matter of fact one of our jumpers parents,who had never been to Urban Air, said she thinks they are going to have her sons Birthday there in a couple of months!

The in house pizza is really good! Very clean here and sanitary! The party hosts are very nice and helpful with everything. I HIGHLY recommend having Birthday parties here for all kids.

I like the parent pass. Definitely saves some money. Fairly clean given the number of people there. Equipment in good shape. However, there is often a section closed. Many parents not watching their kids who are breaking rules. Staff very lax at enforcing the rules.

Went for my grandsons 5th birthday party and the adults had just as much fun as the kids! Everyone was non stop jumping and running around. We had such a great time the presents had to be opened at home! We all slept good that night, I would definitely go again!!

My kids loved this place! We used a groupon which was great, you do still have to pay for their socks to Jump. They have a good variety of a activities for the kids though. My kids especially love the rock climbing wall.

Went there today for the first time, with my niece and her friend Wow!! the staff was amazing I had an issue with the locker, and was helped right away . This is a safe place for kids to go, very clean, and monitors were watching the kids every second. Thank you for this amazing experience, we will definitely be back thanks again !

Place is okay. Waivers expire in one year so be sure you have an updated one before standing in a long line. Wish they had a separate party entrance. The adult lounge with massage chairs was an added bonus.

Saw stage lighting lasers shined across the toddler bounce area from just above head height, directly in their faces. Looked up the model online, warning states THE GRADE OF THE LASER IS CLASS IIIA, AND WILL BE DANGEROUS IF EXPOSED TO THE EYES DIRECTLY. Manager attempted to tell me that Maybe laser is just the brand name of the LED light? We would never do anything unsafe!, and told me that I was welcome to leave if I felt having a permanently damaging commercial laser pointed at my kids face was dangerous.EDIT: The owner response below is a bald-faced lie, and clearly contradicted by the photos posted in January 2020 showing a laser stage light mounted on their metal truss, and the laser beams projecting into the toddler area. They do have LED lighting overhead near the ceiling in addition to stage lasers, and are trying to use these to obscure the issue. Rather than fix a clearly identified problem, Urban Air Trampoline has chosen to cover it up despite known risk of blinding children.

Very crowded, birthday parties are well done, food is limited at times from snack area. I wish child accountability was better executed in regards to who can take kids Im and out.

Great visit. Not too crowded, good lighting and a safe training environment. Also the front desk went out of their way to provide good service. Will visit again.

Was here for my nephews birthday party. Was a great day for the kids to run and play. Fun for all ages. Glad we went there. Parking can be challenging though.

Sadly to have to say this year will be the last party at Urban Air because from the time the party host introduced herself her demeanor wasnt pleasant nor helpful and when she did attempt to assist it was like she was more in the way than of help. She wasnt any help during the party and yet she brings the manager to put us out of the private room. She asked me about starting the cake within the last 15 mins of the party I agreed yet she never started to gather the cake when the time came so once I realized she never came back I started gathering the cake to sing happy birthday then thats when the manager came pulled me aside saying the time was up and I had to gather our things and exit the private party room..... Also over the last couple years the parent was able to jump free with the smaller (1-2 year olds) kids now its a few of $18 as if theyre an additional jumper. This wasnt a great experience for me or my party guests so no future parties will be held at Urban Air (White Marsh location)..... I dont recall the party hosts name but she doesnt have the energy or assistance needed to be a party host so she should be assigned only to positions that dont require to do anything like the food court or out on the floor but definitely not her thing as a party host.

Very disappointed. We’ve been to sky zone many times and took our 10 month old baby into the toddler area with no issue. Here, after paying for an adult and two older kids, we were told we could not let our baby play in the toddler area without paying for her. I never would have even thought they’d charge for a baby. The money they make and there going to lose a whole family of customers over a tiny baby. We will definitely stick with sky zone!

My son and his friends had a great time there today thanks to the manager (shes great),I had a problem during my visit at the concession part about the pizza but she resolved the issue and was very professional and personable at all times.I will definitely be returning with that manager that makes this place run so smoothly while very busy

Made the reservation about a week and a half in advance - online process was easy. Several days before the party I got a call to confirm and was asked if I wanted to order pizza (I did). A day or two later I called to see if I could move the party from Sunday back one day to Saturday to avoid the snowstorm they were predicting for Saturday night. Daphne moved the reservation back one day for the exact same time. The process was super smooth. Our hostess, Morgan, was great. She was very cheery & energetic and was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was helpful as well, but I tip my hat to Daphne and Morgan for their excellent customer service!

I used groupon for the first time, and bought tickets for two for the ultimate package. I arrived at the location and there was a young man at the booth at the front door that was extremely helpful. I told him I had never used groupon and never been to urban air before and he was able to show me how to use the voucher I received in my email from groupon. He was very polite and patient. I was also able to trade in socks from a different establishment (same type of indoor gym) and receive their socks for free. There were a few parties going on but it didnt feel over crowded. The young man helping the kids set up at the rock climbing station was also very kind. I will return to this location.

Was in town visiting family and took my grandkids there and they had a BLAST! My daughter told me that this was for the bigger kids because I was thinking about the Discovery Zone and that is how I found out about this place! Staff was friendly and there to keep eyes on the kids which I LOVED! The only thing that gets me is there is no pizza made there to serve so it is ordered and brought in at certain times which is crazy! They give you a time so I guess it .means be there or you are out of LUCK! Other then that it was a wonderful FAMILY outing! Keep up the good work!

I booked this place for my sons Birthday party. The reservation process went smooth. The day of the party the staff was friendly and very helpful. Manager Mrs Daphne was very nice and made sure everything went well for the birthday boy. I would recommend this place for your little ones party or just to get them out the house for some fun. Oh, and by the way the kids were full and tired, what more can a parent ask for.

This is solely based on our experience BEFORE going in as we have been in before and its clean, fun and the employees are great with the kids.This is the second time this has happened to us; getting there with 5 small children is a feat in itself, after waiting out in the cold (because the entry line was out the door) for over 45 min an attendant FINALLY came and said we had another half hour before people were admitted. We figured we waited that long we may as well stay. Fast forward another hour and we had to catch her again, this time being told itd be at least another 90 minutes because there was more people there than they thought. REALLY???? another mom in line requested a manager come back, who never came. But they need to do better- have a system or a sign so people know before they stand there that its at capacity. Dont be that money hungry you get people to wait under a guise that isnt factual. We left after about 10 min of waiting for a manager and took the kids to another trampoline park. Very disappointed, if this place doesnt keep track of their capacity count then maybe the fire Marshall needs to visit more frequently. We did, at some point in our 2 hours of waiting, get into the lobby as some ahead of us were party guests and let in but the doors are held open so all the cigarette smoke you come inside to avoid is right there. Not cool. Then to have to drag 5 crying kids away because they dont understand that these employees have no common sense...wow.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. I went for a 3 y/o bday party. I love how there is something to do for all ages. Our server Raven( I think thats her name) was exceptional. She was very attentive and well-versed on everything pertaining to the services.

If you are on the fence about coming here- do it!! I just spent over 2 hrs with a 3yo who was so sad when it was time to leave. There are walls for older kids and adults to climb too. The floors, walls, bounce house and inflatable slide were all super clean and the staff are unbelievably helpful, kind, and super friendly. To Alex, Joe, and especially RIchard- thank you so much for taking the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, safe and give her the best night- ever! We will definitely be back!

My kids love this place and it has thee best pizza . Lol I love that they have so much to do. And its super clean. They have an area for adults to chill while kids play. I wish I could bring my birthday cake in but they said we had to book a party. Well I called to get info about booking a party twice and no one called me back. So we just went there but our cake had to stay in the car which was terrible. Especially since it was a weeknight and it wasnt like the place was packed.

This Urban Air was the hugest let down. I have been to the Urban Air in Texas and there was a zipline around the entire play area, bar, laser tag, and virtual reality games. Even the rock climbing station was way better. I cannot believe they are able to charge the same prices as if this place is worth it. Also they time you at this location which is even worse. This is like a regular trampoline place, nothing special at all.

This place is so much better than SkyZone. There is so much more to do. Definitely worth your money

We booked our twins birthday party recently. Abbey was our host and was very nice. The facility was overcrowded. There is an armed Officer there. He never looked up from his cell phone the entire night. Having many toddlers running around with a security guard with a leg strap is unsafe. I didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth for the Deluxe Birthday party. Parking is scarce. We won’t be back.

I am very disappointed in the service I received here. I came in with my two girls who were very excited to come jump. We get there and the line is at a stand still. They tell the patrons they are moving as fast as they can but their computer system went down. My daughters and I stood in line for nearly forty minutes, when finally they say we can take you if you are paying cash because the system is still down but they have an ATM in back. I had a Groupon, I only needed to buy socks which would have been $5. I did not think that after standing in line for forty minutes thAt I should have to go use ATM and spend $6 dollars in fees. To spend $5 on socks. I asked for the inconvenience of the situation if they could just give us the socks. The young lady at the register says sorry we can’t do any exchange of merchandise without money. So I ask to speak to the manager. She didn’t even call the manager over she asked me to step to the end of the counter they were all standing down there. Ok, so I step to the end explain the situation and he gave me the same rehearsed line that the young lady at the register gave. I even said I would leave my card at the register and they could charge for the socks when the system came back up. I’m not trying to get over on anyone. Still they said no. Needless to say we left. They redeemed my Groupon and I ended up having to call Groupon to exchange it for a Sky Zone Groupon where I was treated 1000% better.This encounter was poorly handled by the staff here. It was very disappointing, because I am all about supporting local businesses but to be treated like this this? I was trying to compromise and everything and they still were not at all accommodating. I will never return to this place again. They lost a repeat customer over $5.

I called before coming and was informed that there is a parents pass that can be purchased with a kids package(which ever one you choose) and that under two wouldnt be charged. Upon arrival they said they never said that and 5 and under is 8.99 each, which I ended up paying for my 10 month old and 2 year old and ultimate package for my 8year old. I asked to buy extra socks so I wouldnt slip carrying my 10 month old around(who doesnt walk yet) and they refused because she wanted me to pay extra since I might get on some equipment with my 10 month old. I was very disappointed. There isnt much to do for younger kids and for them to charge for babys that do not walk and on top want to charge the parent is wrong.

Would NOT recommend based on poor customer service, rude behavior from employees, EXTREMELY loud, and little available parking! Wear ear muffs to protect your hearing. The only redeeming quality is the activities in the facility.We planned to gather with family and friends around my grandson’s birthday, but decided NOT to do a party and just let the kids play at Urban Air. A few days prior to coming, my daughter prepaid for five children tickets. Adults purchased tickets upon arrival.We understood all of the rules about no reserving tables, no outside food or drinks. In compliance with the house rules, we purchased from their concessions, 5 overpriced pizzas, many drinks and snacks.We asked a staff member if we could push two tables together and they told us yes. We brought along a gift bag and a few wrapped gifts and placed them on the table for later. Immediately, the guy from the concessions, where we had just purchased the food, came over and pounced on us, saying we weren’t an official party and couldn’t have the tables together.1) we weren’t having a “party”2) we asked first before we moved any tables and chairs3) we purchased food from concessions and brought no outside food or drinksI took the few gifts out to our car after the incident and he left. Later, when we ordered more from concessions, the same guy was very rude. In fact, he was rude to other people with whom I observed him encounter, not just our group. Someone with his attitude should not work in a place that serves people.There was no need to speak to customers with such a nasty tone and behave so arrogantly. Overall, he ruined our enjoyment, but the kids still had fun playing on the courts. The facility does offer a variety of activities for younger kids. However, it is SO loud in the place! When they make announcements, which are frequent, over the P.A. system, they SHOUT EXTREMELY LOUD!!! It’s a very clear PA system and there’s no need to SHOUT!! Some of the young ladies spoke so fast with their mouths too close to the microphone that their voices were intelligible.

I highly recommend Urban Air Trampoline. We were taken care of as soon as we arrived. All my guest were very happy. Our hostess Arianna was attentive and very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my party was taken care of. My family will be returning for sure.

Can be expensive without membership/Groupon. Theres a lot to entertain the kids here though!
