The guy that took my order was super nice and it was honestly really fun to go despite it being mostly for kids. And it was fun to see the chuck e cheese animatronic again. I really did miss this place a lot, brings back good memories. The pizza was still just as good as I remember it.

Pricing for parties is way too high and not worth what they offer. My daughter didnt get to see chuckie.. and the sound system for the birthday sing along was really low and hard to hear. I feel like pricing for parties should go down when they cant deliver during the pandemic. Going forward, instead of spending $200 for a reserved party we will Just bring your own party stuff and sit on the other side and purchase pizza and coins separatelyI do have to say I give it a extra star (4) because the pizza was really good during our party very fresh and delicious!

Food is great and the atmosphere was nice. Wasnt too crowded so despite a lot of games being off because of social distancing, my kids had a great time. Will certainly return within the next week. Its a great escape! Love the new check in policy, instead getting your groups hand stamped, you take a group selfie for verification at the end and they take everyones temperature. Thanks Chuck E. I remember loving this place as a kid and its just as great as an adult (or grown kid.. whichever...)If you have kids of your own this is a pretty good place to just let them loose on games while you relax (or play, up to you.) You can pay for points and play that much or pay by time and play as much as you want. The life size Chuck E. Cheese comes out from time to time as entertainment for the kids as well.The food is pretty delicious as well. Pizza, fries, nuggets, etc...Cost overall is low but considering how much you are getting and depending how much you want to play it does feel higher. That is if you get a $25 meal at a usual place expect to spend 50-60 here. For the added game times.Overall. Lots of fun. Especially for game loving family and friends.

They really should make this place much bigger or at least open up. Another Chuck-E-Cheese. This is the only Chuck-E-Cheese that we have. Out by the mall and it be so crowded. And the prices are extremely high. For the price of two pizzas and a drink I can take my kids to the movies and to another fun event with the amount of money that I spent at Chuck-E-Cheese

Eh, decent but missing some of the flair it had when I was a kid. Did they all remove their ball pits? There were only like 2 small kids there and the rat never even greeted them. Big yikes dog.

We decided to surprise our son for his birthday and drive to chuckie cheese. We got there right when they opened, we had a very pleasant experience! Very clean! Very helpful employees. Thank you for giving us such a great family memory to cherish!!!

Fun place for the kids and birthday parties. Lots of games and music. Pizza, cake, and ice cream are available for the parties. Theres a decent salad bar too.

The location is clean and large. Great selection of arcade games for many ages. Basketball, racing, ticket machines, football throwing, and more. There are tunnels amd slides. CHuck E. even comes out every 30 minutes. The timed pass was a great deal for our family of four. Had a blast. $16 for 45 minutes of play!

We went there for a birthday party! The girl was turning 5. She was so happy! The food tasted great, not like the conspiracies. I recommend coming there early because you will find free tickets on the games. The workers test them out and leave the tickets. Overall I enjoyed this! I will be returning once again.

Its a great arcade for kids. The play cards arent overpriced in my opinion however the food seems overpriced especially for the taste you received. The cheese stuff crust pizza is a bonus though and makes the pizzas more enjoyable. Always get the play time cards over points. We managed to get 2500 tickets within 2 hours of playing even playing stuff that doesnt reward tickets. So if you really wanted to the high ticket prizes are really not out of the realm of possibility

My host was great the service and the pizza was great!! I’m only giving a bad review because of the pressures from 3 different employees to do a survey.They are pressed for reviews and as a single parent trying to orchestrate a party for a baby’s birthday it’s not easy.Like I’ll get to it when I can !!!

Wonderful place to take the young ones.. my granddaughter is 2yrs old and she loves it...

They was very fast yo have are stuff ready my boy had an amazing time he is 7 and said that was the best birthday ever so I was very very happy

We always enjoy our family visits here with my 10 and 3 year old boys. They love the games, tickets and getting prizes. The pizza really is comparable to any chain. Plus, the salad bar is stocked with fresh items. The staff is always friendly and patient. The restrooms are clean. My only complaint is that the area between the salad bar and drink station is sticky and it gets on the bottom of your shoes and it gets tracked back into your vehicle/home. Its a rare moment as a parent where you can just relax and let them play.

Better than Freddys pizzeria

Wednesdays are slow. If you have standardized visitation like I do its a great opportunity. On Wednesday they have one hour of unlimited games for $15. It felt like it was longer. Pizza is hot and fresh.

This place needs a good cleaning preferably with bleach. There is a strong odor probably from the old carpet. The salad bar was too expensive for what they offer, and the salad has been around for a while, shriveled up produce. . Thanks for your response, I cant open the link you provided.

It can get quite busy, weve had a few bday parties there. Its fun for kids obviously. So if thats your goal then youre on the right track.

Love Chuck E. Cheese, HOWEVER parents need to pay a lil more attention to the children, regardless of their age. Other than that, employees were friendly and the food was good.

Chuck E Cheese recently changed their whole system - instead of tokens, theyve gone to game cards. It is easier but now you have to decide between putting points on the card that are used for each play or for a set amount of time when you can play as many games as you can before the time limit runs out. I think that the play as much as you want in the time is the best deal. The food is pretty good - they have a salad bar.

I kind of wish there was a lot more hand sanitizer everywhere BUT my son loves this place. The pizza is good. And he always has a blast. The staff are even really nice even if one of the guys in the mouse suit kept stepping out for a smoke and kind of looked like a convict. There are also coupons on the website that are super helpful. Great place to bring the kids!

I grew up going here as a kid and love taking my daughter as well. However I feel that other parents need to keep an eye on their children. I watched a little boy probably 2 years old, take the balls for skeeball from the person playing and start throwing them two lanes down where another kid was playing. I also saw numerous kids going through and stealing other kids tickets while them were playing the game.

Remember to go early to set up tables if not reserving a party area. Also go online to website for deals, save the game cards for reuse because its cheaper to refill and they honor military families with discounts as well

This place is excellent for children. I took my niece who is partially blind. She was able to pick up and play all the games and enjoyed herself. What a great place for kids of all Races to come together and just have fun. Thank you for having such a place and keeping it open and safe for children.

Loved how safety was their first priority when it came to making parent and child have matching hand stamps, staff was friendly and out of the way and kids had a blast. Pizza was probably the best in town, even after being reheated the next day!!!

Dispite the chritisism, this place is really good. The pizza was stuffed with cheese. The workers were un-spirited and so was the one who came out as chuck. The stuff is a bit over-priced. The music and videos that were played were fun and nice. I love the animatronic, it was nice and fun to watch and see.

My daughter’s party was horrible. We didn’t receive the correct pizzas & couldn’t get them replaced. I won’t waste my time next year

The bathroom smelled better than the play area. Carpets smell like urine. So gross. The party entertainer we had was awful!!! The one fella was awesome, just wasnt our person. She didnt smile once.

I understand birthday packages and what not but my sons card wouldnt read in some and so he kept swiping eventually having too many credits on just 1 machine and no way to refund?? I went to buy the parents of the party an adult bev. And the sign specifically says 16oz for however much and they were charging that in 12 oz cups i mean cmon atleast let them get a couple sips and top it off for $9 beer geez

The kids always have a great time; the new game cards are awesome and make it much easier to play. The food is always great and the staff is very attentive and kind! Also love the new games they have brought in. Definitely a fun family day or evening.

We had a great experience overall. Place could be cleaner. I understand its for kids but thats even more of a reason to stay on top of things. The entire womens bathroom floor was sticky. We were there for about 4 hours and only saw Chuck e once. It was a weekday but we have been there before during the same time and saw him regularly throughout the evening. But at least we did see him so cannot complain too much. A really good thing happened, someone had a pay it forward moment and gave my son a 45 minute all you can play card. That really made our evening and he really took advantage of the 45 minutes. Overall I recommend this place, very nice people work here and are super helpful if you dont understand the system. We will be coming back.

Its a ticket place. Almost all arcade games are just to get tickets, which can be fun if thats what you are in to. The play place is a joke. Their good isnt terrible though, so they have that going for them.

Clean, lots of activities for all ages, busy but not too crowded. I had to spend 5 hours here with my kids while waiting on car repairs and they enjoyed every second!

Still wild but fun for the kids, expensive now with the play passes liked the tokens better

My girls really like coming to Chuck E. Cheese! We try to get there right when it opens so we have a little while to ourselves, but even when theres a crowd, they still have fun. The pizza has gotten so much better over the years. Weve had and gone to multiple birthday parties here and theyre always so much fun. For the one party that didnt go well, the manager apologized and gave us free pizza coupons to come back. Great restaurant and play area!

Just left there and it was a terrible experience. Card wouldnt work for any games. Yes I know how to use them. Ask for help and the lady just said you have 24 points. Worst customer service. We have been there with every grandchild and it gets worse every time we go. We decided we have find another play time for them.

Pretty awesome for the most part! They definitely need to step up door security. I sat at the door with my kids for about 10 mins waiting for someone to get there to check our stamps.I could of simply walked out with anyone’s children if I wanted. Very scary!!!!!!

Today I decided to celebrate my daughters birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and I think it was a very good decision. Even though I didnt reserve a spot for tables and stuff, we still ended up getting 2 tables for everyone we had with us right when we walked through the door. All the kids enjoyed the games which has different types of games to satisfy all ages of children. The pizza was also so very good. A very good idea for someone to celebrate a smaller childs birthday

A nice variety of things to do not crowded set up right. Always people in there always friendly. It has become a thing to go every couple months get a picture for the family album. This is a must go place its nit the prizes (over priced) but the good family fun...

For a small child who doesnt even know how to tie his shoes, this place might seem exciting and magical, which I guess is the point, but it is always dirty, chaotic, and overall headache inducing for anyone over the age of 10 Id say. My main concern is just how dirty and unhygienic this place must be, Im scared of getting sick by just looking at the place

Was very crowded. My granddaughter loved it though. We had a party there for her birthday. They need to come up with seating for people after their party is over. I was on crutches and stood around for 20 looking for somewhere to sit with no luck so we left. Maybe change party time slot to have an extra 45 min to an hour.

Way beyond over priced then 2 out of 4 one hour time cards stopped working before time was up and they wouldnt do anything about it and last but not least we waited over 1hr and a half for a lg pizza and still never received it ..had to get in line to get my money back horrible experience not so sure if well go back or not

Ive grown to not really like Chuck E. Cheese anymore. So over rated. Everytime we had visited there was always issues.

Great experience but I dont like the new system with the cards. I liked it better when I could by tokens and split them up between kids. Now you are spending more money because you have to get cards for each child.
