We held our wedding and reception at the Baum. It was the perfect venue for us.All of our vendors commented on how easy it was to set up.On site parking isnt abundant, but there is public parking surrounding the venue.Pro tip: we used Top Hat Catering for a brunch reception and could not have been happier. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests still talk about it being the best reception meal theyve ever had.

Fantastic venue. People who the run the place are great. Very accommodating. The key to success is to hire a great coordinator.

DJd a wedding here today. A beautiful venue with options. A lovely intimate area downstairs for a ceremony, and a large open, beautifully decorated upstairs area for reception. The staff is very professional and ready to assist with any needs.Highly recommend for brides and grooms to be!

Very nice build, well kept for its age . I wish I had gotten more time to explore the building and its architectural design.

What a wonderful and flexible facility. Its a historic building that is being updated to suit the needs of the patrons as well as the renters who use the facility such as ourselves. They have worked with us to make doing our performances there as easy as possible. I would definitely refer them for weddings, dances, banquets and anything else that may warrant a cozy at home feel. Thank you Baum, keep doing what you do. Miamisburg should be proud.

My niece had her wedding there and was very happy with it. My granddaughter had her first play there and we were very happy with it as well

Beautiful event space. We hosted a work event here and it was great. Awesome staff!

Was there for a weekend swing dance exchange. The exchange was a lot of fun and a lot of people. It did start to get warm on the upper floor, but the space was nice and welcoming. Not too pretentious, but not top end either. The wooden floors were nice to dance on.

Attended wedding reception theater was very nice. Not big enough for dinner and dancing by many guests. Having the elevator was very helpful.

Went here for the 1st time for my husbands Christmas party with Childrens Hospital. It was very nice & had an elevator. Hope they have it there next year so we can go back.

I had my wedding here on 12/30. The option to rent the day before and day after to set up and clean up is unique to a wedding venue and really allowed me to enjoy my day. This historic building is so beautiful and it was so special to have our wedding there. The management is extremely helpful and organized.

Good floors and spaces for dance events. I wonder if it would be possible to open windows upstairs to cool off the main space when it gets very crowded--that would be great.

Went to a wedding there. Cute venue but the person managing or owner should do a major deep cleaning and dust once in a while.

DJed a wedding Sept 8th here, and the staff were very congenial. Beautiful big venue, and you can have your own catering.
