WOW! I went hoping to gather materials to make my own wreath and it looked like they were going out of business rather than stocking up for the holiday season.We promptly went to hobby lobby and found everything we needed!I dont know whats going on but their coupons have reduced in discount amount, their prices are high and their selection is pitiful!

Im a paper artist. They have tons of varied, beautiful, premium cardstock and paper at great prices! In addition to GREAT customer service. I adore Michaels!

So much easier than going to hobby lobby. There was a line to check out but moved very quickly.

Ordered item online at 10am. Stopped in at 2pm without email that item was ready for pick up, that is okay. When I asked about order they said it was not ready and two days behind. I asked if I could go pull the items myself, the team member walked back to where product should be. The items were not in stock. I would have been waiting two days to find out they did not have items.

Low prices compared with their competitor. I ordered from there last week. Theyre having an art sale on canvases b1g1 free. I didnt see that at hobby lobby. These stretched canvases are the sturdy gallery wrapped type. Im not sure if this includes the student version. As of this post, the sale is on going. Hurry and get yours. There is other art stuff on sale too paint is b1 g1 50 percent off. Gotta love Michaels!

Just used the store as a UPS access point. Line was quite long and service was slow. Place smelled nice and workers were friendly.

I love this store. They have just about anything and more you can craft with or decorate. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time go shopping cause you will need it to get through each isle to see so you dont miss anything!! Plus employees are real attentive and will help you find what you are looking for

Store did a great job of keeping carts clean but most were in disrepair and while walking down the center aisles there is not a lot of room to get past.. i had to go a different route just to get the cart through so poor planning on the floor plan but what made it worth the 3 star was just how many decorations were there to choose from.. I cant wait for their Halloween decorations to arrive

This store was Massively crowded. There was no space to be socially distant and customers had 2 registers to check out. Granting that they cannot anticipate the crowds, they still have no spacing or enforcement of wearing masks. Still have great prices and sales.

There are many things that are available and the price is right.I always find something to buy.I bought blue beads and ear clips to make jewelry for myself.Less than $8.

Curbside pick up is very unorganised. Double checking your order is a must. The reason I selected this option was to get the inventory they had on hand. But this is not the case. I do not recommend online shopping. The customer service is really snooty at this location. Actually treated me like I was stupid.So I recommend researching your own questions if you have to go to this location.

Nice store. Worth going. Might pick up new hobby just by looking around. I did. The workers are cool too.

Looked like a warehouse inside. This was the first time Id been in this store in years and its definitely gone down. I went in for a specific kind of yarn and their selection was sad.

Horrible customer service. They answer the phone only to tell you they are not open and can not help you. It takes them 2-3 days just to fill an online order of just 3 items. The store is always a mess and the lines are always long. I miss ACMoore. This store sucks.

Customer service is rude. Otherwise some great sales going on right now.

Called before i went and asked about soap making supplies. They assured me that they had all i needed to make my own soap. They were correct but the supply was limited and most pegs of scent were empty. The melt and pour was limited as well. Most of it seemed to be load with stuff i was trying to avoid. I passed. Ill be buying online from a soap store. Otherwise, good selection of a bunch of other stuff.

Slow service bit overall not a bad experience.

Micheals is a great place to go to get creative ideas and find ways to make them real.

The framing department really knows what theyre doing! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and clearly like their job

They have the best art supplies in the area. The staff is friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs. They will stop what theyre doing and lead you directly to what you want. And if you forget your coupons, they apply them anyway. Good store.

Even in this pandemic, they are well stocked, had exactly what i nreded at fair price!

We just left Michaels framing counter very displeased......after patiently waiting behind an elderly woman for about 15 min the kid behind the counter waited on a gentleman who arrived after us without as so much acknowledging us. A local frame shop now has our business.

Thls Michaels is the worst Ive ever been in. The selves were not stocked well. The store is small.

I love taking my daughter here for paints and getting diamond craft projects here for me.

My granddaughters and I enjoy browsing through the shelves. We find many things and ideas for our craft projects. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of items available and where to find them in the store.

I found almost all supplies I needed for my hand-crafted candles. They have not been carrying sparkle washi tape for the past year, which is frustrating. Only a couple of colors.

Went in to get some acrylic paint, and a paper punch for tiny crosses... The paper punch section was much smaller that I remembered, and no cross shape. But the paint, many brands, textures and colors. Enough to make my head spin.

Always fun. I always find good sales and spend more than I intend, but its well wroth it!

Im from Springfield, Oh but I do a lot of shopping and things in this area. Because this is the area my boyfriend lives. Anyhow this is a nice place to do a little shopping for crafts and for things around the house. But it could use some improvements. Just doesnt have as much as Hobby Lobby. But I would shop here again.

Michaels is always the hidden gem that I forget about but every time I remember to stop by I have an amazing customer service experience and find a plethora of unique and cool finds. Their Halloween this year is impressive and currently they have really nice garden founds at such a great price its almost a steal!

The stock and prices are generally good but their check out process is bad enough that my wife avoids shopping there. Not to mention getting in and out of their small parking lot is headache.

I did get a good deal on a scrapbook container.. $5.. but.. when going to the OTHER craft store.. imagine 90% off of things Michaels had for 70%.. got to stay up with your competitors
