10/10 recommend. Not only was the yacht beautiful & clean but the SERVICE!! Danny helped me find the right yacht and made the process very easy and convenient! Our captain was Richard along with a very sweet lady, they were also AMAZING! Amazing amazing service.

We booked a trip for two nights with a group of friends on the Azimut Flawless. Absolutely great experience, one we will never forget. Danny was very easy to work with and responsive on setting up the trip logistically. The captain, crew and stew were very accommodating to us and went out of their way to make sure we enjoy our trip. I had a great time planning a family boat trip with Golden Yacht! Juan was able to take care of everything and he was available at all times when I had questions throughout the planning process. He checked up on me during the charter to ensure I was having a great time, which showed he truly cares about his clients.On board, I was very impressed by the professionalism of Richard, the captain, and Justine the crew member. They made sure we were safe throughout the charter and had enough water and sunblock. Danny made my trip amazing, we chartered the 55 Azimut and we were blown away by the professionalism on the boat, the boat staff was incredible! I will ONLY charter through Danny via Golden Yacht Charters, and you should too.Danny helped with a discounted rate, even though I booked a week before, all drinks are included! Man this was my first time renting a yacht. boy oh boy they did a great job and made it perfect. So i book another date for next month because of the job they did. Pls ask for captain Richard and dan they are a great team thank me later and the boat was super clean as well.

First time renting a yacht in Miami and my experience was phenomenal. I first worked with Johnathan when I inquired, he was extremely professional and very kind. Once I finally decided to move forward, I worked with Brittany, she was very responsive, knowledgeable and sweet! I bugged her a lot via text with questions and she responded so quickly, I really appreciate that! Johnathan and Brittany made the process so smooth, I was honestly very impressed with their customer service. The process of getting to the yacht from South Beach was super easy and getting onto the yacht was even easier! My crew made our experience on the actual yacht so fun, Juan and Andres were very accommodating with assisting the girls and I with our requests. Making sure we were comfortable, the music was working, we were hydrated and having a great time! We even got an in-depth tour of Stars Island. I rented the 43 foot Marquis, it fit 9 of us on there, the ride so fun! Johnathan recommended the hours of 3 to 7, I am glad I took that option, the sun was out and the weather was great, and watching the sunset was gorgeous! I would definitely recommend using Golden Yacht Charters, I will definitely be returning!!!

July 28 was my event a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend Ive been planning it for months. It was a perfect day they did everything that I requested they took care of my dinner plans, decorations and the yacht was beautiful. Even when I became stress over the virus they kept me calm and ensure our safety by having masks, soap and hand sanitizers everywhere on Borad. Fantastic day, my entire family loved it. Great service starting and finishing with the sales mgr. Daniel who worked with me from the time I inquired about the charter to even following up with a call after to see that all went well and that we had enjoyed the day. Crew of two was very friendly and capable and we got everything we had requested. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend and if the need arises for me to charter again I would go right back without looking further.

The very best experience. We chartered the 92 foot yacht and it was the best cleanest nicest newest yacht I have ever been on. The staff was so amazing. They accommodated are every need. We were a party of 11 and every one had the best time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. They also brought a jet ski for us and a floatable island. The kids loved it. Can’t wait to do it again.

The experience was great and Peter did an amazing job as our captain. I had rented a 40 Van Dutch which was beautiful. My special occasion was with my bestfriends and newly fiancé. The communication was great up until the day off the experience. I was promised a bottle of champagne and balloons to make the experience. Nothing was done and basically a lie just to book with them. I would love to rent a boat again, its a luxury to do it but now I know to not pick Golden Yacht Charters and find a more reputable and honest charter.

Ive rented yachts on two occassions from Golden Yacht Chaters and both times the company and its employees, with out request, went above and beyond to ensure my guest and I had a great experience!!! Additionally, Juan Diego (employee) was extremely helpful in providing me with detailed information, as well as suggestions, in an effort to ensure each of my yacht rentals were everything I could imagine. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Yacht Chaters for your next yacht rental!!! These guys are TRULY amazing!!!

Horrible the worst company for charters

Our 2 family party of 9 booked a 2 day excursion to Bimini in March 2018. While our trip was plagued by poor communication (after our down-payment was sent), delays at the dock, delays leaving Miami, failure to deliver all extras, and equipment failure; our biggest compliant is that nearly 1 year later, the company has still not refunded more than $4,000 owed to our party. The company tactic is to make promises, delay, and then outright lie. Unfortunately no amount of complaints to the Florida Better Business Burea can force their hand. It appears from reading other reviews on FB and YELP that they treat their staff/contracted workers as poorly as their customers. I get the sense this company is spinning a lot of plates to keep the scheme going. Hopefully others will read this post and look elsewhere.

A holiday becomes awesome only when you really enjoy each moment of it. Boating has been my hobby since childhood. But it was still harder for me to choose the right yacht but now, after spending eight hours at yacht rental Miami, it is true to say that they are having the largest collection of new model yachts.I, along-with my family enjoyed our ride and those beautiful views of Miami I had never seen before.Swimming experience was very pleasant and also their service was quite excellent. I can never forget the time spent there.

This yacht charters was by far one of the best charters my family has been on! We ended up late because of a crazy taxi ride and the crew didnt penalize us for our unfortunate timing! They worked around us and were absolutely delightful. We learned fun celebrity facts about star island and cruised around at night enjoying the warm weather! Definitely a must if you want a night to remember!!

The yachts are absolutely beautiful. We went snorkeling and the staff was so accommodating. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next outing on the water.

The yacht was actually nice and clean, the service we received by the crew members was also impeccable however, I am discussed with the service we received from the office. This company offers Jet Skies for 190.00/hour and sub-lease them. The Jet Skies are in bad condition, the person who deliver the jet skies have no idea what he is doing, has little or no knowledge of a jet ski. We rented two Jet Skies and one of them was defective and the other had no gas so it was beeping at all times. The people from the office lied to us in regards the charges of the Jet Skies. We were told that we were not going to be charged and they did and the worse part is that no-one can give me an explanation and instead they are just not getting our phone calls nor responding emails. This is the type of companies that fool you at the beginning of any transaction and then screw you.

Although the staff seemed very friendly at the time of booking, this business is not playing fair with those who buy coupons for 1/2 off rentals. First, the boat we were given was a little old and run-down, which we took in stride, since we were getting it for half price. However, we then found out the depth gauge didnt work (they said they had disabled it), and neither did the radio. Then they proceeded to tell us about how the engine would be damaged if we polished the propeller. Which means, if you accidentally hit some sand, then they have to take the boat out of commission, and charge you whatever the mechanic charges to check it and fix it if needed. When we stopped for something to eat, we were in shallow water, and drifted. When we started up the engine, it touched the sand for all of one second. We noticed right away, and trimmed the engine immediately. When we returned, we told them about this, but they insisted that the engine might be damaged and they couldnt rent it out anymore. They would put a $500 hold on our credit card, and we would hear later what it would cost. Finally, after we put up a fight, they said we could pay $150 and be done, which we angrily did. It ruined our experience and we felt ripped off. We all left very angry. I asked my friends who have boats and they confirmed that an engine will always accumulate a little sand, and its regular maintenance to flush it out every once in a while, especially for a rental. If you know Biscayne Bay, then you know how easy it is to get into shallow waters. Its not playing fair to take out the depth meter, or not repair it, and then charge people for hitting bottom. This is most likely their way to get their money out of people who take the online coupon. If you want to rent a boat for an afternoon, go across the bay to South Beach Boat Rentals. We rented from them previously and got a much better boat, with everything working, and no polished propeller scam.

Marsupial vdT: we had the SAME EXACT thing happen to us also. We had to pay an additional $100 for a scratch on one of the propeller blades. We did not break it, but the lady who works there claims that they have to replace the whole prop and flush out the engine due to sand. This is the most ridiculous charge and SCAM that this company, along with their other moniker Prime Time Boat Rentals, is running on customers who rent their boats using a Groupon/similar coupon. The radio NEVER works on their power boats - this is our second time renting from them and it will be the last. Totally disappointed. The crew guys are nice - thats about it.

If u want to make your fantasy come true in the sea like i did last weekend, dont think about it twice and rent your dream boat here at golden yacht charters. this was my first time renting and believe me it wont be my last. All the boats are amazing, the one that i got was supper clean inside and out, the music in the boat had really good quality, the boat drove amazing all day long, they have all the equipment that u need aboard just in case but believe me youre gona feel safe in this yachts. i had my boat for 8hrs and it was the best weekend day at sea in 24 years and for a really good price, dont bother calling other places you are gona waste your time i already did for a whole week trying to find the best deal and i did when i found GOLDEN YACHT CHARTERS and PRIMETIME BOAT rentals. i know this could sound to good to be true but what can i say i am a very happy customer after the staff treated me with there best service & i had the best day at sea cruising thru beautiful Miami FL with my fiance in one of there boats. they gave me all there contacts just in case i had any emergency. I personally recommend this two places to any boat lover that likes to enjoy the sea. go ahead and rent a boat so you can feel how i did. ( MY fiance & i already reserved our next boat rental) You are going to love it i Guarantee it.

Their boats are horrible, the radios dont work and ours wouldnt start for 30 minutes so we were stuck out at Stiltsville.
