Signed up for private lessons for my son and two friends. Coach failed to show up two weeks in a row for practice. Left me with no phone call or notice of cancellation. Now I havent been refunded my money and I have reached out to them several time. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I wasted a lot of time trying to work with them without any success. Very disappointed.

They do not understand customer service. I enrolled online both my boys for the same class. Only got one email confirmation. I called and explained what happened. Put on hold multiple times, was told the problem would be fixed, then got disconnected. No call back. Waited for another email confirmation. Nothing. So I called back again. Now this time I got my other son enrolled, but had to pay a higher price. I could not get the same price that I initially enrolled my first son because prices went up and there was no record that I had called before (so I must be lying). I have two boys that that have done multiple classes (always together, who has time to do otherwise) over several years with this company. Have spent thousand of dollars. This company just lost a long time customer. I am never using them again. If I was the owner I would be upset how absurdly customer service dealt a loyal customer.

While the coaches are great, the management is AWFUL. We signed up for a 2 year old class. First day we show up, without notice the 2 year old class was merged with 14 three year olds. No problem as there were 3 coaches. The second time, there was 1 coach to begin for 16 kids then a second coach showed up mid way through. The third time we go with the 2 year old class which only had one other kid (my kids are twins so 3 kids total. 2 of which are mine). The next time we show up there is no other 2 year olds. Again, at no point are we notified by Super Soccer Stars that the class is so small you will be at their whim week to week on who else is in your class. I called to express my concerns and the only platitudes I got was sorry for the disorganization. The individual coaches should break away and form their own for profit business. It would probably do well and they would make more money as management just cares about taking your money.

Coach j is really good with children. My son has been in 3 semesters. They are great
