This place is really cool, art everywhere, hard to get in tho.

I cant say enough great things about the venue, the staff, all the supporting staff, security, cleaning crew, local police, city of Miami in general. Our event was a huge success thanks to all their efforts. Special thank you to Lucas Flores of mrf cleaning. This guy went so above and beyond with the greatest attitude ever. Cant say enough great things about the venue or related staff & businesses.

This is an old plant that was abandoned long time ago. But what you can find here are amazing pieces of street art. Definitely worth a visit!

Pretty awesome venue. Parking and traffic are always messy but there are lots of things to do and see around here, especially during artbasel. Went to go see Grimes’ Bio Haqué and came out an entirely different person. Totally worth checking out.

My wife and I had to check out the RC Cola Plant while in Wynwood. The fence was damaged/open, but im sure this is private property. This place has a very cool looking interior which many artists have filmed music videos and celebrities photo shoots. Periodically they host events with live music.

Life in Color was a lot of fun but should really be made an 18+ event

Layers and layers of graffiti and street art. The grime is sublime after it rains.

Went to this venue for Life In Color 2019 and it was amazing! Wall art on all surrounding walls and plenty of space. This is a great place for any event. Spacious and clean with easy access from the art district and plenty of parking. I would definitely come back here for any future events. Also had a long talk with the Swarm bartender service who work all the events for this venue and they are a great company. Cant wait to visit this place again.

Outdoors venue, great size for music events, four stars for having Porta-potties instead of a better solution.

Really amazing spot for photography, though tough to get inside

The 2019 Art Basel event here was a little underwhelming, with a bigger emphasis on food trucks instead of art which was a little disappointing. We were expecting a huge art-based event but it was just a bunch of vendors and food trucks so if youre into that stuff, this would be perfect for you.

Beautiful, organized, cultural place to visit near downtown Miami. Wynwood is a place to look at graffitis of high standard design. Its a must if you are in Miami alone or with your family.

The area is pretty cool and laid back. Has cool artwork surround the place.Went there for Best of Life(blah)...anyways theres lots of space and could hear the music perfectly clear no matter if you close or far

Wynwood free spirit and art for everyone

The place is a mass, bad parking, bad structure, but the main problem was the disorganization of the line and entrance. I went to the Natiruts show on October, 2nd 2016. I waited for more then an hour on the line with hundreds because a lot of people was skipping the line and nobody was taking care of it. The show began and hundreds were still on the line. The team was very bad trained and not enough to take care of the large public.

I would definitely take my friends and family to come and check out this place super cool

On of the best places in Wynwood to see some of the original murals as well as a versatile event space that accommodates many imaginative and local, as well as bigger act shows.

Good size venue that can go super late due to lax noise ordinance. Good layout... But lost a star due to expensive drinks including vastly overpriced water.

Absolutely stunning place with artwork surrounding you in every direction. just walk down any Street in any direction and dont forget a camera.

Sweet location! Really close to a cool part of town.

It looked beautiful, but alas, last time I was there it was 100% walled off, and they were demolishing the building to building some morning else. :(

Life in color 2019 was a success!

I dont know if they always have a shows over there but we went there during mmw and saw above & beyond, they sold cbd and nos chargers which was insane ahah, overall great experience and great venu for a show. all surrounding areas are very cool, the art was nice :)

Attanded here for the Above and Beyond Common Ground your for MMW and it was amazing. The music could be heard from a block away when you are there everything was organized and went smoothly

Saw Los Cafres Live loved the area perfect for this band!!

Came here for MMW and the venue did a great job hosting the show. It was organized, bathroom was as clean as Porto potties can be, drinks were strong, etc.Beware, the venue is open. We werent sure beforehand, as the reviewers pictures all looked like the venue was an indoor venue, and it was particularly freezing that night (Florida freezing, so 50 degrees).

Great venue for Above and Beyond Common Ground. Easy to get an Uber or Lyft as well

If you are a photographer and you want to shoot here dont waist your time. Its closed and its not like you can just walk in. This place is just used for events. So to the people saying its a great spot for photos you are super lost.
