We were here to celebrate a friends birthday and we rented the whole theater to host a private screening. Sounds fancy but they actually have (and I think they are still running) the promotion starting at $99, good for 20 people. This is one of the ways right now when you want to go out with your family without the anxiety of being with a crowd. The recliners are really comfortable and the facility is clean and well kept. Parking recommendations are listed on site too. Lets support our local movie houses as they have been hit hard by these unprecedented times.

TRULY AMAZING! I would like to commend this movie theater because these guys are really amazing. The facilities are well-maintained, and the snacks here are very tasty. These guys really offer the best service for you to relax and enjoy while watching some movies. Indeed, the best movie theater in the area! Strongly recommended!

Came in to see Midway. This theater is so nice, they have a bar, which is awesome because you can get a good buzz on before the movie starts.They always have cool props and displays from movies which is always cool to see. They also have the nicest restroom Ive seen inside of a theater.The only knock on this place is the seats are kind of uncomfortable, but its a cool place my new favorite theater.

As a movie lover, visiting a movie house to watch foreign movies is a to-do list especially, if you are with your family or girlfriend/wife. Last week, My wife and I went to this movie house 50 miles away from home to relax and spend time together after a long weekend. I was impressed with the staff, and the food was great! We will be back again.

This is a great theatre to watch a movie. It is very comfortable and it is worth every penny. Individual seats that you can pleasantly recline yourself into your most pleasant position. You can download the application, buy tickets, earn points and order food and drinks to your seat. The reason for the three (3) star review is because it took them 40 minutes to bring me one drink. With the usher blaming the bartender and viceversa.

There is a reason why this place has a solid 5-star review. My sister and I decided to watch a movie at this cinema house. We both love the place because of its atmosphere. This cinema house was spaciously clean and big. The popcorn that they sell was crunchy. The beverages were cold as well. We had a great time at this cinema house.

The girl charged me to bring my popcorns to the movie. Movie ended and never brought any of my food. Then I go to request my money, and then people in the staff was extremely rude. After a long time arguing the manager came in. To give me my refund. But people from the staff never apologized. Horrible service. Comfortable movie theater.

First time in Silverspot Cinema - Downtown Miami to watch Blade runner saga.Came on a Friday and enjoyed every bit of it. I paid 13 bucks for the ticket, not too bad for watching back to back two movies.There are many antique-yy details in the theatre, even the popcorn section looks vintage!I think I will be watching many movies here, loved the theatre, loved the neighborgood :)

Much better price here than at the Brickell City Centre movie theater. The price is comparable to the movie theater in South Beach. The ambiance is very nice, I went on a Tuesday so I had the entire theater to myself. I wouldnt recommend getting any food at the concession stand as they charge a convenience fee for everything you order including water and soda. The bar is reasonably priced but eat beforehand. Great facilities.

Im a huge fan of this movie theater. The theater is almost never full so you very rarely have to listen to people talking during the movie. Occasionally the food they serve can be a bit overpowering in terms of scents during the movie, but overall the chairs and theater are very nice. It is brand new, so that is probably part of it.Prices are a bit high, but apparently that is the going rate for a movie ticket. Im not a big movie fanatic, but I definitely stop by a few times each year.

Great movie theater! Leather recliner seats that are super comfy. You can order drinks and food right from the app and someone will bring it into the theater for you. Overall great experience. I will become a regular!

The Silverspot Cinema - Downtown Miami is an absolutely beautiful palace of Art Deco architecture. The theater is just magnificently decorated as are the other parts of the theater. The lobby is also very impressive. Built in the time of vaudeville, the seats are very comfortable and the sight-lines are all very good.

Place is nice, clean and huge. We went to see Avengers endgame and the experience was lacking. The place was hot and the food took so long to reach us. I won’t give it a lower review because of the madness Avengers has caused.Will update review on next visit, I suspect it will be better.

This is the nicest theater I have visited in South Florida. The seats are extra comfy with an immense amount of leg room. The bartender, Dakota I think, was very friendly and made a great cocktail. Food was fine and they take your order in your seat.

Cool place,but management/staff need morr training. We went out of our eay to come here to see Star Wars in 3D and they gave us 3d glasses but the film was not in 3D. I mentioned to server who did nothing about it. Upon exiting the theater entirely and mentioning to manager,she practically threw a movie pass at ua without emotion or real care over the mishap. The alcohol drinka suck and because the servers only come once,if you have any food issues you have to deal w it on your own. The concept needs major work. For me, its unlikely Ill ever return

Great cinema, clean, classy, and modern. They even had the employees dressed very neatly and professional. They were friendly and welcoming. The seats were very comfortable and lounge. They had food, drinks, wine, etc. Everything you need and more for movie time. I loved this place!

Best movie theater option in the downtown area. The price is not that expensive for what you are getting with the recliner chairs and food service to your seat. The quality of the food is also really really good for a movie theater. Love that they have $10 tuesday movies also!

Really great luxury theatre in Downtown Miami. I was pretty surprised by the great quality food available. It was definitely not your typical fare at a movie theatre. The prices were very reasonable considering you’re at a movie theatre and the food quality was above par. I also liked that you can order in advance when you buy your tickets through the app or website and your food will be delivered after the credits so you can enjoy it while you watch your movie. The leather seats are nice and plush and fully recline. Love their Tuesday ticket deal where all tickets are only $10. They also give you your first ticket free when you sign up for their rewards program.

It took over an hour and a half to get my food after arriving 30 minutes before the movie time. I had to go back to the desk and ask about the food, which caused me to miss part of bad boys. They didnt apologize and said they needed to go and check. 15 minutes later, a Male brought our food and left. What made things even worse is that our food was cold. So clearly it was just sitting there the whole time. Whats the purpose of paying for a dine in movie theater and get my food close to the ending. What a disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful space, huge bar and restaurant area and as well as concession area, 17 screens. Parking downtown expensive even with validation, but free trolley or metromover.

UPDATE: Excellent experience! I posted earlier and had to give them a mixed review. But I’m glad we decided to try them again. Management made significant changes in their service model it seems and it shows. This is now our go-to cinema. CheersORIGINAL: Was ready to give 5 stars, until I found out after the fact that they automatically added a “service fee” to my bill, after I had given a very generous tip at the register. The attendant never gave me an itemized receipt, just the cc receipt. It only dawned on me sitting in the theatre when I wondered how 2 appetizers and a coke came to $45, with my tip. I asked later and got the details, but kinda felt taken. The attendant was nice enough to ask if I wanted to remove the tip, of course I said no, but still. Oh well, otherwise, it was a great experience at this place.

I really enjoy coming here for a casual date night. The food isnt too pricey, and the seats are comfortable. Only issue I have is that sometimes you get the food cold, and I wish it didnt come in plastic containers.

When Im in town (Im from California), I love coming here for a good drink, food and to have a great experience watching a film. From that and even attending private premier. Highly recommend!!

Awesome staff. Beautiful theater. Waaaaayyy overpriced and mediocre food. Go to a nice place for lunch/dinner before or after the movie. I didnt pay for dinner but I was annoyed as if I had. $45 for two orders, an order of mediocre sliders, fries and a soda? I felt disrespected.OWNER! Rather than thanking me for coming you should consider working on that menu and getting rid of the sub par, mediocre sliders. Fast food burgers taste better than the sliders your establishment serves. Because I felt insulted I will not be returning to this theater.

Never going again. Ordered food, the food never came. 1h30 later, still no food, I had to go downstairs to see what was going on, therefore missing the movie I paid $20 to see. They had no explanation just told me the food would get there ASAP and it ended up arriving 10 minutes before the movie ended, so 2h after I ordered.At least they had the decency to reimburse me.Would definitely not recommend.

New theater. Nice with a full bar and hot food menu as well as regular popcorn and candy. They take your food order to your seats in the theatre. You can also order from your seat on the app. They also validate your parking slip on the way out.

First time at this theater and never going back. Everything about this experience was wrong. First, we bought our tickets and the machine wouldn’t print them so we had to go find someone help and sort it out. Then, we ordered food at 8:30 to eat at the bar since our movie wasn’t until 9:30. They told us the kitchen was backed up and it was best to have the food delivered to the theater at 9:30 when the movie started. We agreed, hung out at the bar and went up to the movie at 9:30. At that point, I (a pregnant woman) had to use the bathroom only to find out not a single stall had tp. I had to walk around for a while until i could find someone to give me tp. Finally, I’m ready to enjoy my movie and my food. Movie starts. All is good... except I’m getting really hungry (again, pregnant person here) and food was nowhere to be seen. At 10:45, halfway through the movie, we had to leave, starving and desperate. That’s right we waited for over 2 hours for food and nothing. I left the cinema without having finished my movie and with an empty stomach. Complete disaster. Management tried to make me feel better by giving me 2 movie tickets for the future. As if i want to go back! We did get out money back for the food but that does not compensate for the discomfort and nausea I get when my stomach is empty! I’m sure other pregnant ladies get this! There should be an option for zero stars. NEVER GOING BACK.

I have mixed feelings about this cinemas. Cinema is great and so are chairs, parking is super expensive as it is food. Tickets $16+ parking $8 + food $10, about 3 months of Netflix. Not necessarily the safest area in town, go early.

Thought it was going to be just another movie theater, to my surprise not only did i enjoy the theater its self; but also the service was amazing. You have a very nice bar area that is great for catching up and the theater offers very comfortable seating. It will be my to go theater from now on

Fantastic theater, this place was first rate. Very clean, the employees were nice and the theater wasnt crowded at all. Theater has comfortable over-sized reclining chairs. Ordered charcuterie board which was brought directly to our seat. The food was great and this wasnt your typical movie theater menu. Movie sucked and would normally have walked out but everything else was so awesome we decided to stay.

Very bothered how they do not allow groceries inside.... its downtown and there is a whole foods across the street if I want to run a errand and watch a movie why cant I?For this reason I had to walk back to my hotel room to put my groceries down and was late to my movie.Movie experiance was great just inconvenient rules. They should at most offer a locker to put the things not allowed in

Very spacious and comfortable movie theater around the corner from my job. Tickets are expensive but worth every dollar. The sound and picture are world class. The new dolby theater in it has bi-directional sound which makes movies feel like youre a part of it. The seats are BIG and comfortable with a wall between each row so no one can kick your seat. They lean back to the point where youre almost completely laying down. The food is ridiculously good. This is like a better Alamo.

Theres yet another reason to spend time in downtown Miami. Opened less than a year ago, Silverspot Cinema is utterly fabulous! And with the population explosion of new residents downtown, a new movie theater is a welcome addition. Already a good neighbor, Silverspot contributed tickets to all Taste of Avenue 3, attendees last October. The Miami Film Festival relocated most of its screenings there this year so that was surely reason enough for me to check in out. Folks, this place is luxurious, sophisticated and enormous!! No fear of getting lost however, as one is greeted warmly by the very professional staff upon entering the lobby. While I enjoyed a movie in its state-of-the-art auditorium last week, I took advantage of amenities I had heretofore never experienced in a movie theater. Reclining plush leather seats, a lovely, neatly prepared meal served to me right before the movie started as well as reserved seating. It puts a whole new spin on dinner and a movie. Silverspot Cinema is my new go-to movie theater. Located at Third Avenue and SE 3rd Street, its just a couple of short blocks north of the Brickell Avenue bridge. Silverspot offers valet parking or you can do as I did and park at the MET 3 parking garage. Ask the attendant to validate your parking as that reduces the cost significantly.

This theater is a hidden gem! Large, super comfy reclining seats and the food is great! Churrasco sliders are amazing and so is the mushroom flat bread

20 pp and matinee I think they said is at 10 am they have a full bar on two floors. Omg you can go right up to the billboards and order your movie ticket I give this movie theater ten stars I definitely will be back thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

Nice theatre! They have reclining leather seats which is comfy and new for me (I rarely go to the movies so is this standard now?) The seating is assigned so you get to pick your seats when you pay for the tickets. We picked row D which turned out to be closer than expected so I suggest going with row E or further back.

The service at the Silverspot cinema is amazing! I lost my wallet and Patricia from the front desk went above and beyond to help me find it (pulled back movie theatre chairs and searched within management). Luckily someone returned it but management kept my wallet safe in a vault :)

We arrived and bought our tickets. The desk said to get them scanned at the stairs. So we got the tickets scanned and no one told us where to go and what floor to go. We ended up doing this huge line on the wrong floor not knowing that every floor had concession bars. Later we go up to our movie and we get off on the wrong floor cause there was no indications that were obvious and simple. No employee asked if we needed help. Ill start with the bad, because theres only one thing that isnt utterly brilliant about this cinema: the temporary vinyl posters on the entrance doors and windows, advertising the film festival, totally obscure that this place is in fact a terrific cinema. Beyond that, the staff are great, the screens are great, and the acoustics are fantastic, with rich, clear sound. Moreover, the supple leather seats recline as if youre travelling business class (they recline almost horizontally)! Furthermore, theres the option of having food too...delivered to your seat!?! I had a delicious burger and fries, better than any I had in a restaurant during my stay in Miami.The AC was a bit too cold for me, but I hadnt intended to go to the cinema, so thats partly my fault for not dressing appropriately.The Lobby bar is impressive, and the bathrooms are clean and exude a sense that somebody cares about this place. I hope that lasts!I was the only person in the cinema watching my film, and loved the experience.

Place is brand new and its great. Service is also good and convenient to order from a waiter or app, but it was way too hot. I asked multiple times to please turn on the AC and no one did anything or at least tell me that they were having an issue. I had to leave mid movie. Hopefully thats fixed now.

Theater was nice enough, nice chairs and concession were fine, but the parking for the theater is a nightmare to find and even worse to leave at the end of the night. Somehow all the theaters dump out at the same time and it ended up taking 45 mins to get out of the garage. It completely took away from the movie experience.

Went to see Rambo, ordered several items. I expected it to take some time for the items because the amount We ordered. After the long wait, the food runner only came with the cook food and did not come with the drinks or movies snacks I assume he would return with the drinks and the other items. After like 40 minutes I went to see what going on with the drinks. When I got to the counter the stuff was just sitting there. I ask nick(guy at the counter) what going on with the order, he apologized and gave me the items (Nick was great). I usually get great service but that day it wasn’t there.

Chill place, upscale and quiet, great service, nice bar area and very clean. The recliners were super comfy. Picture and sound were of great quality. Parking was also easy and convenient, across the street in the garage and short walk over to the theaters. The only thing I cannot comment on is their food because I did not order any. I like the classic popcorn and soda. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. But I think this is one of the best movie theaters in Miami

Very enjoyable experience. Fully reclining seats with fewer seats per theater. They serve food at your seat (I didnt partake) and most importantly they validate your parking. I will repeat.

Horrible. horrible customer services, no one have a clue. movie started late. we had to seat in the bar due to movie room at not been clean, after 20 minutes bartender took our order. all the people in the bar was complaining too. order food after spending over $70 and hour later got food in the bag, maybe food was from uber eat. Dessert was melted from been inside bag with horrible burger and chicken sandwich, extra soggy french fries. due sealer containers inside bag. Not napkins, fork, etc. person bring our bag chair by chair asking who belong it. Fancy, expensive place with horrible services and food. We never ever ever go back.

I did not expect boxed food from what was supposed to be a VIP movie experience. Cinebistro is 10x better in food and service. Employees were actually complaining about the place. The seats and theater were very comfortable but the overall experience was less than average. Not impressed

I gave this theater two opportunities because its closest to where I live in wynwood but after this experience, I will not be back. The 1st time I ordered concessions through the app which is what they are pushing and never received them. This time I decided to wait and just get the concessions when I arrived. I arrived 30 minutes early and still didnt get my concessions until the movie started when everybody else in the theater which was only 5 people had already received theirs. I dont understand the point in spending so much money on the concession and not getting exactly what it is that you want. When the food was delivered this time I asked for extra napkins and some ketchup for the fries in which I never received. The man delivering the order acted like he didnt even want to talk to me when dropping off the order. Not friendly or helpful. My order was wrong, the Burger was overcooked, and the fries that I selected did not come instead I got regular French fries. As far as the movie experience awesome just dont order concessions.

I has a bad experience I can’t lie but the way the handle it and the approach the manager Pete did to me it just beyond words. I can tell this a company that cares a lot about its costumer and the are willing to do anything just to keep a happy costumer which is just amazing!! This place will definitely be the only cinema I’ll go from now on!!

So the seats are the most comfortable, plush leather lie-flat recliners Ive ever experienced in the cinema! Plus they serve food to your seat in the screen, I had wings and taquenos which were very nice and the ordering process was a bit of a faff! the lady serving me was lovely and there were some communication issues between the bar and the kitchen so I ended up receiving my order twice

I dont know what happened to this place in the last few months, but it was a surreal experience. Went to see a throwback feature and from beginning to end it was just a bizarre experience. Staff seemed to be more preoccupied with their conversations than working, on top of being very very new. People didnt know the menu or the POS very well which caused some problems ordering. Staff was nice to me, but very rude to all the people around me. We were showing some out of towners around so it was a bit disappointing to see them treated that way. When we finally found our theater, we had the most spaced out person tell us the theater wasnt ready 10 minutes before the show was about to start. Then on top of that, the wrong opening reel was played for the film so the whole theater thought we were seeing white Christmas instead of National Lampoon.It was just really weird. Im hoping things get ironed out in the future.Edit: went on 12/25. Theater 3 has a giant dead pixel on the screen. What is going on???

Like a first-class airline seat. Restaurant table-service at your seat. Excellent video and sound quality (my theater had dolby atmos). Moderately expensive, but well worth the price. Knowing that this kind of place is available has rekindled my interest in attending movies in a theater.

Highly disappointed with the customer service we received this evening. After arriving in the theater, NOT ONE waiter came by to show us a menu or ask did we want to order. However, other guest were being served. After waiting a while my friend stopped a waiter and asked if we could simply have water. The waiter lets out a dramatic sigh then says “You’re going to have to wait awhile. I’m too busy”. The comment and attitude was very uncalled-for and, in my opinion, not how a server should respond to a customer. Also, he never brought over the water.Overall, the theater is very nice and I love the seating but I will definitely not return to spend my money and be treated as such.

Went there for a game of throne episode for season 8. The establishment is clean the food is delicious especially the steak sliders and the reclining chair i could sleep on how comfy the chairs were. And to top it all off the same was very nice.

We like this movie theater and think the price is fair comparing it to the Brickell City Center one. I would say though, I would like it if they made an effort in using less plastic when delivering food, I dont understand why each order has to come in a huge plastic bag, it could be carried differently, and they could save plastic in lids and other things if they would just ask if the customer even needs it. Also, people delivering food when the movie has started can be very disruptive.

Great movie theater, good location, pretty good food for somewhat reasonable prices. One big glaring problem though. The food comes served in a plastic bag with plastic cutlery wrapped in more plastic as if it were take-out. Presentation is nice and all but the waste and lack of recycling is mind blowing. I will go back there for the movies but I will never order food there again knowing how much waste is created, not to mention that us customers end up paying for it!

Its a great theater however WHAT happened to hotdogs and nachos?Yes they have great food but you must have hotdogs and nachos...Big disappointment.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am NEVER going back to this movie theater again. Our movie was scheduled to start at 11:00AM and did not start until 12:10PM!!! We arrived at 10:45AM, and the screen was completely blank until around 11:30AM, which is when the commercials started (and played for a whole 30 min). NO ONE gave us any answers. We kept asking what was wrong and the servers just kept deflecting and saying they would find out... but nothing was ever told to us and no one ever apologized. After the movie, we asked for the manager to fix the issue of our parking tickets because their validation is only valid for the first 4 hours. We were there for more than 4 hours because of THEIR delayed movie start. The manager came down, apologized, left, sent back someone else who said the only thing he can do is give us the cash to pay for it. I then asked for my money back or a voucher for next time, and he flat out said no. He stood in front of me like a deer in headlights. I said, So thats it? Youre going to leave a customer unhappy? and not even kidding his response was yup. I warned him I would leave an honest review online and he said go ahead. Ive been living in Miami for 20+ years and I have never experienced such POOR customer service at a movie theater. I told my friends about the situation and the ones who have been here confirmed that they have experienced their movies not starting on time. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Not to mention, I was late to work because of this experience. Plus, the food is mediocre. The chicken strips and fries were too salty, and they bring you your food in an unnecessary plastic bag. Eating at a movie theater is dining in, not take out. The only good part of my experience was the actual movie. (Go watch the Avengers End Game ASAP, but at another movie theater :P)

Being there many times, excellent place, clean bathrooms and they have a restaurant in case you want to dine.
