Love this place for the model vinyl. Im on my first creation :) Their other stuff is kinda pricey, but they have great stuff here :) The zipper pulls are cute- they come in a box so its a random surprise. I match them for for Munnydoll :) Labbit is cute! Definitely coming back here to buy more vinyls for my bro and I. My bro and I are just noob starters at this thing.
We recently visited plant the future to find ways/ideas to create an inviting space at our office and were glad we made the trip. The showroom itself is stunning and far from cluttered so youre able to appreciate the work they have on display and the selection of art is just breathtaking. One of the best parts of our visit was the service we received during the entire experience. We were fortunate to meet Joshua and he was beyond helpful with regards to making the right decisions. There wasnt a drop of pressure while making our purchase and he was beyond patient.I want to add that our entire experience was very informative because we learned so much. Thanks to all they create, our space looks amazing and were looking forward to bringing in more art from them in the near future.
Some extremely creative and beautiful plant creations. Very unique and each with a clever design or twist. I worry about how long they’d survive and remain looking good. And especially when you’re paying quite big prices for them you’d want them to last. Be sure to get advice on care and maintence before purchasing.
Order was on time for pickup, very well done and packed nicely to drive back home. Great customer service, Helen was super nice and helpful.
Wow, what a wonderful transformation! Great ideas going on here..Still evolving. Just plants and landscaping services for now but kayaks and cafe soon..:)
A diferente way to see the plants
If you want to pay a lot of money for a plant that will die in a few months, this is the place for you. If you want an arrangement that actually lasts, do NOT purchase from Plant the Future. I bought a table plant from them, which died within six months - when I engaged with them about it, they told me that (a) my plant should not be in the container it was in because it needs drainage, that they knew that beforehand, but felt that the aesthetics of the arrangement were more important so they potted it this way anyway. In other words, they omitted all of this information at the beginning and sold me a plant that they knew was going to die. When it died, they offered to replace it for 50% of the (already expensive) cost. Not only did this feel like a horrible customer service experience, it felt like a scam.
I love this store! I first discovered it when someone gave me a gift. This plant (really it’s more like a piece of art) is still looking gorgeous in my entryway 2 years later. Now, as a realtor I buy house warming presents and closing gifts for my clients. These arrangements are spectacular and unique. The service is amazing. Whenever I am in a rush I can count on Simon picking a perfect piece, in my budget, and having it ready for pick up. I definitely recommend this store !!
Most beautiful plants ever! My pieces are gorgeous and I keep adding more! The very best of service and the staff goes over and beyond!! Thank you for everything @plantthefuture!
I went there to by a green moss carpet for my house, witch they say it doesn’t need water nor light, they charged me a fortune for a pice of that. When they brought the moss into my house, it started to smell terribly bad, and strong odor like Rotten seaweed. After two days I called the person in charge who sell us this item and she told us that it will go away in two days, that I can spray a specific quemical.I waited for almost a month and the smell never went away, then I started to see little tiny worms all around.I call again and I said to them that it was unbearable having this indoors, that they should have told me about this before. They never respond for this issue that wasn’t my fault, and they never answered about having my money back. This is an extremely, extremely expensive business, for the stinky thing you get, and very unprofessional people.
Do not buy anything from this place!!! I ordered tall planters that were over $4k for 3 of them so you would think Plant the Future would have amazing service, they do not! Started off with a delay of install (telling me the night before at 5:20pm), then they gave me damaged planters. Next they confirmed an appointment to fix it and then didn’t show. When they finally did come to repair the vases they painted them with the wrong color paint and didn’t bring the filler to address a different issue even though I had spoken to their operations manager the night before. One person doesn’t know what the other is doing in this place. Awful experience for spending thousands on planters. Finally got my money back but they damaged my floor in the process of returning the planters. I asked for the owner to call me and nothing. I will be taking it up with the BBB. Worst experience ever! Save yourself stress and don’t shop here.
I recently got married in Miami, Plant of the Future handled all of our decorating for 3 venues. Josh, at the South Beach location, was such a amazing . His vision and creativity made every photo brilliant, the archway was designed as something out of a fairytale, and our guests couldnt stop saying that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The service was by far the best we received from any other vendor, hotel, restaurant etc... that we have ever received in our numerous stays in Miami. We have numerous pieces in our home that bring such special memories. We can not say enough good things about this business and the staff! ~ Nadya Matthes
The idea is awesome, but the vibe inside that place is NEGATIVE. Nobody even made eye contact with me. Maybe because I was with my young nieces? I was going to buy things as I have before-but forget it. RUDE and extremely unwelcoming.
Super creative shop and exhibit. A must see if youre in the wynwood neighborhood. Alot of cool artwork that features plants. There was a transformer with a moss core powering it. Super inventive. Pretty small shop but makes up for it in creativity. Limited street parking
Horrible customer service. Walked into their Wymwood location and was impressed with their plant designs. Really cool. So then I ask the woman working there so tell me about the plants and the designer. She replies, whar do you want to know completely disinterested. The othrr woman working there looked more interested in the conputer than us. I asked her about shipping a product to my house in LA and she said, oh no it will get sent back. They are tough there and check packages. Of course she did not offer an alternative. I was ready to buy but not from this store.
Definitely overpriced. interesting interior, but hard to justify purchasing much beyond a couple succulents or cactuses.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional. Traveled all the way from Tampa to see this store and the associate was very rude and unfriendly. Would highly recommend to not visit this store. I would say you should order online before stopping in this store.
Beautiful and inspiring shop in the Wynwood area. Very creative and peaceful presentation..a must see when in the area!
So many succulents! Wonderful store for gifts of the plant variety. Especially for those that need minimal care plants
Spectacular!
Very nice products thank you for custumer satisfaction ..Thank you
Soooo during Art Walk and a friend and I went into the store and looked at all of the beautiful arrangements that were displayed. I had my eye on a cactus garden for quite some time and expressed it to my friend. A few weeks later, I fell sick and my friend that it would be a great idea to send me a cactus garden instead of the traditional old flowers that would last a week or so. He called and spoke to Janet and described the arrangement he wanted to send me. They didnt have it available, so he asked for something else which they didnt have either so Janet said, she would send something nice which was a money tree. When I returned to work a day after it was delivered, I immediately called because I no knowledge of caring for this money tree and it just wasnt what I liked. I didnt get a response but figured Id just stop by during art walk which was going to be that same Saturday. I stopped in the shop, spoke to a few employees who were there and they told me to call back on Tuesday because Janet would be there as she is the person who processed the order. I called on Wednesday and spoke to her and she said shed send over the instructions on how to take care of the plant after i expressed my concerns with care for the plant, not having any knowledge of it to truly be excited or happy with the plant AND the fact that they didnt have what he asked for which was the cactus garden! She only sent the instructions via email and told me if I wanted to buy another one, she could give a 10% discount. Please keep in mind these arrangements are priced at $120.00! I wasnt happy but was kind of stuck with it because Janet only insisted on providing instructions and offering me to purchase another plant for $110. A month later I watered it as instructed, gave the proper lighting and it looked HORRIBLE!!!! Please see pictures! Now, I was over the fact that she was unhelpful when she knew I didnt have the item I really wanted or the fact that there werent any instructions but for this $120 plant to be near death after a month was UNACCEPTABLE!!! So I took the plant back to the store, Janet was there. I say that plant in the counter and asked is my plant supposed to look like this after a month and her exact words were you didnt like the plant from the beginning. I again asked if it should look like that and she told me that it shouldnt and if I wanted she could water it for me. I told her that I had watered it already for the week. She was so rude, unhelpful and curt. I just left the shop and chopped it up to NEVER purchase anything from them. Every time I brought a new person to Art Walk thats like the must go place, whenever someone is looking for arrangements or flowers, I send them that way but never again! To add INSULT to injury, Janet takes it upon herself to call my friend and tell him I wasnt satisfied with the plant he sent me and offered to sell him another Plant and shed give a 10% discount! That was soooo low! After I told her I wasnt interested, she went behind my back and tried to get him to buy something else from her! Although the place seemed so beautiful and futuristic..... I found out that it is a rotten garden with a wicked florist! Ill NEVER do business with them again and dont suggest that anyone else do business with them either. The plants may look beautiful in the store but dont expect them to last for more than a month... Well at least the money tree!
Interesting combination of Plants and art, I would like to buy one of the someday.
Wow! Daniel was in the shop when my friend and I walked in. I was stopped in my tracks in admiration for the craftwork that was gracing my eyes in Plant The Future ! The Kid Robot Dunny ( Munny ) caught my eye from the window, if you appreciate a Kid Robot & the significance of a Dunny ( Munny ) you will FREAK OUT ! The work that was being made to incorporate these figurines/ characters with succulents was incredible. All of the succulents in the shop and creations are top notch ! If you are in Wynwood or a local area to that definitely stop on into the shop.If not you can order online cheyaa!
You must be braindead to pay a few cactuses 500$. Yes I am talking to you hipsters.
The minute you enter, the smell and green capture you.
Love it
