I’ve been working with Fun City for many years now for our company picnic. THEY ARE AMAZING!! Adrian and Isabel are extremely helpful and very professional. The delivery drivers are always so nice and efficient. I’ve never had a bad thing to say about Fun City. They make every event a long lasting memory and for that I thank them. Fun City did our school carnival yesterday and it was a terrific experience from beginning to end. Adrian and Alex were great to work with and designed a package for us that was nothing short of AMAZING! The children loved every piece of equipment we had for them. The staff was super friendly and beyond helpful. After they had set up the equipment they helped us finish setting up our end of the carnival. They arrived an hour ahead of time to ensure they arrived on time. We were very impressed by them. We thank you guys for making our reward carnival such an unforgettable time- we look forward to working with you again in the future!

We hired Fun City for our son’s first birthday and they exceeded our exceptations. Set up and pick up arrived promptly and was executed flawlessly. Concessions stands were in perfect condition and stocked to the tee. We rented both a Mickey and toddler bounce house and the kids really loved them. These were also bright colored and in great condition. We couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided! :)

I rented a water slide and a bounce house from Fun City for my sons birthday party. First of all, Alex was very helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. I was looking for a water slide for the kids with two lanes and one that had a pool at the end of it. When it arrived it was exactly what I wanted. The kids had such a blast racing each other all afternoon! Thank you Fun City! I will definitely be using you again in the future.

Fun City did an amazing job at our Carnival. Adrian was a great pleasure to work with during our planning process, he was extremely helpful. The day of our event, they were early on arrival and very professional throughout the event. Fun City is highly recommended and we look forward to working with them again.

This past weekend I contracted Fun City for my sons 1st birthday party. Any parent can understand that your first child’s first birthday party is a very stressful time. I called several companies to get pricing and availability on their items. I finally came across Fun City and let me tell you, what a difference! From the minute they answer their phones they are extremely pleasant and profesional! I ordered the basketball Football toss and the 5 in 1 obstacle course. The delivery driver Adrian was 2 and a half hours early to ensure all items were ready in time for my party. He was nothing but profesional and super helpful. He gave me his opinion on how to put the inflatables for the kids to enjoy without suffocating in this extreme heat! The inflatables were great! All extremely clean and in great shape! It was amazing to see this and to not have any added stress! I promise you Fun City is the way to go! Ill never look else where! THANK YOU AGAIN FUN CITY!

My Husband and I are youth leaders for Resurrection Baptist Church Miami, We rented a Mechanical Bull with attendant and They were Not only way on time but very clean Ride. I will definitely use Fun City again. The Cowboy theme Party was a success. Thank you Fun City You guys ROCK!!!

I only gave this company 1 star because they didn’t have 0. This company is now the former akidsparty and the change did no justice for the former company. The new owners have Horrible customer service they do not return calls and when you do speak to the owner he has a very non-chalant way of dealing with customer complaints. They took my money and then he told me he had nothing on the books for me as a party when I paid and have a reciept for a hold on equipment. Do your self a favor and DO NOT USE THEM! Spend a little more and be hassle free with another company.

I recently used Fun City for our company picnic and couldn’t be more pleased.   The bookingprocess was easy and professional.   All of our questions were answered and we ended up witha variety of things for everyone to enjoy.  The staff from beginning to end were friendly andknowledgable.  I am still hearing from employees about how great this picnic was and howmuch fun their families had.  We are all looking forward to working with them again next year!

I recently had a birthday party for my 10 year old son. I called several party rental companies to help plan the perfect event. I was surprised by the dramatic contrast between each companies customer service and response time. I finally settled on Fun City Inc, as they were efficient and more than willing to take the time to help me decide on the best package for my event. As a person with high anxiety about almost everything, I was hesitant on the items I was renting, worried if they would show up on time, worried about the condition of the rides and mostly worried if the party would be a success. Fun City proved from start to finish that I had nothing to worry about. Not only did they help me choose the perfect amusements for the kids, the equipment looked great, they were set up early and the staff was super friendly and professional. Three weeks later and I am still hearing what an amazing and fun party it was!

This company was contracted by Pinecrest Gardens for their Night of Lights event. Their ferris wheel ride is horribly unsafe. My kid ran off from us towards this ride and was nearly crushed by a gondola when she approached the ride. Luckily another antendee was standing right by the entrance and stopped her. Can you believe that they dont have a gate blocking the entrance to the ride. In addition to this, the ride operator was super busy socializing while the ride was in operation AND the entrance was entirely open. Would have sued the hell out of them has something happened. Guys, secure this ride! Kids are unpredictable humans who are always looking for new ways to harm themselves, you need to provide appropriate barriers to prevent this.

Beware of this company. I called them on a Monday 8/27 to have the water slide delivered on Saturday 9/1 . They charge me the most I have been charged for a water slide over $300 but I was ok with that. I paid the deposit which is half the charge and they charge me.Well they never showed up on Saturday/ This is the only Party Rental Company I have tried to call on the weekend and no one will answer the phone. If there is a problem well to bad they are off on the weekend so its good luck.There is no way to contact them. It you think I kidding, call them on the weekend. Finally when I got a hold of them they told me that the rental was for 8/27 Monday. I was very UPSET and told them that was the day they took my order and no one showed up that day either. They said the owner will call me. Still waiting. I already called my credit card company to reverse the charges and am filing a compliant with Dade County Consumer Affairs Departure. My son was heart broken Needless to say I had another company come out with in a hour with a water slide. I guess if your business is mostly on the weekend made you should be available to answer the phones. I am sure the owner will not contact me. Never again

Weve used Fun City for our company picnics and we had all sorts of things for the kids to play on. We all really liked the fact that we spoke to Alex and he knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered. Everything was set up way before anyone arrived and they really took great care to make safety a priority on all of the rides. We would never think of using anyone but him for our picnics and I would recommend him to anyone planning a party. Call him. Hes a great guy and you will not be disappointed.

This company is dangerous. Every single ride is missing something. Or something always breaks. The jump houses always go down. Very dangerous, Ive had to drag kids out of the jumphouses to save their lives. Ive seen rides such as the orbiter smack into the fences surrounding the ride with kids in ride. Everything is old and refurbished. If something breaks they rig it back together and send it out for use the next day. Nothing professional about the company. When it comes to the rides and jumphouses their all old and refurbished. They save cotton candy supplies and pop corn supplies to re use at the next party. No type of sanitation when it comes to the fun foods. They use some chemical that burns my skin when I apply it and hose the stuff down with water. It is than considered clean. When it comes to how Alex is as an employer, hes not professional at all. He curses at his workers. None of these employees are on paper. Its all under the table, no taxes. Most of his workers and I mean about 90% are under age, and there is no consent needed from youre parents. He pays the kids $7 an hour which is under minimum wage. I believe this is illegal, but hes been operating like this for years. Bad business.
