Wonderful playroom! Thanks for the different toys out there that made my kids enjoyed the most. They loved spending their time playing with the stuff, and as their mom, I was completely happy seeing my kids laughing and smiling. It was truly nice to make bonding in this playroom, for the staff was very accommodating and kind. Worth it!

Celebrated my sons birthday at FunDimension yesterday and we all had a BLAST! The kids had so much fun playing laser tag, bumper cars and the arcade. The adults loved the wine selection and the local beer. Guacamole, salad & chx tenders were delicious and the service is very friendly! Highly recommend as a birthday venue or an afternoon or weekend outing with the kiddos!

Every ride or attraction was clean, never did we feel any sticky handles or find spills.2) Brandon was always ready to attend in the most unobtrusive and polite manner I’ve ever encountered; he was attentive and quick to help. Everyone at front desk was joyful and welcoming, which I appreciate as part of the customer service but also especially during these tough times. Your level of enthusiasm and attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed!3) The games were great. Especially enjoyed the Down the Clown game because it was something that you don’t see enough and was a ticket goldmine.4) The amount of drinks was so much better than most arcades, which usually cater to three to four soda brands and have very limited beer. FunDimension had organic juice, international soda, local brews and everything an adult kid could ask fo at an arcade.Tons of fun and lasting memories were created.

Food is good. Staff are good. Don’t expect anything other than a decked out chucky cheese. Good for a day of fun for ONE. And I don’t recommend bringing any children older than maybe 6

This place is amazing. I worked an event for Miami moms collective at this location. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The location is incredible. I cant wait to come back to play laser tag with my family And check out there is 7D virtual reality.

In such complicated time (2020) the team managed to create list of activities that would be safe and fun. We love the teachers: smart, enthusiastic, educated.Thank you for the amazing camp. Our son Anthony loves it. Kids can do all sorts of activities: play soccer, chess, video games, computer programming. We are very excited to be the part of fundimension. Definitely recommend

I brought my 2 sons here and they really enjoyed their time here the 7D dark ride, Laser tag, Virtual reality and bumper cars was awesome my kids loved it they played the games in the arcade won tickets the chicken wings are very good this place definitely family friendly nice play to throw kids birthday parties etc. I will be going back very soon

I decided to take my 2-year old for the 1st time today and she had such a great time. There was plenty of toys for her to play with, everything was clean and organized. And they offered free coffee for the parents. The owner was very kind to both my daughter and I, making it feel like home. I will definitely be visiting again. Great little escape for kids. You must visit the place with your lovely kids for them to experience!

We absolutely love this place! They are so sweet especially when my son started going the play area where he wanted to play. He was super clingy and just wanted daddy and mommy but there were well-trained staff members who act like parents. They know how to make any child feel comfortable. It really makes a difference. My son never wanted to leave the place. We highly recommend it! Thank you. You are truly the best!!!

Love the kid friendly place and the service was great. Just had A issue with the card reader I paid for the 3 attraction + 10$ arcade games. But the the card only allowed them to play at one attraction. However they understood the issue and allowed my kids to play at other attractions thank you for such a great experience!

Great for a rainy day but not a destination in and of itself. Laser tag is awesome if you have a good sized group. Half the ‘D’s in the 7D theatre didn’t work - no fog, bubbles, water spray or air bursts. The arcade options are rather limited but my son enjoyed air hockey and the racing game. Didn’t try bumper cars or bungee bounce.

Every time I come here with the kids they have an AMAZING time! Theres a giant indoor playground, bumper cars, video and arcade games, laser tag, party rooms, a VR experience, and three outdoor trampolines!They also have adult food and beverages so you can unwind while the little ones get wound up! I highly recommend you bring the kids for some serious fun, when its too hot, or raining hard.They also do corporate events and team building in the laser tag arena!Visit, youll be glad you did.

My son is attending to Fundimension summer camp, I can’t ask for more, they have all in one place . Steam activities, sports, arcade, laser tag, indoor playground, and also great lunch option for the kids all included in one price ! The staff is super nice and keep the place neat and clean !

What a spectacular and fun place! We cant wait to go back! There were so many fantastic things to do and explore that everyone had a great time!

Nice concept, helpful staff but...The magnetic cards that you use throughout the facility dont always work. There was insufficient staff for the outside equipment, so even though youre on a timed admission, you lose time waiting for people to work with you. The bumper cars were fun, but ran in a very small space. The kids enjoyed the laser tag, and the theater was scary as it was supposed to be.

Its a hiddem gem.lets start with prices its super affordable basically chuckie cheese pricebut with better menus and games for kids.staff is super awesome they are definitely what makes this place extra special.they have basically everything to entertain the kids from laser tag to the vr to bumper cars and way more ...my honest rating is definitely a 10 i absolutely love this place thank so much staff for making us feel welcome speacial shout out to the cook he was so nice and the manager that made sure we had a good deal

This is an excellent place for kids. It is cost effective, not hard on the pocket and the kids would just have a ball. It has a restaurant/cafe that caters to the adults while the kids have wholesome fun...

Very interesting place. You got a unique playground for free for the little ones. If you want to play with the rest of electronic games, then you purchase a card and pay a little to play.

I’ve been here several times. They pack a lot into a small place. The food and drinks are reasonable and there’s lots of seating for adults while the kids play. Staff are nice and the I have always found the venue clean. It’s great place for play date meet ups. We will keep coming back.

This is smaller than it looks in the web site. Service was supper good. But the arcade has a small selection of games. The bumper cars only run two at a time tiny little track. But the Bungee Jumping and Playground was nice for my two girls 8 and 9. Not sure I would return.

It is so much fun over here! Everyone must go the laser tag!!!! Of the chain!! The food is incredible too. So much to do and the bungee is a must as well. So take your kids out, sip on some Pinot grigio while they run around, or win you done candy and use that sugar rush to be a big kid too. Do the three hours!! Worth it!

Very clean and good prices. It was only $12 per child to play in the indoor playground all day. Food isn’t terribly overpriced and they severe beer/wine for the adults.

This place is so much fun. My son enjoyed his birthday there. Its great for kids between the ages of 3-12. My son enjoyed the playground very much and the bumper car. The package I paid for he didnt even use all the games because he was so caught up with the playground. I sat for 4 hours waiting on him to play at the playground.And the best part its very affordable. You get to keep the card and refill it with cash to enjoyed rides. I love this place and I will be back.

I took my Boyfriend’s niece and she loved it, surprisingly we did also. There are activities for all ages and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff member at the front desk Jocelyn was really sweet and very helpful. She was very approachable and great over all. Give this 5 stars for the fun we had as well as for the amazing service provided.

We had a great visit. Great stop on the way back to the airport. My kids 8yo and 10yo had a lot of fun. The wonderful service at the restaurant and front desk by Naxlie (hope I spell her name correctly) was the icing on a cake. Highly recommend.

Every aspect of this entertainment center is over the top ! I felt like a kid again chasing my daughter through the huge laser tag room. The 7D theater is an engineering marvel - we watched the Wall of China animation and have never experienced anything like it before: the chairs move in synchronicity to mimic the bumps on the road, the acceleration of the ride, the vertical ups and downs ... air is blowing from all angles to imitate the feeling of being in the animation ... all layered with 3D animation. All kids will be fascinated!And this facility has figured out the full experience. Rather than be limited to pizza slices and chicken fingers, there is an impressive gourmet menu and Panther Coffee. See the picture for the healthy skirt steak bowl.

Finally writing about the visit to FunDimension we enjoyed while on vacation about 6 months ago. I have fond memories of our visit because our 2 1/2 year old (at the time) had tons of fun. He really had fun on the large climbing structure they have with a ball pit, slides and a few other things. It was nice that they allow parents to participate with a young child, otherwise it would not have been as much fun for him. Parking was a little tight, leaving us to find parking on the street a few blocks away, but that was only a minor inconvenience. There were a lot of other kids there playing arcade games and laser tag. Everyone was having a good time.

This place was amazing! I cant say much for the size of the arcade. It wasnt my highlight here. I loved the laser tag they have set up! The room is massive. Loading and getting setup for battle was an amazing experience. The game was a rush. I highly recommend dropping in for the laser tag!

Ive been here a couple of times and i like it as a place of amusement but as my own opinion,im wondering how they allowed to serve alcohols in this place when there s kids there and no security guard at all? any kids can get out from the place, parents with or without consuming alcohols could get distructed! anyone can enter and get out without control!This is CRAZY!!!

Terrible place ! To start they charge you 10 dollars to park your car at their facility by yourself. The place is small with few games and attractions, we went there because of the music video produced there, at the video the place sounds to be big and spacious, but actually is really small and expensive.Really not worth to try !

I had a birthday party on October 26 at night and I got to say the team there that day was jaw dropping amazing. Larry, the new spanish girl, and the other spanish girl in charge that night was very professional and connected with me on a family level. I was late for my room but they made me feel I was 3 hours on time. Everything went smoothly. Even the girl at the restaurant helped us with ordering. Im sorry I dont remember names because it was too many that made a GREAT first impression. The while staff that night I appreciate you guys.Other than customer service being amazing, the place is a fun place to come. My kids and guest had so much fun that they will be coming back...you wont regret it

Just visted Fun Dimension today for the first time. The kids had a blast. The pricing was fair.The restrooms were very clean. The children menu was great. However my husband and I are vegan and we ordered the veggie burger.( beyond meat product) and it was given to us under cooked.My husband asked them to cook it a little bit longer and when they brought it back to us it was still under cooked. The packaging states to cook thoroughly until all pink is gone. We simply asked for a refund. We would come back, however we would only order food for the kids.

Not really what i expected. Kind of small on the inside and not many things to do. A few arcade games,the bumper cars were out of commision and the only good thing to try out was laser tag which my kids enjoyed. Others may think different its cool but this wasnt a place for us.

I visited FUNDIMENSION for the first time with my grandchildren yesterday. They had a great time. They made new friends with whom they played a lot. They enjoyed their food, I did too!! Good return for the prices! I will definitively take My grandkids back.

I did laser tagging here and I will be coming back up in a few weeks to play again. I had a blast with friends and it was for a really good price too.

Super disorganized, no management presence other than appears to be owners sitting in the restaurant area on some lab tops. Was with my 2 girls and in the laser tag only young boys attending, makes it uncomfortable being that I need to let them in alone. In the restaurant the food is too expensive and the order was wrong twice making me wait more time. When redeeming for prices no one wanted to help no one at counter. Had to ask at front desk for help but she couldnt get anyone because she was alone. Had to go by restroom to find someone after 15mins felt like again no one cared and no manager presence guiding or giving some expectations on customer service .

Thought it would be fun for my teenager but she was bored........The handicap bathroom is Pink~y Cute & smells good. The upstairs Party Room is Cool. Very nice facility with ample parking, entertainment, serving food/beer/wine and bona fide espresso.

I took my mom and children here to celebrate my daughters birthday, it was our first time at this place and on the night we went, it wasnt many people, we had an amazing time playing laser tag and playing the arcade games, however my mom made a food purchase and during the transaction and taking the beverages to the table she rest her wallet on the counter by the cash register and forgot to retrieve it, she never realized she missed her wallet until we were home and we left fundimension at their closing time. The very next morning we went back to respectfully ask if any staff mentioned finding it because we were the last to make a food purchase it was a slow night and, we were the last guest in the food area so I was very hopeful that because the wallet was left in clear view of where the camera is positioned over the cash register that the manager would be happy to view the cam to see if they can help us retrieve it, unfortunately the manager on didnt seem to care for our lost, I know its not their fault that my mom forgot her wallet but the fact that it was left by in plain view of their cams, its obvious someone there knows what happened to it. I hate the fact that Im placed in a position to call the staff dishonest but this made my overall experience there awful.
